We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our wedding planner and truly cannot recommend her enough. From the very beginning, she brought a sense of calm, clarity, and genuine care to the entire process. She really took the time to understand our vision and made it come to life in a way that felt completely authentic to us.

Her expertise was evident throughout—she suggested thoughtful ideas we hadn’t even considered and gently grounded us when something wasn’t fully thought through. She was incredibly patient and flexible, especially with our non-traditional elements (mix of Sri Lankan and Jewish cultural elements, ceremony at a Portland Park and reception at an urban winery) and large wedding party (20+ people), all of whom she coordinated seamlessly. She was organized, proactive, and consistently communicative, which made the entire experience feel smooth and manageable.

One moment that meant so much to us was the week before the wedding, when we added a last-minute dessert vendor. She handled every detail—from coordinating with the vendor to sourcing dry ice—so we could actually enjoy that final week. On the wedding day, everything ran effortlessly, and she even shared photos she took so we didn’t have to wait to relive those moments. It was such a thoughtful touch.

Sweety is the best wedding planner around! She worked so hard to plan our wedding and made sure everything was how we had imagined! She is so creative and has such a beautiful personality. Eventcracker did an amazing job as my wedding planner and coordinator! Sweety is so professional and just honestly one of the sweetest most amazing humans you’ll likely ever meet. So many of my guests have told me that my wedding was the most beautiful they’d ever been to and Sweety was the majority of the magic behind that and truly made my dream come true. I was a little *extra* and had a bit of a production of a wedding with lots of moving parts and very specific plans and ideas of what I wanted to happen and she made it all run seamlessly. She also handled some guest drama with grace and dignity and didn’t back down in making sure my wishes and our timeline and plan was respected. She really was wonderful and even after is still so sweet and kind and considerate. I truly feel special and anything but “just another client”; she’s made me feel like a friend who really cares about me! Not only that, she’s so receptive of feedback and is so supportive. She was very communicative and always quickly responded to texts and emails. She also kept us on budget while making sure my vision was brought to life in its entirety and no detail was overlooked. I really can’t recommend her as a wedding coordinator/planner enough. Because despite the outstanding level of service and care you receive, she is really quite affordable. You won’t be disappointed.

Sweety was the best Day of Coordinator that we could've asked for. Faced with one of the only rainy days in August, she took charge in creating a plan B on the spot (wife and I were reluctant in creating one beforehand) and it turned out perfectly. After setup, we had nothing to worry about because she was on top of it all. Also very involved in making sure our ducks were in a row before the wedding, which was a huge help. She's one of the nicest, calmest, and reassuring professionals - I seriously recommend booking her for your wedding!

We had the pleasure of working with Event Cracker for our two-day Indian wedding across three different venues, and they exceeded all our expectations! Frequent audio and video check-ins with Sweety during the entire planning process to finalize venues, decor, catering, photographers, and all those little details that one can easily miss was a blessing. Sweety also helped us in setting up the timelines for all our events and provided constructive feedbacks to make them more practical and realistic. Sweety had a list of vendor recommendations that fit within our budget and made our planning process easier.

Her dedication, organization, and calm presence made the entire experience stress-free for us. Whether it was last-minute adjustments or keeping everything on schedule, she handled it all with professionalism and a smile. There was a slight possibility of rain during one of our events and the Event Cracker team had backups ready just in case something changed.

We hired Sweety as our day of coordinator for our wedding and couldn't recommend her more! Looking back I wish I would have hired her to do the full wedding plan!

Leading up to the wedding, she had multiple check in calls with my wife and I, making sure that we knew what things we should be checking off our planning list and when, helping to make sure we were on track with booking vendors and providing recommendations when we needed them. She also knew our venue, Cape Horn Estate, very well and was able to help a ton with our venue set up plan.

On the day of the event, Sweety took total control and made it a hands-off and stress-free day for my wife and I. She was quick to jump in if she noticed a vendor setting something up incorrectly and kept everything moving on pace throughout the day. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Sweety was a great planner. She helped me prioritize my wants and needs, and was always there to answer my questions. She dealt with difficult family members seamlessly and she ensured we were having a good experience on our big day. I would recommend her for a planner to everyone!
