The Playa Largo Resort & Spa is a pristine hotel wedding venue located in Key Largo, Florida. This luxury resort offers couples and guests 14.5 acres to experience with their loved ones. The entire property is infused with an elegant yet luxurious ‘Keys style’. As you exchange your vows, the team of wedding enthusiasts will work to ensure your wedding is all that you imagined it to be.
Facilities and Capacity
At the Playa Largo Resort & Spa, you can host a romantic ceremony and reception right on the beach. With the waves crashing around you and the delightful scent of saltwater permeating the air, you will be able to fully embrace the tropical Key Largo landscape. Outdoor site options can include the Bayside Event Lawn or a beachfront setting. Of course, couples are also able to host their wedding inside the resort in the Tavernier Ballroom offering couples 5,000 square feet of space. These spaces can be used for all wedding events starting with bridal showers and engagement parties, through to ceremonies and receptions. You and your future spouse can enjoy these indoor and outdoor spaces with up to 250 of your friends and family. The Playa Largo Resort & Spa can also accommodate your wedding party in the 178 rooms and suites available on the property including 10 private bungalows and a private beach house. Resort amenities are plentiful and you will be kept busy with all of the pools, watersport programs, snorkeling, private marina, and other fun activities.

Simply the best!
We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Sol by the Sea with Uncle Ricky as our chef! The staff was attentive and fun. Our meals were delicious and the package included an amazing turtle cheesecake!
The main event went better than I could have imagined! Marissa and her team took care of all the details and our wedding went smoother than I expected!
Our guests had a wonderful time enjoying the resort for the weekend and there were nothing but smiles. We are so grateful to have found this gem and will forever have beautiful memories of our Playa Largo Wedding weekend! Thank you Marissa and all of your team! I highly recommend this venue!

The very start to the very end. When I say she is the reason why our wedding was so
Special and so perfect it was truly because she went above & beyond for everything possible.
Planning a wedding during a pandemic and having to postpone/ find a new date is exhausting in itself. Kennedy made this stressful time, easy and still so exciting.
It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about the people she is working with and their families and we can’t thank her enough! Our wedding day was so picture perfect and all of the days leading up were too.

An Epic Experience !
We chose the venue before the Pandemic and we pulled off a 160 guest wedding without any glitches and not one guest contracting the virus.
From our welcome evening through the entire wedding and weekend the hotel staff ,hospitality and catering were superb .
I cannot say enough about the administration from the room bookings , catering , valet ,hospitality all the vendors went over and above to make our daughters dream wedding come true . We were not just guest but we felt part of the Marriott family. Thank you again for going over and beyond !
It was a picture perfect weekend in every way . Thank You for the memory .
