AJ and Meghan are true experts in helping plan for your special day. I called Collective Event Group in February after a chaotic mishap with another rental company. My wedding was May 18th so I was stressed out when this other company failed to keep what was promised. Meghan was so detailed and most importantly calm! She sent me over a contract with every detail covered for my beach wedding and even included a layout diagram so I could see the vision! When I visited the show room AJ was very professional and friendly! But can I tell you the day before my wedding AJ and the team went above and beyond and handled a dance floor emergency! I was in tears and AJ came to my rescue. Take my advice and go to Collective Event Group! One place with all your wedding day needs and professional service. They truly care about their customers and want to make your event memorable. As a bride I knew I was in good hands. Thank you ❤️

Best Value High Quality Black and White Dance Floor
I was looking for a black and white dance floor and I must have reached out to 15 vendors. Collective Event Group offered the highest quality product for the best price. Absolutely beautiful, quality tents and rentals for your wedding!! Meghan and her team were SO helpful throughout the process in helping me figure out quantities, items, and making sure it all looked perfect on the big day. Expertly executed assembling a tent/floor for our entire reception directly on the beach. Awesome team to work with and we got SO many compliments on the gorgeous big sailcloth tent. For our wedding, going with Dover Tents & Events was a wonderful decision. They had a great variety of options to go with, ranging from tent styles, chairs, tables, decorations, and place-settings. Meghan, our coordinator and point of contact with Dover Tents & Events, was extremely helpful in reviewing our options. She was also very patient with us as we went through each aspect of the wedding and chose our preferred options. She was even so kind as to come in during weekend hours in order to work with our schedule. Her staff worked extremely hard to help setup and dissemble the whole event even though the temperatures were unkind. Overall, I would highly recommend using Dover Tents & Events.

So Amazing
I got a nice tent packing with tables and chairs, a walkway, and a beautiful arch. Everything was perfect and AJ the coordinator helped me through all of it. If I had any questions he helped me and helped with every detail. The best part about it was it was all done through email I didn't have to go in anywhere or meet anyone with my busy schedule. The team at Dover is awesome! They have a large selection of inventory and can put together almost any look for a wedding day. They were so easy to work with, especially during a COVID postponement when some of our original rentals became unavailable on our new date. AJ was incredibly responsive to any email and always quickly made any changes we suggested (and we had many changes!). I would not hesitate to hire Dover for rentals!

We worked with AJ to coordinate the rental needs for our wedding. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had and was very attentive to detail. We were initially a little stressed at the idea of organizing all the rental needs for our ceremony and reception and she took all of the stress out of the experience. From making sure our invoice was all inclusive of our needs, to assisting with designing a floor plan, to coordinating delivery she worked with us every step of the way. Dover was perfect for our wedding rentals. It was incredibly convenient being able to get our tables, chairs, linens, glasses, utensils, and lights all from one vendor. We even had to add a large heated tent for cocktail hour less than 48 hours before our wedding (because of the weather) and it was added to our event seamlessly! We had a great experience with AJ from this Rental company. She reminded us of possible things we were missing/forgetting, she was quick with communication, kept up with changes, add ons, etc. with no problem. We had large quantities of multiple things and a lot of things were different - I mean pages of rental items but everything was easy and understandable. I used Dover Tents & Events for my wedding in Dewey Beach in May. AJ was wonderful from day 1. She made everything so seamless and easy. On the week of the wedding, the weather started looking really bad. AJ helped me add a tent to our contract 3 days before my wedding. I was so stressed out about the weather, but working with her made the weather no issue at all. We ended up with a clear top tent that was absolutely beautiful. Hey All! I don’t think I could say enough good things about DTE. From the start of my planning process I had no idea what I wanted. I looked at many different venues that wanted the whole bank for a Saturday alone. After weighing my pros and cons we talked to my Mother in Law and she said we could use her land. I then decided to reach out to Dover Rent-All Tents and Events just to see what my options could be. I’m from Wilmington so it was difficult to be able to come down to the office especially after work. AJ stayed late while we came from Wilmington and did a rough quote with us after I kind of sprung ideas around. From then on my mind was made up, I had my vision, and AJ worked with me to the very end. I had a wedding of 130 guests and any time I had questions or concerns I reached out and there was never any hesitation on their part. Linen samples were sent to MY HOME so that I wouldn’t have to make a trip down to Dover. There was always transparency no guessing and no worries! The week of the wedding the crew came to set up the 40x80 high peak tent and all of the other rentals and the only snag we hit was electrical (and in our part) and they worked with me to get it 100% straight. The setup crew worked tirelessly and did an amazing job! I am SO HAPPY and SO THANKFUL to have had Dover Tents and Events work with me through the longest ten months EVER ! I hope the photographer was able to get great pics because everything EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS x 10. Thank you so much DTE! I will definitely be a returning customer in the future for large events or small !

