August 31, 2025, we had a large outdoor reception at our residence and had West Coast put up two tents, 20x50 & 20x20, and supply all the dining tables, linens, flatware, china, table glassware, 150 chairs, and more. West Coast worked through any and all property site challenges with extreme expertise and efficiency. The crew was very friendly and precise, always asking for my input. Wendi and DJ did a fantastic job both in person and online with all the details and selections. Austin, was wonderful as the onsite lead. Our Grand Gala we had was beautiful. Everything went smooth thanks greatly to West Coast Event Productions. We couldn't have been happier with the service and results. We highly recommend this organization.

DJ and his team at WCEP were truly amazing. They were very patient with me and took the time to modify quotes for me several times. This was my first experience renting a tent and they were so helpful to guide me towards what I needed. In the end, they upgraded me to a clear tent for free, which was what I had wanted all along but could not afford. The tent, lighting and dance floor were absolutely spectacular. Big thanks to the WCEP for helping me get exactly what I wanted! I would recommend them for any event rentals you may have!

WCEP has an amazing team! They really know their stuff. We had a large drape order and they executed our vision flawlessly. We're talking a seven hour drape set- now that's dedication! Drew takes pride in what he does and it shows. Drape will transform your venue. I can't tell you the amount of comments we got from guests saying how it was the most amazing wedding they had been to and this was partly because of the drape work that WCEP did for us. I had my wedding in my mother's backyard in Tumalo (outside of Bend). We used West Coast Event Productions Bend office for all of our rentals. I worked with Kezia and Lynne, both extremely organized, professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have had. The set up day was easy and the crew were fun and enjoyable to work with. Everything looked beautiful from the the tent, to the tables, to the lighting, to the dance floor, to the ceremony chuppah. I would highly recommend working with them to make sure your wedding runs smooth and looks beautiful.

We rented some furniture and wedding decorations from WCEP. WCEP worked together with our caterer to make sure everything is set up the way we want it. We loved the atmosphere the rented items have created. We also had WCEP do our ceiling treatment above the dance floor and that definitely exceeded my expectations! Very pleased!

West Coast Events was fantastic to work with. We had the privilege to be paired with Pat and Sara, and they are class acts. So professional, and they were so very patient with us through all our different ideas. What we ultimately came up with was beautiful! The pipe/drape, and linens made it look like our own winter wonderland. They are pro's in this business. They have a wonderful vision and execute flawlessly!

Good availability of a wide variety of quality, well-maintained functional and decor items to rent. We enjoyed the beautiful tenting, chiffon draping and linens. They were especially accommodating and expedient with weather concerns, making available and bringing in heaters and flooring last minute. Very nice to work with!
