Eventcracker did an amazing job as my wedding planner and coordinator! Sweety is so professional and just honestly one of the sweetest most amazing humans you’ll likely ever meet. So many of my guests have told me that my wedding was the most beautiful they’d ever been to and Sweety was the majority of the magic behind that and truly made my dream come true. I was a little *extra* and had a bit of a production of a wedding with lots of moving parts and very specific plans and ideas of what I wanted to happen and she made it all run seamlessly. She also handled some guest drama with grace and dignity and didn’t back down in making sure my wishes and our timeline and plan was respected. She really was wonderful and even after is still so sweet and kind and considerate. I truly feel special and anything but “just another client”; she’s made me feel like a friend who really cares about me! Not only that, she’s so receptive of feedback and is so supportive. She was very communicative and always quickly responded to texts and emails. She also kept us on budget while making sure my vision was brought to life in its entirety and no detail was overlooked. I really can’t recommend her as a wedding coordinator/planner enough. Because despite the outstanding level of service and care you receive, she is really quite affordable. You won’t be disappointed. -

Sweety was the best Day of Coordinator that we could've asked for. Faced with one of the only rainy days in August, she took charge in creating a plan B on the spot (wife and I were reluctant in creating one beforehand) and it turned out perfectly. After setup, we had nothing to worry about because she was on top of it all. Also very involved in making sure our ducks were in a row before the wedding, which was a huge help. She's one of the nicest, calmest, and reassuring professionals - I seriously recommend booking her for your wedding! -

Working with Sweety was 10/10 – we had an absolutely fantastic experience working with her! It was easily the best decision we made regarding our wedding.
Planning a wedding is a logistical marathon and Sweety helped us navigate it comfortably every step of the way. There were multiple times in the months leading up to our wedding after our check in call with Sweety where my partner and I would turn to each other and say, “Thank God for Sweety, where would we be without her??” (We did the partial planning package)
We really appreciated how Sweety was quick to find solutions within our budget and steer us away from unnecessary purchases and avoid potential pitfalls. Sweety was organized, super responsive, and easy to communicate with.

We met Sweety and the Event Cracker team first hand at our friends wedding around summer 2021. You know. Those 110+ degree days? Yeah. Their venue canceled on them 3 days before their wedding due to the heat and THEY WORKED MIRACLES. New venue, moved the caterers, booked transportation, flawless results. It was an amazing wedding.
Fast forward to 2024. We just had to reconnect for hiring Event Cracker for full service planner (early planning through day of). We had tons of phone and video call check ins, and she helped us navigate communications with our vendors, contracts, fine details, and things I never thought I would need to concern myself with. You are missing out on A LOT without having someone on your wedding planning team with connections and years of experience in the industry.

Outside of deciding to spend the rest of our lives together, Sweety was the best decision we've made! We had many family circumstances on both the bride and groom side that lead to us putting together a multicultural wedding in 3 months. Sweety made us both feel cool, calm, and collected that whole time! We accomplished an amazing multicultural wedding with little stress, all thanks to her confident mindset and detail oriented planning. She was mindful of both cultures (Indian and American) and making sure all guests had fun and felt comfortable! She guided us in the right direction and offered more specific decision making if she could tell we were struggling committing to a decision. She was there every step of the way and was always available to check in on a moment's notice if we needed to check in. On the day of, she provided excellent coordination and I was never needed to answer any questions - my husband and I could just enjoy ourselves on the big day with zero worries! She managed all guests, vendors, set up, and questions that came about. We truly couldn't have pulled off this wonderful wedding without her and we are ever so grateful! Sweety is worth her weight in gold. She is incredibly detail oriented, so friendly, and not only thought of everything but was so supportive of all our nontraditional ideas for our wedding. We had about 105 people at our event, and because we had eloped the year before due to Covid, we wanted to make some changes to the traditional wedding day timeline. Sweety not only embraced these changes (like walking ourselves down the aisle), but thought of brilliant ways to still include our family in our processional. During the many months of planning, Sweety offered to be on nearly every call we had with other vendors, from the DJ, photographer, venue, and florist. She has an incredible checklist and timeline spreadsheet that made planning much less overwhelming than it could have been, and she was just an excellent resource throughout this process. At one point about 3 weeks before the wedding, we realized we needed floral risers for our ceremony area. Before we could scramble to find an event rental company, Sweety had already sent us two recommendations that had exactly what we were looking for at an extremely reasonable price point. On the day of our event, Sweety and her assistant Alysia arrived early and had every detail we’d discussed placed and ready to go. They were also incredibly thorough with helping pack everything up at the end of the event, and had everything done in about half an hour. My mom and aunt were expecting to need the full hour for breakdown, but instead were home within an hour. We cannot recommend Sweety and her team enough!! -

