My experience was very smooth and helpful. Raquel was on her job and always though outside the box about things i did not think or know about. She handled all wedding details, everyone's personalities with grace and professionalism. she acted as a therapist when needed and even helped with some ideas I had and everything came together beautifully.

What an immense honor it has been to work with Raquel! There were many boxes that Raquel checked with ease, she was immensely knowledgeable, extremely patient, and fully professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her expert guidance and planning expertise took the stress and guessing out of the whole experience. In addition to all these wonderful qualities, Raquel was organized, attentive, and detailed.

Above all, what made Raquel a truly exceptional wedding planner, and someone my husband and I will never stop recommending to anyone in the DMV looking for an event planner, were her more subtle qualities. Raquel is the most excellent communicator. She always knew precisely what to say, when to share it, and how to deliver the message. Her ability to share information when it was relevant meant that we never felt overwhelmed with tasks or decisions. Raquel is able to seamlessly blend her professionalism with the deeply personal nature of wedding planning. To plan an event like a wedding is a hugely personal affair; Raquel made us more than comfortable sharing our visions for our special day, and helped us make it a meaningful and intimate event for everyone involved.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Raquel took the extra stresses off of our plates so that my husband and I could fully enjoy our day together with friends and family from out of town. She was the go-between if a supplier was running late or forgot the ice. She managed last-minute changes when it rained on our wedding day with ease, and expertly interfaced with the venue as plans shifted. It is thanks to Raquel’s remarkable planning abilities and exceptional day-of coordination that my husband and I will carry with us such warm wedding memories for the rest of our lives. We could not be more grateful, and we could not recommend Raquel more!