We worked with AJ from the start and she was awesome! She helped us create a custom floor plan with round and long tables to accommodate 150 guests. She read my mind, she kept me calm and made everything happen for us! There even was a big storm expected the day before our wedding (tent delivery day) and they last minute were able to deliver and set up the day before. The team was amazing! (we rented 2 sets of chairs, long, round and hightop tables, a dance floor and a massive tent!)

The event coordinators were very efficient in every aspect of the planning process! We chose Dover tents and events to provide all the necessities for our wedding! (Tent, tables, chairs, linens. Dance floor, heaters, etc) we could not have been happier! The crew that both came to set up, and take down were nothing short of amazing, efficient, and respectful. I don’t think they stopped working from the time they got there, until it was complete. On the planning end of things, I worked with mostly Meghan and Amanda, and have no complaints there either. They both Are so nice, patient, and know their tents! I would absolutely use Dover tents and events for any event I have in the future!

Meghan was wonderful to work with for my daughter's wedding. It was a complicated back yard event that had many moving parts and Meghan made it work. In the final hour she even went the extra mile to add more lighting that my daughter wanted to the tents. I would highly recommend working with Meghan.

We can't say enough great things about Meghan and her team, who we hired for our wedding last weekend. We had a huge list of rentals required and Meghan made the process so easy. She created beautiful floor plans and made sure we had everything we needed, even if we didn't know it. When we were having a get together the morning after the wedding, she even drove to the venue to see which of her items would work best in the space. The prices are also very reasonable, especially when compared to other rental companies. Don't hesitate to hire Dover Rent-All!!

We went with Dover Tent Rental because they handle the Biggs Art Museum Gala every year and do an amazing job adding an air of sophistication and class to an outdoor event. They tented our wedding on 5/6/2017 at the Bellevue Manor and it was just beyond what we had hoped for. The black and white checkered dance floor was just awesome, the linens looked elegant, Megan at Dover Tent Rental is just a dream to work with. Also the experienced eye for detail she brings to the table is invaluable, highly recommend that if you work with them you ask for her.

Many more than I thought a rental company would have. With Dover Rent-all's selection you can add some serious charm to your event! We went with their beautiful harvest tables and lots of green and blush linens... the rentals from Dover brought our whole vision together! Dover made a space with nothing in it look amazing. They also made our backyard for the rehearsal look beautiful. They were easy to work with and changed the order as necessary as things were finalized closer to the date. It was everything I imagined.

We got married at a family member's home and had to rent every part of our venue for our wedding. Meghan and the rest of the team from Dover Rent-All Tents and Events thought of every detail so we didn't have to! The whole team helped our wedding day run so smoothly, regardless of the rain that threatened to ruin our day! She changed the schedule the week of to accommodate the looming storms and help our wedding location stay dry. Meghan was also creative and extremely helpful in designing our wedding and making our vision come to life. I'd recommend them to every bride!

