Dover Tents & Events is a wedding event rental company based in Dover, Delaware. Since 1966, the company has offered a wide selection of tent rentals, with tents offered in over 80 different sizes. Several table and chairs options are also available for rent, along with other event items in a variety different shapes, styles, and patterns to complement any wedding. No matter the size of the event, the trained and experienced sales staff helps couples determine their rental needs and create a wonderful, memorable affair.
Services Offered
Dover Tents & Events offers a catalog of tent options, which include pole tents, frame tents, sailcloth tents, and clear top tents. The company also provides table in 15 unique styles and chairs in 14 styles, including Chiavari chairs in six color options. Couples have the option to rent other event items, such as chair covers, lights, tent accessories, dance floors, and decorations. Barware, flatware, linens, china, and glassware are also offered. All rentals come included with delivery, set up, and clean up service.

AJ started working with DTE in early 2018. For five years prior, she oversaw events and weddings at two local country clubs, giving her the insight and experience with the overall process and execution of events from different perspectives.
AJ is now our Sales Manager, helping hundreds of clients with weddings and special events each year!

Meghan, began working part-time for the business in 2001 and by May of 2003 she was a full time rental sales coordinator. With well over a decade of experience in the industry, Meghan has helped thousands of couples plan and execute their affairs.
In November of 2016, Meghan moved from Sales & Marketing Manager into the Branch Manager position. In 2021, Meghan moved from Branch Manager to VP of Sales & Marketing for Collective Event Group.

Many of the weddings we design the flowers for Tents & Events supplies tents, tables, chair linens and more. They do a fantastic job. Always on time and very helpful.

Meghan and the staff at Dover Tents and Events ALWAYS deliver exactly what I need...and I know that whatever is coming from them will be in great condition and ready to go. Meghan is great when meeting with brides, and helps to gently guide them and make suggestions that pull everything together for them. The new satellite office at the beach is definitely a plus for couples who are planning a destination wedding.
