Facilities and Capacity
DELTA HOTELS BY MARRIOTT WOODBRIDGE's ballrooms are elegantly decorated with glittering pendants, twinkling crystal chandeliers, jewel-toned colors, and elegant arched doorways. The Diamond Ballroom is a 6,800-square-foot space that can comfortably accommodate up to 400 guests. At half the size, the Crystal Ballroom is able to hold 200 guests. The Gold and Silver rooms are both bold spaces that can hold smaller groups of up to 75.

Services Offered
The hotel employs certified wedding planners to help couples organize their events, using experience, training, tradition, and intuition to execute each detail of a couple’s vision. Each planner is qualified to coordinate a multitude of different weddings, including cultural and military weddings. Items such as luxury linens and votive candles can be provided to accent a couple’s other chosen event items. The Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel also has their own on-site AV company to assist with any stage lighting, sound system, and other technical services needed for events.

Cuisine
Couples can work with the hotel’s catering staff to provide service and a menu that surpasses the expectations for their event. The reception packages include items such as butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, a four-course dinner or buffet, an open bar, cake-cutting service, wedding cake, and a champagne toast. Additions to the reception menu are also available, such as a cupcake bar, a chocolate fondue station, a frozen drink bar, a sweet lollipop shop, and a jumbo shrimp display.

Accommodation