Thank you so much for making our wedding beautiful and for saving us so much time in coordinating!! We had a great time with Meghan putting together a great experience for us and our guests. She helped us put together that fit our style, anticipated our needs, and worked to eliminate things that wouldn't be necessary.
The tent was first rate and the staff helped set up in plenty of time for all the festivities. Meghan worked with our venue and caterer to make sure that we had everything we needed.

My husband, Mike, and I were married in October of 2015 in Lewes, Delaware. We were able to create our dream wedding as a result of working with Meghan and the team at Dover Rent-All Tents & Events. Our ceremony, cocktail hour and wedding reception were located in three different locations. Having three separate locations could be very stressful to many couples; however, Mike and I didn’t feel any of the stress because we knew we were working with the best! From the moment we met Meghan we knew we were in great hands. Meghan is very knowledgeable, flexible, professional, attentive and extremely easy to work with which made having to rent items for three locations easy and stress-free. It was such a sincere pleasure working with Meghan throughout the entire planning process. As a bride, you don’t want to have to worry about scheduling and logistics the day of your wedding and I can honestly say I had complete trust in Meghan and the Dover Rent-All Tent & Event team as the big day approached. To confirm, the day of our wedding all three locations were set up perfectly and executed as planned. Each of the three venues looked beautiful and we could not have been happier. My husband and I recently got married on 10/24/15 in Lewes, DE and we worked with Meghan over at Dover Rent-All Tents & Events. From the very beginning, Meghan was awesome!! We set up an apt with her to go into their Lewes location to look at all of the linens, chair, and rental choices and there was so much to pick from! She was always very responsive via email or phone too. I changed my mind on some things a few times and she was always so hopeful with ideas and willing to meet us anytime to get everything exactly how we wanted it. It was really a pleasure working with Meghan, I felt like I was working with one of my good friends! All of the equipment and linens that we used were in great condition and looked so nice the day of the wedding. I would definitely recommend using Dover Rent-All and working with Meghan!! A pleasure to work with. Everyone at their facility was nothing but kind and professional. Meghan was very helpful, attentive, kind, and responsive to all my needs. The venue looked absolutely amazing with the items we rented and made our day perfect. Despite the hurricane and Nor'easter storm they were very accommodating and supported last minute changes to deal with the less cooperative weather. Maureen was also very kind and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend a one stop rental shop that will put every bride at ease. Not only was Meghan patient with our many requests and multiple time zones/locations/schedules/what have you she really helped to pull our vision into a reality! She even was in contact with our other vendors to seamlessly pull this event together with style and grace. Her honesty and support with all the details and organizing was such a help and she worked beautifully with our fantastic wedding planner (who is also someone I highly recommend!) I have worked with this company now twice for both my sister's and my own wedding. Both times, the ladies in the office were very knowledgeable and worked with our budgets to help us get exactly what we needed when creating DIY spaces. The tables, chairs, etc were always delivered on time and the delivery men were very kind. All the items were exactly as described and the prices competitive with all the other rental companies in the area.

Meghan at Dover Tents and Events was a lifesaver for me during the planning process. I was such an indecisive bride when it came to how I wanted our tent to look. I changed our color scheme 3 times. Meghan was patient and wonderful through the whole process. I had a terrible time finding a vendor to line an existing tent at a reasonable price and again Meghan and her team came to our rescue. Everything from the linens, tent liner, and chairs were perfect. She responded quickly and the prices were fair. I would absolutely recommend them for all your rental, tent, and lighting needs. When I pulled up to our wedding venue our tent looks like something right out of Pinterest and I couldn't have done any of it without these guys. Thank you!

All the girls at tents and events know their stuff! We planned our entire wedding in 8 weeks and we couldn't of done it without their help! Our backyard reception was amazing and people were blown away will all the rental equipment. From the huge tent to the amazing lighting, I even rented my centerpieces! I cant thank everyone there enough for all they did. All their help led us in the right direction.

