Cathie was one of our top vendors from our wedding, and I am so happy that we hired her as our day of coordinator! I am a very type A person and had our wedding planned to a t with a full project management plan. Cathie's attention to detail made the day flow so smoothly and brought our wedding vision to life, which allowed my husband and I to just soak in and enjoy the day with no worries. I really enjoyed that we had 3 planning meetings before the wedding where we went over vendors, timelines, etc. She was extremely responsive, professional, and exactly what I was looking for in a day of coordinator. We now recommend Cathie to all of our friends with weddings on their horizons. Especially on our big day, Cathie cooperated with other vendors and solved problems we didn’t even know were happening! The day of the event was so smooth with her help - she and Deb helped put out our centerpieces with very little instruction and made the room look gorgeous. There was some ambiguity in when some of our centerpieces were coming (we had friends bring growlers from all over the country), and she dealt with that so gracefully that I didn't even know it was an issue.

Cathie also has a wholesale florist license and helped us purchase flowers at the Milwaukee flower market. I talked to her about my plans, color scheme, and vision, and she got there early and had almost everything ready to go before we even got there. It made our day assembling flowers super easy and smooth.

If I could give Cathie (and her assistant Debra) 100 stars I would! My husband and I booked spellbinding soirees for the month of coordination package, which included day of coordination and Cathie managing our rehearsal dinner! This was hands down the best decision we made and truly what made our wedding so special and run so smoothly. Cathie exceeded our expectations in every way possible. She was there every step of the way-answering all of my questions and just giving advice. She even met with us in person with our vendors and took over vendor communication a month before the wedding (so helpful). Having Cathie as part of our team alleviated so much of the stress of planning a wedding, especially managing the day of timeline. Not only is Cathie an expert in the field, but she was so fun and personable to work with! There were so many things I was anxious/worried about as the bride but each time we spoke to Cathie (via text, phone call, etc) I literally said to my husband how much better I felt because we were in such great hands! Cathie truly shined on the day of our wedding. She handled everything and then some. So many people have told us after the wedding that they have never seen a wedding executed so perfectly and run so smoothly and we owe that all to Cathie and Debra! Having Cathie there allowed us to focus more on each other and get to be present on our special day. I could go on and on about how wonderful Cathie was and we will always be so grateful that she was our wedding coordinator. Hiring her will be the best decision you make :)

If you're thinking about booking Cathie, DO IT! One of the BEST Decisions I made for the wedding. We booked Spellbinding Soirees our 9/9/23 wedding in Milwaukee and Cathie and her mom, Deb, were literal lifesavers. Not only were they more affordable than a lot of other day of coordinators, but they were more fantastic than I could have ever imagined (even with all the great reviews I had read already). Cathie and Deb anticipated every need, were so prepared and professional, took ALL of the stress off of my shoulders, and helped execute our vision SO well. You can't teach experience and Cathie and Deb have IT. They were so sweet and we loved having them with us throughout the day but also down to business which I really appreciated. Their communication was amazing- they handled all of the vendors and everything was seamless. I am a type B bride and we didn't have a rehearsal but we didn't even need one with Cathie's guidance/direction. She told everyone where they needed to be and when, had great reminders and ideas. They always had scissors or tape or bobby pins when you needed them. They know veils they know dresses they know HMU- they helped me with everything! The decorations looked amazing (we also rented candles, hurricane vases, arch, chargers, etc. from her that looked great). I was worried initially about how we only had a short window of time to get decorate at our venue (Cafe Centraal in Bayview) and Cathie and Deb were so efficient and got everything done in record time. My bridesmaids have been in a lot of weddings and they raved about how Cathie and Deb were more impressive as Day of Coordinators than many of the full wedding planners they've worked with. I am SO GRATEFUL and happy that they helped the best day of our lives go off without a hitch!

Catherine was amazing to work with! We hired her for day-of-coordination, and she was on top of everything that we thought of, and more. The real question is, what didn't Cathie help us with the day of? She took care of the set-up and tear-down of the venue, kept family and the bridal party on schedule, managed all on-site vendors the day of the wedding, and, most importantly, made us feel cared for throughout the day by checking in with everyone. I don't know what we would have done without Cathie, truly. We chatted with a few coordinators before Cathie, and I knew right away she was the perfect fit. In hindsight, hiring Cathie was hands down best decision we bade. I was planning our Wisconsin wedding from France, and she worked well with any funny time zones and a lot of emails! She is incredibly down to earth, will tell it to you straight, and will support your wedding vision. We had her for day-of coordinating; she offered more support than many other coordinators we found and was reasonably priced. I know she must have other brides she's working with, but I would never have known. We had her full attention the entire time. I felt like Cathie was a friend I could talk to about my concerns, I trusted her opinion, and she had answers to ALL of my questions (and my mom's!).

Our day went 100% smoothly. If anything went wrong, I still don't know about it. Cathie helped decorate in the morning and her and her assistant helped tear everything down after the wedding. She coordinated our vendors perfectly and took control where needed. Going into the day, I told Cathie she had free reign to make any decisions and she took that on and was great for the small details that needed tweaking on the day. Everywhere I looked, there she was making sure everything was going well.

I could go on and on....Cathie is AMAZING. I would recommend her to anyone any day. If you're looking for a great day of, Cathie is your girl.

Cathie Campo is truly the best in the biz! I knew I needed a day-of coordinator but wanted someone I could truly trust to execute everything as well as she did. My mom is so hands-on when it comes to events, and she didn't have to lift a finger! I last minute decided to do a flower wall with loose flowers, and Cathie and her team willingly helped put that together to make my vision come to life. She is organized, communicative and so kind.
