Josephine and her team where fantastic and the food was great! Loved the mashed potato bar option! Highly recommend!

We hired Hard Eight BBQ to provide buffet catering for our wedding. As avid visitors to their location in the Colony, we knew they were our choice when we decided we wanted to have BBQ for our wedding. Working was Bryan beforehand was super easy. We had some special off-menu requests for the event which he met without any hesitation. When it came to price we couldn’t beat what we got for the price. On the day of the event, the food was amazing and the service was top notch. I was worried that for a buffet the meats would be dry but they weren’t at all. The brisket, chicken, and sausage tasted like they had just come out of the smoke pit…flavorful, tender, and juicy. The two gentlemen that provided buffet service were phenomenal. They went above and beyond offering to help with the cutting of our wedding cake and packing up our leftovers in to go boxes for our guests to take home. Our out of town guests were so impressed with the food that they requested to visit the restaurant location the next night for dinner. Hard Eight BBQ is definitely a great choice for your wedding.
