Everlasting Events was the reason our wedding ended up being so perfect. I thought a 35 person wedding didn't need as much organizing but it turns out it does, and Kristi did all of the heavy lifting for us, even just as a day of coordinator. Our venue required a day of coordinator, and gosh, I am just so thankful we found her. Everything flowed so smoothly, and it took the stress off my plate. Kristi prepared us a LOT in advance, so much so that we didn't even need to do a rehearsal and were able to spend the night before the wedding with all of our loved ones as we all came out of town for our wedding. You won't believe the level of organization and knowledge that Kristi brings to the table. Trust all of her recommended vendors as well. We were blown away, honestly. Everything was better than we expected. We will never forget our wedding day and how special it was and it was absolutely a testament to the help we received from Kristi. Don't waste your time continuing to look and hire her!!!! -

We are so grateful we found Kristi through our venue’s preferred vendor list — she was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From day one, Kristi was responsive, professional, easy to work with, and clearly experienced. She came prepared to our initial calls with helpful checklists and vendor recommendations, which gave our planning process a strong start.
We hired Kristi for 3-month coordination, and the moment that window began, she stepped in seamlessly. Without needing any prompting, she took the reins — coordinating with all of our vendors, organizing the timeline, and making sure no detail was missed. This was especially invaluable for us since we were planning our wedding remotely from out of state and had never even seen our venue in person!
Kristi’s deep knowledge of the San Diego wedding scene (caterers, florists, DJs, photographers, and more) made it so easy to navigate decisions. She offered honest, thoughtful advice but was never pushy — always making sure our vision was the priority. She even took time to review vendor contracts, catching discrepancies and suggesting cost-effective upgrades.
On the day of the wedding, Kristi was calm, organized, and on top of everything. She kept the timeline moving, made sure we had our special moments with the photographer, and gave us space to enjoy time with our guests. At the end of the ceremony, she greeted us with our signature cocktails and made sure we had appetizers and dinner — a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture. She even helped my mom bustle my dress!
Kristi’s assistant team was equally attentive and kind, making the whole day feel seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner. Kristi went above and beyond at every turn, and we would work with her again in a heartbeat. -

She truly went above and beyond by giving us phenomenal wedding vendors. We didn’t know much about weddings, but Kristi guided us every step of the way and kept us on track with all our deadlines. She was always available for a call, super organized, and so sweet. She saved us so much time and money, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without her.

Our Perfect Day
If you’re thinking of hiring Kristi, just do it! You won’t be disappointed. We are so happy we hired her for our big day. She made everything so easy, we literally chose our date and location and had a permit the same day. She has wonderfully curated packages and add ons to choose from to really customize your day. She helped coordinate additional day of details including having our bouquets delivered to the hotel for pre ceremony photos. She was always quick to answer any emails or questions I had leading up to the event and was very organized throughout the whole process. As an indecisive bride, Kristi was always great at offering suggestions or alternatives and providing examples to help me decide. I really appreciated her help. The day of she got everyone where they needed to be and down the aisle on time. Our set up was just beautiful and her recommendations on timing were perfect. The ceremony was everything I envisioned and we really had such a perfect day. I am so glad I found her. Thank you Kristi! -

Kristi was amazing. As the mother of an only daughter, I was nervous from the start. She provided me a list of vendors for hair and make-up, photography, DJ ,and even our officiant. Every vendor I selected from her list received a 5 star rating from me. She was able to coordinate the event flawlessly at every step of planning, and executed every vision that my daughter had for her dream Medieval themed "Happily Ever After" wedding. Kristi was communicative, patient, kind, and gently firm when needed. It created a day of love and magic for my daughter, and an evening of fun for all the guests. -

Kristi was absolutely one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning! We are an out of state couple, and we had no one to ask for references. We found her with the power of Google and we were relying on her 5 Star Reviews.
She absolutely delivered! Our wedding was exactly what we wanted. She was attentive, dedicated, organized, responsive, and she really cared about our special day. We feel that she went above and beyond as our wedding planner. For example, before the wedding, she reached out to our photographer and hair/make up vendors to ensure that we were all on the same page for the timeline. This was appreciated - she did not have to do this. Her job as our wedding planner was our wedding ceremony. But she wanted to make sure that everything went off without a hitch.
She has a network with fantastic people. She supplied our Officiant - who was awesome. She supplied all of our flowers (which I was very specific about lol) - which turned out exactly how I envisioned. We had a rehearsal/walk through and we worked with her assistant (Brittni)- who was also amazing.
As mentioned previously, we don't live in California. We wanted convenience and support since we don't know of any vendors or did not have any recommendations. Kristi handled all the things we needed (so we did not have to find our own vendor for chairs, etc), and gave us helpful tips for things like obtaining our marriage license in San Diego County.
We also believe she is SUPER affordable with all that she includes in her packages. We were looking to have a wedding that did not break the bank.
We cannot say enough good about her. You can absolutely trust her with your most important day. She made ours! -

