My husband purchased my engagement ring at Fox’s, and we later purchased both of our weddings bands there as well. Justine has been incredible each and every time we’ve visited – she let me “play” with rings, made suggestions, helped my husband craft a stunning engagement ring, and is always helpful, communicative, and friendly (she even let me try on her own rings when I was shopping for a band). Beautiful jewelry and wonderful staff!

I am really happy that DH found Fox's. We searched all over for a band that would match my engagement ring, and ran into a lot of pushy sales people at various chains. Fox's was honest, let us take all the time we wanted, and helped us find something that worked for us within our budget. The store itself is GORGEOUS. Neither of us are huge jewelry people but we will definitely be going back there for any big purchases over the coming years...

Fantastic service, the jewelry was beautiful and suprisingly affordable. This is one of the oldest and most respected jewelry stores in Seattle and after working with them I can see why! Customer service is certainly something that they focused on and we were delighted.