I can't say enough good things about Sweety and her team at Eventcracker! They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. From start to finish, Sweety's attention to detail and meticulous planning blew us away.
At first, I thought I only wanted to hire Sweety for day-of coordination. With my dad's event planning background and my experience as an Executive Assistant, we figured we had it covered. I am so happy we reconsidered and went for the full planning package instead! Sweety handled everything flawlessly, allowing us to focus on the things that mattered most to us.
The Wedding Weekend was amazing, thanks to Sweety's impeccable timing and coordination with all the vendors. She had backup plans for the backup plans, and her professionalism was evident in every interaction. You could tell she was well-liked and respected by everyone involved.
What really impressed me was Sweety's personal touch. Despite unexpected curveballs in my personal life, she checked in on me and made me feel like more than just a client. She genuinely cared and rooted for me throughout the planning process.
Now, let me tell you about my dad. He's been an event planner for over 30 years, and I was nervous about his reaction to ANY Event Planner other than himself. But Sweety exceeded his expectations! He was beyond thrilled with her and her team, and he even asked if he could write his own review. (Go for it, dad!)
In a nutshell, Sweety and the Eventcracker team are outstanding. They have the perfect balance of professionalism and approachability. Working with them felt like collaborating with a close friend. I hired EventCracker (Sweety) for one month coordination, and she went above and beyond. Even months before my wedding she was always super receptive to my questions. She even initiated her own tips, support, and friendly reminders. It really helped that she had worked with my venue before, and the fact that I found out about her through my venue and caterer goes to show how capable and enjoyable vendors found working with Sweety. My wedding went so smoothly, like truly it could not have gone better. I love that I was able to explain my vision, then trust her to execute it without feeling the need to micromanage (as I'm often prone to). She's a great listener and hard worker-- and on top of all her coordinating expertise, she always made sure to check up on me and care for me as the bride. Regular phone calls with her left me feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I’m the first one to get married in my Portland friend group, and I’m absolutely going to recommend EventCracker when their times come! Sweety and her team at Event Cracker are absolutely spectacular. If you’re looking for a wedding planner/day-of coordinator, book her now.
Here’s why:
We had a destination wedding in Washington and had never seen our venue in person before the wedding, so Sweety was our go-to for all our logistical needs and questions. Wedding planning isn’t always easy, and planning a west coast wedding while living on the east coast makes it a little harder. We couldn’t have done it without Sweety.
She’s kind, caring, attentive, and very responsive. We had several meetings prior to the wedding to make sure everything stayed on track and she was a constant reassurance that everything would come together smoothly. She even took care of hiring our bartenders and cleaner, all who did an amazing job at our wedding.
Although Sweety couldn’t be present on our wedding day due to some circumstances out of her control, she prepared her assistant, Misty, so well and we never doubted that we would be taken care of on wedding day.
All of the little details were executed perfectly by her team on wedding day, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. They also took care of the clean up at the end of the event so everyone could continue celebrating until the very end.
You NEED Sweety and her team at your wedding. Her value is immeasurable, and I’d recommend her to anyone planning an important event. -

Sweety is exactly what anyone would want from an event planner – she is very knowledgeable, easy to speak with, instantly responsive, and she truly has a vested interest in the success of the event. There were many late nights and early mornings when we had an urgent question for Sweety. We never had to consider whether she would reply promptly. She always responded within minutes of us reaching out. She guided us through the wedding planning process. When we needed vendor recommendations, she had them ready. When we felt unsure about the setup of the wedding, she shared her thoughts and experiences with prior weddings. On our wedding day, Sweety and her co-coordinator dedicated themselves to us, our guests, and our vendors. Sweety is truly an extraordinary individual who took extra special care during our wedding celebration, which had a mix of Filipino and western traditions.
When life got hectic and we realized we needed help, Sweety came to the rescue. She helped us with partial planning and day of coordination services. During the planning, she always kept us on schedule while also making sure that we were at ease. She helped us solve every problem we came across, helped contact our vendors when needed, and reviewed all of our planning materials to ensure we had everything. She was always a text or call away. She also made sure to understand the traditions that we wanted to include and was thoughtful in helping us bring the vision to life.
On the day of, everything went flawlessly --we received so many compliments and our guests had a blast. Sweety is an absolute dream to work with and our wedding truly wouldn’t have gone off without her. She is the perfect mix of kindness and practicality, and takes true joy in helping people achieve their perfect day.
We started looking for day-of coordinators, not convince we needed a full-blown wedding planner, but due to Sweety’s quite reasonable rates, we ended up booking her full planning package. Sweety helped us build the logistics plan for a completely off-the-beaten track wedding in a state park, in a barn that needed every single item from the tables and chairs upward. She met with us regularly and sometimes at the last minute upon our request, made sure we knew exactly what we should be checking off at each interval, and even hired a team of servers to help with catering, setup, and the gamut of other tasks we couldn’t have foreseen and ended up needing.
Sweety deftly delt with last minute changes brought about by our venue. She had the most empathetic response to my tables vs. tablecloths décor meltdown (despite the fact that she has done dozens of weddings and obviously knew these details wouldn’t end up mattering), and always helped relieve any stressors along the way. She was proactive with all vendor communications and managed to pull off a wedding in a location with no service that many of the vendors had never been to. I could go on and on. Stop reading. Hire her!