Amazing, Organized, Responsive
Kristi was amazing with planning our ceremony at the Wedding Bowl in La Jolla. We went with the 40 person all inclusive micro wedding package. It has everything you need for a beautiful simple ceremony. We live in Michigan and she was so easy to work with during the planning process. She was very responsive and was very flexible with adding on anything I was looking for. The photographer she works with in her micro wedding packages was also amazing. The flowers were also gorgeous. Highly recommend working with her if you do not want the added stress of planning! -

Absolutely perfect
I came across Kristi’s company through a Facebook group. Once we had our first phone call together, I knew this was the route I wanted to go. We hired her for her all inclusive micro wedding package. I’m from the east coast so this was a destination wedding for me and my husband. We had never been to San Diego until the wedding. Kristi made this whole process stress free and simple! People would always ask me if I was stressed with wedding planning or if it was hard since it was a destination wedding and every time my answer was no, it has been such an easy process. Kristi is always available to answer any questions and responds to emails in a timely manner. I made some changes to the wedding package and she was very accommodating. She got all my details just right! Showing up on my wedding day and seeing the ceremony site all set up made us so full of joy. It was all perfect and exactly what I pictured! Our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without her and the vendors she works with. -

Kristi was crucial in making the most important day of our lives magical. She was always attentive, available, supportive and willing to go above and beyond during the whole wedding planning process. We have a potential hiccup with Calumet Park but Kristi surprised us with the option to change the venue to The Wedding Bowl (which was shocking and incredible). Her expertise and kindness helped us ease into the event without additional worries. Highly recommended, she is just a super star, do not hesitate in hiring her :) -

I could not thank Kristi enough for everything she did for me on my wedding day and leading up to it! It was more than I ever could’ve dreamed it to be and she made it possible. Kristi was incredible from start to finish. During the planning process she was responsive, informative, and overall, a pleasure to work with. A few of our vendors were friends and they even said she was the best Coordinator they have ever worked with (been in the industry 15+ years). Kristi was such a joy to work with, my husband and I could not imagine our wedding day without her. Our ceremony took place at our family’s church and the reception was at the Japanese Friendship Garden. Even though she was our month of coordinator, it felt like she planned out everything! There were details about weddings that we did not know about that she educated us on, such as some decoration ideas and reception traditions that we were happy we included. She took the time to get to know us, learn about our wedding vision, and even build upon our ideas. We already had our vendors set when we reached out to her and she communicated with all of them to make sure they were all on the same page along with an organized timeline of events for everyone. While we were planning together, she would let us know how long each event would take to make sure we would be able to fit them into the schedule or if there should be adjustments made to stay on track. She kept her line of communication open and had check-ins through emails and phone meetings.
On our wedding day, Kristi made sure the timeline was flowing smoothly with clear directions for everyone. During cocktail hour, she brought me and my bridal party drinks and helped us bustle my dress while making sure none of us were going hungry. That is just one example of her thoughtfulness and kindness. We are so thankful and happy to have had her as our wedding coordinator! Not enough words can express how amazing she is. Our event has truly become everlasting thanks to her and her wonderful team! -

Kristi and Everlasting Events are a 10 out of 10! I am an out of state bride who was on my 3rd wedding reschedule when I reached out to Kristi. She immediately jumped in and took over, easing all of my stress related to the planning process and all the moving parts that came with the reschedules. Kristi with Everlasting Events was an invaluable asset to my wedding. We had a sudden change of plans and decided last minute to have a destination wedding in San Diego. So with 3 weeks notice, a modest budget, and a holiday weekend I called her up to ask "So what do you think? Is it possible?" Kristi was more than up to the task, in fact within a day or two she found us a gorgeous location on one of the most beautiful beaches in San Diego . Honestly I don't know what I would have done without her.
