I'll first say that the venue is beautiful. My fiancé and I fell in love with the space and it accommodated all of our needs. We toured after Thanksgiving and within a week we reached out that we were interested. During the month of December, we worked together to finalize our contract (they have sent us 2 contracts). Once we finalized the days and price, during the week before Christmas, Nick said he would send over the final contract over the weekend. The Monday after Christmas I followed up and Nick responded on Tuesday stating that the owner has decided to increase the price by triple (they don't offer anything besides the venue by the way). I was so shocked and upset. I've sent 2-3 emails after for an explanation and see if we could work something out, but no response. This is not how you conduct business, especially if you're diving into the wedding market (they are new). We are now scrambling to find a venue and wasted a whole month working with Droumavalle.