I highly suggest using Dover Rentals for any event. Our wedding reception was special and Dover was one of the reasons it was so beautiful. Meghan and her staff made sure our day was spectacular. I was married this summer at my parents home, so we needed everything from the tent, lighting, flooring, tables and chairs, down to place settings, generator, and even a restroom trailer! Meghan and Maureen guided me throughout my planning process, which was over a year, and helped me with everything from choosing my linen colors, to the layout and design in my tent and tent lighting. Everything was wonderful! And the set up crew was friendly and personable. Even down to the restroom trailer, which was nicely decorated with potted plants! Thank you to the whole team, my vision was achieved with flying colors! The only problem that I can think of, was one of the crates of wine glasses was dropped and all broke when unloading the truck but they brought another crate to replace it the next morning promptly!

Our venue required lots of rentals-including tables, chairs, tents, china, silver wear, lighting, linens, bathrooms, golf carts and the list goes on! Meghan was super professional & knowledgable about what we would need and catered to our ever changing guest list and grasped our overall vision and taste. She handled everything and didn't miss a detail. She worked with our caterer to be sure all of the corners were covered! The hard working set up and delivery staff were prompt & pleasant. All of our rentals were amazing, but the tent was the jaw dropper-the lighting they used was a dream-and we got tons of compliments on those fancy porta johns! Dover Rent-All provided chairs for our ceremony at the Lewes Historical Society and a full cocktail hour and reception tent set up at a private residence. We were able to preview the linen option, choose from a variety of place setting options, add cooking equipment for the catering staff, and make adjustments to the rental agreement as needed. Because it was a private residence, DRA worked well with us on the electrical requirements and visiting the site to assess which rentals would best suit the property. We also had additional vendors (lighting, portable toilets) that DRA coordinated with so that everything was set up perfectly.

All the rental items I needed were delivered, and set up. I couldn't have been happier with the way that things turned out. The idea of renting and then filling a tent for our wedding seemed like a daunting task. Tablecloths, plates, flatware, wineglasses, lighting - the list goes on and on and is full of things I never even thought about (fans). Thankfully, Meghan made this process much easier than I ever thought it could be. She let us see (and feel) our options and was happy to answer all our questions and provide her insight as needed (she even told us what she thought were unnecessary expenses). Meghan was very helpful during the planning process and everything was perfect for the wedding.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dover Rent-All. Meghan was the MOST AMAZING person to work with. We communicated for over 12 months and she was patient the entire time. I was not an easy customer to work with, but she was a saint. The products and services from Dover Rent-All are of exceptional quality and their color options are wonderful. Dover Tents & Events was one of the most organized, experienced and streamlined vendors I worked with for my wedding. My coordinator Meaghan offered invaluable advice as to what equipment would be best to rent for my beach wedding ceremony. She perfectly coordinated delivery, setup and tear-down. She fielded many frantic bridal emails from me as the wedding day approached. She was able to offer guidance on everything from the sound system to the color scheme. Dover Tents & Events is a wonderful vendor and I would highly recommend their services.

Dover Rent-All was great. They had a wide selection for me to choose from and provided very prompt service when we arrived to rent as well as when they delivered. They were also very flexible as I had 2 sites to deliver to.

Their customer service is superb! As soon as I faxed my order, a representative responded quickly with the availability and also provided suggestions for matching the linens/napkins/sashes. Their staff is very attentive and detail oriented. Dover Rent All has a wide variety of linens available to rent at very reasonable prices.

Dover Rent-All was very easy to work with and very accommodating throughout the entire process. They had intimate knowledge of our venue and were able to provide suggestions for things we may need while also providing feedback on things they did not think we needed. We were able to revise our order many times over as our plans for the event changed. They were also extremely helpful in coming up with a floor plan for the reception and cocktail hour based on their knowledge of both the venue and events in general. Cost of some things seemed a bit excessive but we are certainly not experts in the area. We used their equipment for a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception for 165 guests. Would definitely recommend this rental company.

