From our very first call, Kristi stood out. She was engaging, easy to talk to, and immediately felt like someone I could trust. After that first conversation, I told my fiancé how much I liked her and that I really wanted him to speak with her too. By our second call, before we had even officially hired her, Kristi had already started pulling ideas for where we could host our reception based on what I had shared with her just a few days earlier. She was already thinking ahead, already listening, and already on the job.

Originally, Kristi was only supposed to help us with the reception details, but she ended up helping with so much more. She connected us with my makeup vendor, helped with our florist, gave us hotel recommendations, and provided a list of vendors for our reception cake. She also wrote out our wedding day timeline and coordinated with our media team on vendor meals and our shot list. She truly went above and beyond the scope of what we originally hired her for, and I am so grateful. She made our day absolutely perfect.

I planned a very intimate wedding reception, and because it was smaller, every detail mattered. I had a clear vision for the evening: elegant, personal, coastal, romantic, and beautifully styled without feeling overdone. Kristi understood that vision and brought it to life so perfectly. When I walked into the reception space, I was genuinely blown away. The décor was stunning, the table looked beautiful, and everything felt like what I had imagined, but better! Our guests kept commenting on how gorgeous everything was—many even took home some of the decor Kristi had put together.

Leading up to the wedding, Kristi was incredibly helpful, organized, and communicative. We are based in Scottsdale, so much of our planning happened over email, and she was always responsive, clear, and steady. She helped coordinate with the venue and vendors, kept track of details, and made me feel like someone had a handle on all the moving pieces.

But where Kristi really shined was on the wedding day itself.

She was basically my shadow throughout the night, in the absolute best way. She was always nearby without ever being intrusive. She made sure I ate, made sure I had what I needed, and kept the evening moving without making me feel like I had to manage anything. I had been very clear that I wanted an espresso martini at my reception, and when I walked in, she walked me directly to the bar and put one in my hands. It sounds like a small thing, but on your wedding day, those little details feel huge. It made me feel so cared for.

She was also an amazing point of contact for our vendors. I did not have to answer questions, solve problems, or worry about what was happening behind the scenes. Kristi handled it. The entire night felt smooth, calm, beautiful, and completely intentional.

I cannot say enough good things about her. She took my vision seriously, executed it beautifully, and helped make our wedding feel perfect. Every bride deserves someone like Kristi in their corner.

From my perspective as the groom, one of the biggest things I appreciated about Kristi was that she just handled things. She was communicative, confident, and decisive. She did not second-guess herself, and when something needed to be addressed, she addressed it. That made a huge difference for us.

Before the wedding, we had an issue with the venue taking too long to process our credit card, which caused unnecessary stress and even got flagged by the bank. Kristi stepped in, followed up with them, and made sure it was handled correctly and more timely the next time. She was not afraid to be firm when the situation called for it, and I really appreciated that.

On the wedding night, she was just as helpful. When it came time to settle the bill, she stood with me and the vendor, pulled out her calculator, and took the time to walk through the costs, fees, and tip so we knew everything was correct. She made sure we paid properly, tipped appropriately, and understood what we were being charged for.

Kristi was professional, organized, and calm under pressure. She made sure the night ran smoothly, kept the vendors coordinated, and allowed us to actually enjoy the reception instead of worrying about logistics.

I would absolutely recommend Kristi and Everlasting Events to anyone who wants someone who knows what they are doing and will make sure things get done right.

We worked with Everlasting Events (Kristi) for our San Diego minimony. She was fantastic. Kristi is extremely organized and was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She provided several planning documents that were greatly helpful in preparation for the event to run as smoothly as possible. On the day of, we worked with Jonathan and Tameah, who both helped tremendously to take care of any detail, small or large. Kristi and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial questions, process to walk through everything leading up to our special day, was just perfect. She was easy to work with, great at communicating timelines and had a pretty robust catalog of other companies, restaurants, and individuals you may need for your wedding day. Coming in from Arizona, Kristi made sure that everything was in order, and guided us every step of the way.

Everlasting Events was the reason our wedding ended up being so perfect. I thought a 35 person wedding didn't need as much organizing but it turns out it does, and Kristi did all of the heavy lifting for us, even just as a day of coordinator. Our venue required a day of coordinator, and gosh, I am just so thankful we found her. Everything flowed so smoothly, and it took the stress off my plate. Kristi prepared us a LOT in advance, so much so that we didn't even need to do a rehearsal and were able to spend the night before the wedding with all of our loved ones as we all came out of town for our wedding. You won't believe the level of organization and knowledge that Kristi brings to the table. Trust all of her recommended vendors as well. We were blown away, honestly. Everything was better than we expected. We will never forget our wedding day and how special it was and it was absolutely a testament to the help we received from Kristi. Don't waste your time continuing to look and hire her!!!!
