  Amazing, Organized, Responsive

  Kristi was amazing with planning our ceremony at the Wedding Bowl in La Jolla. We went with the 40 person all inclusive micro wedding package. It has everything you need for a beautiful simple ceremony. We live in Michigan and she was so easy to work with during the planning process. She was very responsive and was very flexible with adding on anything I was looking for. The photographer she works with in her micro wedding packages was also amazing. The flowers were also gorgeous. Highly recommend working with her if you do not want the added stress of planning!

  So helpful

  I was the mother-of-the-bride, and I can't recommend Kristi enough. She is personable, insightful, tactful, organized, and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of weddings. It would have been a very different experience without her help--much more stressful. She dealt with so many of the details, including all the vendors, making sure they arrived on time, etc.
  The day of the wedding, when I arrived at the venue, the ceremony site and reception room were set up beautifully. The wedding and reception proceeded flawlessly, and Kristi gave me the greatest gift--which I was just able to enjoy my daughter's wedding without worrying about keeping track of things. I knew that Kristi was overseeing all the details of the day, and I trusted her to do so expertly. My daughter and her now-husband were very happy and enthusiastic about everything Kristi did to make their wedding so beautiful.

Wedding planning takes a TON of work and Kristi made us feel like it was a breeze! Every last detail was carefully executed, allowing me to be a calm, cool, and collected bride.   Kristi and her team helped us to put together the wedding of our dreams. Kristi was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond for us on many occasions. She truly made our vision come to life. On the day of the wedding, she was effortlessly able to handle last minute changes to the timeline and alleviate concerns from guests.   Beach wedding

  Absolutely loved that I had the help of everlasting events for my wedding. We did a micro wedding last week at a cliff side beach and it was so beautiful. Katie was so helpful, fast responding, and I had full fate in her team. I was my own wedding planner, had never even been to a wedding but I did not have to worry about anything for the ceremony! My flowers were everything I imagined, I was able to take them to my reception location, anytime I had questions she was there and with everything includedd it helped me not get stressed 10/10 my wedding did have some delay but Katie made it work and still made me feel like such a special bride.

  Everlasting will make your wedding magical

  Kristi was crucial in making the most important day of our lives magical. She was always attentive, available, supportive and willing to go above and beyond during the whole wedding planning process. We have a potential hiccup with Calumet Park but Kristi surprised us with the option to change the venue to The Wedding Bowl (which was shocking and incredible). Her expertise and kindness helped us ease into the event without additional worries. Highly recommended, she is just a super star, do not hesitate in hiring her :)

  I came across Kristi’s company through a Facebook group. Once we had our first phone call together, I knew this was the route I wanted to go. We hired her for her all inclusive micro wedding package. I’m from the east coast so this was a destination wedding for me and my husband. We had never been to San Diego until the wedding. Kristi made this whole process stress free and simple! People would always ask me if I was stressed with wedding planning or if it was hard since it was a destination wedding and every time my answer was no, it has been such an easy process. Kristi is always available to answer any questions and responds to emails in a timely manner. I made some changes to the wedding package and she was very accommodating. She got all my details just right! Showing up on my wedding day and seeing the ceremony site all set up made us so full of joy. It was all perfect and exactly what I pictured! Our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without her and the vendors she works with.

  I could not thank Kristi enough for everything she did for me on my wedding day and leading up to it! It was more than I ever could’ve dreamed it to be and she made it possible. She is absolutely amazing!   Our experience with Kristi was better than we could of imagine. For a little bit of a backstory, my husband and I live across the country and came out to La Jolla to have a micro wedding at the Wedding Bowl at the end of April. We have only been out there one other time about 4 years ago. Getting married is stressful enough then add that it's across the country and you know no one out there it just addes to the stress of planning. When I tell you that Kristi took care of everything, she took care of EVERYTHING! From the first time I contacted her she responded instantly, throughout the process she responded to emails so quickly and had great communication with every conversation. She did not miss ANYTHING! Our wedding day turned out absolutely amazing and everything was beautifully decorated. The flowers we absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Kristi for making the process seamless and being so professional.

A few of our vendors were friends and they even said she was the best Coordinator they have ever worked with (been in the industry 15+ years). Kristi had great attention to details, took the time to understand what was important to us and had awesome communication. Regardless of the situation, she was calm and made us feel confident with every decision we made. She made our wedding go off seamlessly! Wish I could give her a 15/10!!

  Kristi was was amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process. I am a stickler when it comes to communication and she was THE BEST. She is patient, clear, and will explain everything and give options. Never felt confused after speaking with her and she guided my wife and I through the entire wedding planning process and it went smoothly and turned out great. It was even scheduled to rain (It turned out a clear sky day) but she didn't hesitate to give us reassurance it will work out and do what she can to make it great regardless of weather. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Kristi!!!

  Dream La Jolla Wedding

  Kristi was absolutely incredible to have during this entire process. She knew the ins and outs of every question I had and hadn't thought of yet. She does the grit work of securing vendors which was amazing that I didn't have to do that considering I am an out of state bride. Her communication is stellar, I really enjoyed working with her.

