Faro Blanco was a beautiful venue for our special day. April and Jason were easy to talk to and very helpful! Even in the midst of all this covid-19 chaos, they were able to make sure our wedding venue looked perfect! They helped ensure our wedding went off without a hitch! Also, the food at this venue was really good! Our favorites were the coconut shrimp, chocolate cake, and key lime pie! Thank you guys for such a wonderful wedding! :)

We got married at Faro Blanco Resort and Yacht Club last week, and it was absolutely amazing. We were married on the Jetty, with the reception on the veranda/pool deck. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. Brittany and Ashley are amazing to work with and helped coordinate everything. Their preferred vendor list is extremely helpful, and all of the vendors I worked with had a great working relationship with the facility and knew the property. The service staff was so accommodating and the food was amazing! We got so many compliments on the food! For our rehearsal dinner we planned to do a hook and cook, but ended up not catching enough fish to feed everyone, Brittany had it worked out before we even knew it was going to be an issue! We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend Faro Blanco! We already can't wait to visit again!

My husband and I just recently go married at the Faro Blanco this past July. It was the most beautiful ceremony and reception we could have asked for. We had about 150 people in attendance from all over the country. We originally hadn't anticipated all of our friends and family members from out of town actually coming, being we were having a destination Wedding. Over half of our Wedding guests stayed at the Hyatt/ Faro Blanco and loved it. The staff was excellent and the Lighthouse Grill was amazing!

We got married on the Jetty at sunset and it was breathtaking. I was nervous about the number of guests in such a small space, but Brittany, Myriam and Caitlyn made it work beautifully!! We had some late guests and they still kept everything running smoothly. We had our reception immediately following the ceremony at the Lighthouse Grill (we did the complete buyout of the restaurant, lawn and pool deck. Although it seems like a lot, it was VERY reasonable with the amount of guests we had) The food was incredible. We had passed hor's doeuvres that were exceptional. The wait staff was so great they saved some for my husband and I at our table, along with our signature cocktail. We got compliments from all of our guests on how great the food and service was.

Overall, our guests said it was the best Wedding they had ever been too! My husband and I had an amazing time and I would highly recommend not only the venue, but also the coordinators. I am a full time Chiropractic student and have crazy hours. Caitlyn and Brittany answered all of my questions and concerns right away and even took care of things I didn't even think of. Loved the Faro Blanco and are planning on going back to stay for our Anniversary :)