I had a great experience working with Dover Rent-All Tent & Events for my July beach wedding! Meghan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire planning process. She was very responsive and accommodating to our wishes and our budget. She has a lot of experience with event planning and offered great advice to help make our wedding even better than we expected! Great Vendor!
When we planned a backyard wedding we had actually started our planning with another company for our rentals, but they didn't have the necessary equipment that we needed for our tenting! We were very lucky to find Dover because they had everything we needed in the way of rentals. I was so happy with the flexibility that they offered based around the weather, we did not need to let them know about walls for the tent until the week of which made the idea of an outdoor wedding on the water much less stressful! They made drop off of the rentals and pick up very easy and we had so many people comment on how nice the bathroom trailer was! AJ was very responsive and was so flexible when it came to helping us when we needed to change our date due to COVID. The only small complaint I had was how dirty the chairs were when they were dropped off, I wish they had been wiped off before coming out to us. I would definitely recommend Dover to anyone looking for tenting/rentals!

I worked closely with AJ at Dover Tents and Events and she was EXTREMELY responsive, accomodating, had great suggestions and input, and a positive, professional, and pleasant attitue. They also offered us a nice military discount as well. The delivery/set up team was quick and efficient and did everything exactly according to the floor plans we worked on with AJ and our caterer. Overall, using Dover Tents and Events as our rental vendor took an enormous amount of stress out of our wedding planning process and our wedding space was beautiful too thanks to the quality rental items! List of most of we rented: linens, flatware, glassware, chairs for ceremony, chairs for reception, tables for cocktail hour and reception (seating/bars/cake table etc), a barrel for the officiant at the ceremoy, and all the items needed for the caterer.

I cannot tell you how accommodating Meghan was in helping to order items for my wedding. I was so indecisive about the things that I wanted to rent and she revised my order every time without complaining, understood my concerns and desires, and remained patient throughout the process.
Meghan helped me justify what was needed and what wasn’t without breaking the bank. She helped me to outweigh pros and cons, too!
When I went to Dover Tents & Events to pick out my linens she was patient as I swapped it napkin color for napkin color until I found the right one (that I STILL ended up switching a month before our wedding!) she showed me different plates, utensils, swatches, layouts for my venue, and more!
Working with Meghan was so easy and painless because she truly is there for you every step of the way and understanding. I can see how hard she works and how dedicated she is to brides (and I’m sure anyone planning an event).
She was responsive, accommodating, and helpful through and through. Thank you, Meghan and Dover Tents & Events!

Meghan and the team at Dover Rent-All made turning a blank canvas beach venue into the wedding of my dreams a piece of cake! From our first phone call, I knew working with Meghan was a must. I sent her some "pinspiration" and she made recommendations based on her expertise. The vintage furniture that I was able to rent through her was exactly what I had in mind! She worked seamlessly with our caterer to provide everything we needed so I didn't have to worry about forgetting a single thing. Highly recommend!

We got a majority of our rentals from Dover rentals. There were some hiccups the day of, but Meghan put me at ease telling me they would do whatever they had to to get me my rentals that were missing. Every time I called to make changes they were very helpful.

My daughter was married May 18, 2013. I was so worried because the ceremony/reception was at the beach 50 miles away. Meghan and Brittina were absolutely wonderful ! They worked with us from begining to end flawlessly ! If you are renting... call them they are the best :)

We rented a small 10x10 tent, 100 chairs, 5 tables, and table clothes. Everything arrived right on time, the Friday before our wedding. They quickly set up the tent and unloaded everythg else for us to set-up. The chairs were exactly what we were looking for- simple and pretty. The table cloths we rented were also the perfect shade of blue for our wedding and looked great at our rehearsal dinner and ceremony. The great part was that we didn't have to worry about cleaning everything up until the Monday after our wedding.
My only complaint was that the tables were very beat up. Some of the edging was even coming off of a couple of the tables. Functional but very ugly. Luckily we had rented the table clothes, so they were covered but if we had not ordered them we would have been running out to buy some last minute. So if your looking at renting tables better count on getting table clothes as well.

They are so busy they dont always get back to you, so follow up can be a pain. However, we were very happy with what we rented from them.
