I'm almost hesitant to write this review because I adore Coconut Palm Inn so much I don't want them to get so busy we can't go back from future anniversaries! This was the absolute best place to have a wedding. From the start, we loved the concept of having the whole property to ourselves and sharing their magical setting w/ close friends & family. We had a 75 person wedding and the property was able to house most of our guests. That made it so unique! They were incredibly easy to deal with and so flexible as we had to change our wedding date three times because of Covid. Over the course of a year & a half their entire team answered every question we had promptly and they were very helpful on the actual wedding weekend too. The manager Tracey gave us so many great tips about vendors, how to set things up on the property and she made sure we had everything we needed. It is a lot of work to plan a destination wedding and here you will have to hire all your vendors, bring in rentals, etc. It does give you the chance to really make it your own though. The staff was wonderful and the property is so beautiful. All of our guests kept saying how peaceful and charming it is there! The sunsets on the bay are gorgeous, the pool area is relaxing, and the fire pit for s'mores each night was a real hit with our guests. Our guests got to enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards during the day and make a real vacation out of our wedding weekend. It's really a one of a kind experience to have a wedding here. We plan to come back every year on our anniversary. Coconut Palm Inn is a very special place!

I recently had my wedding at this incredible venue, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Carin and Tracy were absolutely amazing—they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. From the planning process to the big day, they were attentive, organized, and always available to answer any questions or concerns. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful views and a perfect ambiance for a destination wedding. Every detail was flawless, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the location and service. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience!

To say that Coconut Palm Inn is a little piece of paradise is an understatement!

My husband and I got engaged last March and decided on a January 2024 wedding. I may have been crazy trying to plan a destination wedding (being that we’re from Bucks County, PA) in under a year, but after finding the most perfect place to not only have entire our family stay together, but also host everything in one beautiful spot, everything fell into place from there!

I came across the resort through simply googling and comparing reviews. There are a few options for similar places in the keys, but very few that allow you to sleep up to almost 50 people more than comfortably with the privacy and amenities they offer.

Estefani, the wedding/events coordinator for the resort was absolutely phenomenal to work with! She helped make the entire planning process so easy being on top of everything. They allowed me to ship items down early so handled things beautifully when there were a few mishaps that were out of their control.

I feel like we could have enjoyed the entire 4 days we were there without ever leaving the resort- from the paddle boards/kayaks, to the amazing heated pool, and all the cozy places to relax, our family is already looking for our next excuse to get back!

Wow! It is so hard to put into words how incredible, amazing, gorgeous, & beyond expectations this venue & the people who work there are! I am so glad a friend of mine recommended this "hidden gem" because it is just that. I knew this was the place my husband & I were destined to get married from the day we stepped foot on property (the only venue we even saw!). Every staff member was so helpful, friendly, & attentive throughout the whole process. Tracy was one of a kind & we were sad to say goodbye at the end of our MAGICAL weekend! Having the resort to ourselves with our closest friends & family for 4 days was the without a doubt the BEST part of our big weekend. There is no place like here & no place I would've rather had the most important day of our lives at. We wanted to move in & we CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!!

We knew we wanted to have our wedding at an intimate resort in Key Largo, where we would be able to rent out the entire space for the weekend. Our planner recommended Coconut Palm Inn and on our first visit, we knew this was the perfect fit! It is absolutely dreamy and intimate. The grounds and rooms are impeccable. Tracy, the General Manager, and her team, went above and beyond to ensure all of our guests were comfortable and well taken care of. We held our welcome dinner and wedding on property and while we took over the whole property for three nights, we, along with some of our family members, stayed for 10 days and would have enjoyed staying even longer! The overall ambiance is just amazing and our guests commented it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

We haven't stopped hearing about how gorgeous and perfect the venue was for the wedding, but honestly that is only one aspect of how perfect CPI is. The staff also made a HUGE difference, they were so attentive and helpful. We already can't wait to come back and visit.

We had our wedding at the Coconut Palm Inn last summer, and it was a perfect setting! We originally booked the whole venue but when we realized many of our guests would not be able to attend, we were able to come to a compromise: the hotel would try to sell the extra rooms so that we weren't stuck with a huge bill for empty rooms. Tracy, you made a HUGE difference in our stress levels, and truly saved our budget!! A huge thanks to the front desk team as well, Ashley and Sally. Sally was especially helpful with local tips, and always had a smile on her face! We cannot wait to return and enjoy the beach and amenities a bit more than on our busy wedding weekend. Our guests truly loved their stay and many have thought of booking future vacations at the Coconut Palm Inn. Thanks again for everything! <3

Amazing venue and quality staff. When our initial site didn't work out, we were lucky enough to have our fantastic photographer Micha, suggest this site. We knew from the moment we stepped foot that this was the place, over all of the ones we had seen. It's so nice to have the place to yourselves, and to enjoy the property before, during, and after the wedding. This is the epitome of a beautiful, romantic yet fun, beach wedding. And the sunset views can't be beat. Much love to the staff and management for all of your assistance!

I literally do not have enough amazing things to say about The Coconut Palm Inn. Tracey, the GM has become like family to us. Prior to even getting engaged, we knew we wanted to get married at this spot. It is nothing short of the perfection from atmosphere, location, staff, rooms and venue. Each room is cuter than the last, all with the same feel but different set up. Tracey and the rest of the staff at CPI are so incredibly accommodating and just make you feel like you are at home. We had rented out all the rooms for 2 nights with all of our family and friends and everyone can not stop talking about how amazing it was for all to be able to enjoy a relaxing vacation, fun on the paddle boards, family pool time, wedding all rolled up into one. I know that we will be coming back to Coconut Palm Inn for many years to come and can't wait to share this special place with our daughter sooner than later!
