French's Point is a Blank Canvas Venue, providing an outstanding location with 9 possible ceremony settings and 20 different gathering spaces. You choose how you wish to use these amenities during your time here. French’s Point is a very large vacation rental property with 20 acres and three beautiful homes which are offered to one couple and their guests exclusively for the entire weekend. Our weekend celebrations feel like a vacation, a reunion, and a wedding all combined.
Our goal for our couples is for you to have a wedding that is unique to you, that suits your vision of your celebration & one that is within your budget. To foster this goal, you hire your choice of vendors: planner, caterer, bar service provider, florist, photographer, etc. This allows you to engage the vendor team that best suits your goals and is within your budget. We have an excellent preferred vendor list to help you on the search for your team, but you can use whichever vendors best align with your preferences, as long as they are insured (liability insurance) and licensed where applicable (caterer, bar service provider, food truck, baker, hair and make-up design). There are no cookie cutter events here and no food and beverage minimums to meet!
Accommodations
French's Point offers two beautiful homes at the estate with 26 guests suites that provide lodging for 26-62 guests for the weekend. Located nearby is a network of rental cottages and rental homes that afford lodging for 60-80 additional guests. A variety of nightly lodging properties are located 10-25 minutes from French's Point for additional guests to suit all budgets.
Wedding Team
At French's Point, couples choose their own team of vendors to include a wedding planner, caterer, and bar service provider. The venue allows clients to create an experience that is a unique reflection of their vision for the wedding weekend and one that suits their budget.

Our October wedding at French's Point was simply amazing. Back in the planning stages, we had plans to tour six or seven other venues, but we canceled all our other tours after we toured French's Point because we knew we'd just seen something special and that it wouldn't get any better.
We were right. Everything about the estate is amazing--the location, the view, the estate house itself. It's warm, welcoming, and elegant. The staff is sweet, encouraging, communicative, and helpful. They provided us with suggestions and inspiration that made our day unique and fun.
If you book the venue, you should also consider booking the adjacent farmhouse for your family and wedding party. It's a quaint, cozy, and adorable place to stay, but it's also incredibly handy to have the wedding party within walking distance of the venue. We were so happy we made the choice to book the farmhouse too!
I can't thank Jessika and Nicole enough; they were amazing, and I get misty just thinking about what a wonderful day they helped us create. I loved everything about it! We even battled a little rain and couldn't get married outside at the gazebo like we planned, but it didn't for one second feel like a compromise to get married in the lovely estate. This place is just heaven!French's Point's reply:

French's Point is not only an amazing location but the venue quality, views, design, options, and above all - the staff! Are above and beyond. Every time we photograph a wedding here, we are artistically inspired. The landscaping and buildings are top notch with so many options to make your event truly your own. Easy to work with staff.
