Ashley was so amazing as our "Day Of" wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted. We had complete trust in her throughout the entire process and she was such a huge part of making our wedding the best day ever!

We are very happy with our experience with Events by Empowered Style. Ashley worked as our day of coordinator and did a wonderful job making sure we didn't forget any details and that everything ran smoothly. We even added on her assistance with our rehearsal which was especially helpful since our officiant could not be there. We hired Sara for our wedding on 4.17.21. Sara and her staff were very pleasant to work with and were all incredibly helpful and eager to assist in anyway possible. She made the entire wedding planning process less stressful and made our wedding day go smoothly!

We used Sara's partial planning option with day of coordinator and I would say that it was helpful in some ways but not exactly what we would have liked. The biggest tool that was useful to us was the software program that we had access to and Sara's regular meetings to keep us on track. I was a little disappointed by the overall result however. Our day of coordinator was great, but she was already booked for the morning of our wedding with a different wedding, so she didn't come until 1:40pm when our ceremony started at 3:30pm. So our friends had to scramble and get everything set up. I wished Sara would have made it more clear that we really needed our day of coordinator available all day that day. It was partially my fault because I thought she could come later and it would be fine, but it definitely wasn't and I wish Sara would have foreseen that. It was also frustrating that we did all the planning ourselves and then we had to re-tell all of that knowledge with the day of person, Sara gave her access to the website but didn't share any details with her. It was a lot on our end two weeks leading up to the wedding. There were things our day of coordinator had thought of that were really helpful like calling the hotel for shuttle service that Sara hadn't mentioned to us. The meetings with Sara were mostly going through the checklist that she had set up for us. That was very helpful for us to stay on track.
