Lauren is awesome and so talented. She did my hair, as well as 3 family members for my wedding in Charlottesville on 10/21/22. She is SO FAST! All 4 of us loved the way our hair turned out! Full disclosure: I was too tired at the end of the night to take my hair down, so I slept in it and I swear it was still 80% in tact, so Lauren definitely knows how to make your hair hold! She was prompt, efficient, and super professional.

I didn't do a trial, so I was slightly nervous day-of, but I showed Lauren a photo from pinterest (classic) and she absolutely nailed it. She's great!

I used Lauren for my spring wedding and I was amazed at how efficient and well done her work is. She did all 12 of my bridesmaids plus a few family members in such great time, and of course her work speaks for itself. I was so impressed with her work and highly recommend her for any wedding day or big event.

Lauren did an incredible job on my wedding hair (as well as my mother and mother-in-law's hair). I was nervous about getting my hair done, as I've been pretty horrified by the outcome anytime I've had it done professionally for other people's weddings. Lauren listened to my concerns, and made me feel so natural and beautiful. I was glad that I did a trial run; I had more time and energy to chat with Lauren and express my desires (there's no way I would have had time on my wedding day), and it helped me approach my wedding day with more confidence!
I should also note that Lauren traveled to my venue in a terrible snow storm! There were whiteout conditions outside, and the road to approach the venue is about one mile long on a very curvy, narrow, and treacherous road. She arrived onsite ahead of schedule to ensure that she got there with plenty of time. We lost power all day at the venue, but she rolled with it and did my hair with the help of a small generator, by the natural light from the window! She helped me to feel calm and grounded despite the less than ideal circumstances. The end result was stunning -- my hair felt like it enhanced my natural features and was an extension of my personality. I'm grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and skill!
