Darsys Milian is a beauty-school graduate and is licensed. Due to her expertise, Darsys has traveled to Paris, Houston, LA, and Hawaii among other places for weddings and quinceañeras. At Darsys Makeup and Hair, we’re very attentive to detail, and customer service is key to us. We try to provide our clients with the best quality work.