We hired Sweety as our day-of coordinator, but we both know she went above and beyond what we hired her for. From my first conversation with her, I could tell Sweety was fully invested. We weren't just another gig she was trying to get, or another weekend she was trying to book. We were two people she wanted to get to know and wanted to make sure our day was the best day it could be -- and it was, thanks to Sweety.
She calmed the chaos, negotiated with our sometimes difficult venue coordinator, and she even managed to tell my father what to do on the day of the wedding (something I'm not sure I've ever seen done before!) Her assistant, Misty was also an incredible help on our big day and we're very grateful to her as well.
When it came to planning our wedding, Sweety helped immensely by giving us checklists of things we needed to accomplish before our next conversation with her. That method worked so well for us. Before we began our calls with Sweety, we were a bit lost on what direction we needed to go. Sweety's helpful spreadsheets, checklists, and timeline were all essential to the planning of our wedding.
I could honestly write an essay about this woman. She is so damn good at her job. If you don't hire her, you're a fool. And no, I was not paid to say that!

We started working with Sweety as a day-of coordinator a few months before the wedding and she was incredibly helpful. She quickly responded to all of our questions, did a walk-through of the venue with us to help visualize the floor plan and timeline, and helped us with some lingering vendor questions - everything was great. Then, three days before our ceremony our venue cancelled on us due to the extreme heat (it was projected to be 106F on our wedding day) and Sweety completely saved the day. She talked with our initial venue with us to make sure we had gone through all of our options then she called 22 venues in the Portland area. When the only venue available was an hour drive away, she called 14 transportation companies and was able to find busses to transport our entire guest list. Within about 5 hours of our venue cancelling on us we had a new venue and transportation - completely thanks to Sweety. We genuinely could not have done it without her!! Also, with all of the changes, we didn't see our venue until the day of the wedding and Sweety completely handled the entire floor plan, updating the timeline, coordinating the venue change with all of our vendors, and many, many day-of mishaps - and did it all with a smile. Sweety is the best!
Sweety is the best event coordinator. She is super communicative, helpful, patient and eager to make your wedding day extremely special. Throughout the planning process, Sweety helped us figure all the details out. Sweety is super creative and has several items available for purchase or rental (make sure to ask Sweety about these- if it wouldn’t have been for Sweety I would totally have missed a few items that made our day extra special).
Sweety has the best recommendations for vendors. Our florist @Trellis Flowers, our photographer @Stormi Rhodes and our videographer @Petr Shotropa were incredible. Our flowers were gorgeous! Our photographer and videographer were so patient and organized and made this experience so much fun! ( we are so excited to see the final pictures and video!) The venue- Cape Horn Estate is so beautiful! The food from @Hoda’s Catering exceeded our expectations and all the guests loved the food.
Putting a wedding together is so stressful and Sweety always reminded us how the purpose of this day was to celebrate my partners and I love and commitment for each other.
On our wedding day, Sweety made things happen 👏🏻 When we arrived to our beautiful venue, everything was being set. Sweety made sure everything went well and according to plan. She truly guided us through the timeline and she made sure everyone was having fun. In between photos and things happening, Sweety truly took care of Caleb and I. She made sure we had water and time to enjoy some food and drinks. She reminded us it was our day every step of the way and that shows how much she cared for us! I just want to say THANK YOU Sweety!!! She has been the key to getting this day to run smoothly, by meeting me at the rentals, taking care of emailing the vendors, answering all my annoying questions and just staying on top of everything. Even as far as giving me a deadline to get the decor done for the wedding so I can focus on myself and relax.
Event cracker is by far the best decision I made during this whole wedding planning process.
She works well with all the vendors and even when we had a bartender vendor not show up the day of She didn't miss a step in jumped in to make sure we had beverages to serve everyone.
I can't thank her enough but what I can do is pass the word along that she is amazing and you won't be disappointed with her or her crew.

If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, stop, forgive yourself for overestimating your own abilities, and just hire Sweety. She is worth of every penny of her (very reasonable) rates, and helped us pull off the rather challenging wedding we envisioned.
From the start, she was OK ripping up the script to accommodate our two-cultures-in-a-blender mentality. Hindu wedding? Easy. Groom arrives in an old 4X4 van? Sure. Pierogies for an appetizer at the last minute? We’ll make it work.
With her help, the final production was everything we wanted. Sweety helped us navigate the woes of COVID rescheduling, prepare for details we hadn’t thought of, and calmed us down when our heads were spinning. Her confidence and competence on the day of our wedding let us relax and release our white knuckles from the steering wheel, knowing a pro was in charge. Thanks for helping us throw the party of a lifetime, Sweety!
