Elephants catered our micro-wedding. I ordered from their drop-off catering menu because we only had six guests. Customer service was excellent, and I was able to easily adjust the order. The rep even gave me great recommendations as to what size chafers and serving utensils I should rent. The food was delivered piping hot, on-time, and exactly as ordered. Everything was delicious!! We enjoyed our leftovers for the following two days. I highly recommend Elephants drop-off catering as an option for anyone having a micro-wedding (15 people or less). It allowed us to enjoy an intimate meal at our beautiful venue for the same price as taking our group out to a noisy restaurant. Thank you, Elephants!

Elephants was my first and only choice when selecting a caterer for my September 2020 micro-wedding. Their customer service was responsive, professional and notified me of their Covid safety protocols. Each meal was carefully prepared with the finest quality ingredients, individually sealed and delivered to the venue promptly. The food portions were substantial for the value and absolutely delicious! My guests raved for weeks. My family enjoyed their entrees so much that we ordered our Thanksgiving meal from Elephants. Whether you are interested in a quick grab and go meal or catered ever - Elephants is the best!

We had our ~65-guest wedding reception at the Elephants Deli's Corbett Room and it was a big success! The Corbett Room is an affordable yet elegant venue that allowed us to keep our overall wedding budget modest. We had a buffet style dinner and a hosted bar and the room is large enough to accommodate several round tables for guests plus a photo booth, a small dance floor, and a DJ. The quality and presentation of the dinner buffet was outstanding and Carol, the venue/event coordinator was wonderful to work with. She was so incredibly patient with all of my inquiries and she went above and beyond to help make sure our event went smoothly. The onsite event staff were also very efficient and professional. I highly recommend the Corbett Room as a reception venue!

This was the BEST place to hire for our rehearsal dinner that we opened up to the larger family of about 60 people. The staff was pleasant and incredibly helpful - they have outstanding customer service. The price was correct and the quality of the food was amazing - we got lots of compliments, and we actually had a lot of dietary restrictions and a wide range of palettes to please.

Holly and the wonderful catering staff made our backyard wedding a dream! The food was amazing and the staff was kind, professional and so fun. For this frazzled bride, it was a dream come true. My guests raved about all the dishes. Our favorite? The mango chicken. Yum!

Elephant's catered my wedding and I couldn't be happier. We wanted a plated meal with multiple courses but were a little hesitant to go this route out of concern the plated meal would take too long and that a buffet line might be a little easier. After speaking with the Elephants' staff, they eased our concerns and convinced us to go with the plated meal. I'm so glad they did because it turned out great! The food and service was excellent and everything rolled out according to schedule, which made my wife and I very happy on our special day.

Another thing I appreciated about Elephants is their ability to provide EVERYTHING food/beverage related that you need. We didn't have to shop for multiple vendors as Elephants provided beer, wine and liquor service along with specialty his and hers cocktails. My wife and I love oysters and Elephants was even able to do a fresh shucked oyster bar for us! Talk about a one stop shop!

When it comes to wedding caterers in the Portland/Salem area, Elephants knocks it out of the park! They were wonderful to work with from planning to execution, super responsive. We had so much going on from an oyster bar that turned into a whiskey/cigar bar, a four coursed meal with wine pairings and late night snacks and they pulled it off for 160 people + the salmon was perfectly cooked! They not only provided and served the food with such enthusiasm but their experience really came through during the planning process, they were practically our wedding planner! Extra bonus.

My wife and I were married at Jenkins Estate in September 2015. We started planning for the wedding a year and a half in advance, and the wedding ceremony and reception went incredibly well and without any issues, with the help of Jenkins and Elephants Delicatessen personnel.

The staff we worked with at (Mike Luton, Ruthie Kozak, and Mary Ann) were very professional, responsive, and provided insightful input that ultimately helped us make decisions that made for a better event than we had originally planned. Every time we talked with them, it was obvious they had a lot of experience organizing and holding all types of events, and we took a lot of comfort knowing they were aware of and knew how to manage the key details that it takes to coordinate a wedding. They truly are professionals in their field.

We also had them cater the food for the event. We had so many compliments from everyone at the wedding saying how impressed they were with the amazing food, courteous staff and the entire event. It was evident that all of the staff enjoyed their job and worked well together. We are still getting compliments more than a month after our wedding.

Again, throughout the entire process from the beginning to the end, we have nothing but praise for how we were treated, the options we had, and the expertise Mike, Ruthie, Mary Ann, and the rest of their staff has.
