Where to even begin! Jill Hudgins was our wedding planner/saint for the 8 months leading up to our wedding. When I say I can’t imagine how any of our big day would have been possible without her - I absolutely mean it. We knew from our first introductory call with Jill that she was going to be such a great partner and friend through the process. She was thoughtful, organized, and brought the best energy to every detail! When it came time to find and vet vendors, she actually ended up saving us quite a bit of money by either finding identical less expensive vendors or by reviewing contracts and removing unnecessary charges. The real magic happened during the week of our wedding and we needed some emergency rentals - Jill came through with some contacts and got it immediately sorted for us. I got so many compliments on how relaxed I seemed on my wedding day and it was because I knew Jill had my back and everything was going to be perfect.

We worked with Melissa Tuvey and had our dream wedding at Scripps Seaside Forum. Melissa took care of all of the communication with vendors and made sure we had all of the proper licenses and up to date on payments and did not miss anything when it came down to details. We wanted the venue to speak for itself but really cared about the flow, music and food and Melissa ensured all of these wants were met.