Our ceremony took place at our family’s church and the reception was at the Japanese Friendship Garden. Even though she was our month of coordinator, it felt like she planned out everything! There were details about weddings that we did not know about that she educated us on, such as some decoration ideas and reception traditions that we were happy we included. She took the time to get to know us, learn about our wedding vision, and even build upon our ideas. We already had our vendors set when we reached out to her and she communicated with all of them to make sure they were all on the same page along with an organized timeline of events for everyone. While we were planning together, she would let us know how long each event would take to make sure we would be able to fit them into the schedule or if there should be adjustments made to stay on track. She kept her line of communication open and had check-ins through emails and phone meetings.
  
  On our wedding day, Kristi made sure the timeline was flowing smoothly with clear directions for everyone. During cocktail hour, she brought me and my bridal party drinks and helped us bustle my dress while making sure none of us were going hungry. That is just one example of her thoughtfulness and kindness. We are so thankful and happy to have had her as our wedding coordinator! Not enough words can express how amazing she is. Our event has truly become everlasting thanks to her and her wonderful team!

  Kristi and Everlasting Events are a 10 out of 10! I am an out of state bride who was on my 3rd wedding reschedule when I reached out to Kristi. She immediately jumped in and took over, easing all of my stress related to the planning process and all the moving parts that came with the reschedules. Design was an area that I knew I needed help with, and Kristi thoughtfully helped me navigate style, vision, and budget, and acted SO quickly when we ran into last second, substantial hurdles with the venue. She quickly secured additional options to ensure we were maintaining my vision for the day! My wedding day was everything I could have ever asked for, and I was able to enjoy the day without any worry thanks to Kristi and her team! She immediately jumped in and took over, easing all of my stress related to the planning process and all the moving parts that came with the reschedules. Design was an area that I knew I needed help with, and Kristi thoughtfully helped me navigate style, vision, and budget, and acted SO quickly when we ran into last second, substantial hurdles with the venue.   Kristi is amazing!

  Kristi was an absolute dream to work with! My husband and I truly felt like she went above and beyond for us! She made my dreams come true and planned us a beautiful, intimate beach ceremony! I live in Arizona and planning a wedding in another state would not have been easy without her. She responded to all of my messages quickly, which helped with my stress levels lol. She was so patient with me and listened to all my ideas and multiple color changes! My husband and I decided to have a intimate dinner vs a reception, so although we didn’t hire her to help plan that part of our day, she was still superrr helpful and offered tons of recommendations and did some research for us. Kristi is super sweet, easy-going, a complete professional and she definitely knows what she’s doing! Thank you Kristi for a planning such beautiful beach ceremony!

  Kristi is the Queen!

  Kristi and her team with Everlasting Events executed our wedding set up flawlessly. The vision came to life even better than expected. Prior to the wedding we had A LOT of changes (dates, locations, venues, elopement, big reception, etc, etc!) and Kristi never skipped a beat with the many changes. She has great vendor recommendations, is super responsive, organized, and always kind and fun. On the day of she checked in with other members of our group as to not bother the bride and groom which was SO thoughtful. She made sure we had the best night ever - and we definitely did! THANK YOU for everything!

  Kristi literally made our wedding day the best day of our entire lives. She did everything with grace, kindness and a smile. She was so prompt, professional and easy going. She honestly gave us the best advice about things and saved us a ton of money in certain areas. She worked so well with everyone in our family and everyone could not stop raving about her. I can’t recommend her enough. She was always super real with me which allowed me to see the bigger picture and make the right decisions for our special day. Kristi is friendly, compassionate, honest, organized and responds promptly to any questions or concerns that come up in the wedding planning process. Planning can be overwhelming , but Kristi guided us every step of the way so we always knew what needed to be done and what was next.
  
  Kristi is willing and ready to offer up ideas and suggestions when needed, but is not pushy in any way. She has great relationships with other vendors as well. We ended up using most, if not all, of her preferred vendors and were extremely happy with all of them.
  
  When things come up, as they inevitably do, Kristi is calm under pressure and handles any emergencies with poise and grace. We had an issue with my wedding dress and Kristi had alternative solutions ready the same day. We got married in 2021, so Kristi also helped us navigato venue reopenings and COVID restrictions.
  
  If you’re thinking about hiring Everlasting Events, DO IT! I couldn’t recommend Kristi more highly. Saying she’s amazing is an understatement. 🩷

  Kristi is an amazing wedding planner. The quality of service she provided to us from the beginning to the end of our whole wedding process was excellent and stress free! She was so patient with all our questions and emails during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We sincerely appreciate her efficient, gracious customer service, and the level of detail she provided. Everything went amazingly well that day and I cannot express how appreciative we are for everything that Kristi did for us! We will be sure to recommend her to others in the future!

  Kristi was really amazing! She came on to help us with our wedding coordination about two months prior to our wedding. She really helped us get everything organized and made sure all our vendors were on the same page. One of our biggest things was to make sure on the day of our wedding we didn't have to make any decisions or ask about whether anything was going wrong, and Kristi made everything go off seamlessly!! We absolutely loved our wedding and Kristi was a huge part of that!!

It's clear she has experience in the industry, and her preferred vendors were definitely a great selection! We ended up booking Kristi for day-of coordinating, and we are so glad that we did, because we literally could not have done it without her!

  I would highly recommend Everlasting Events! Kristi was quick to reply to all my questions and was available whenever I needed her opinion. My reception venue unexpectedly closed down one week before my wedding and she was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole ordeal.
