As a very type A person, one of my absolute biggest fears was giving up control of my wedding day and putting it in the hands of someone I'd never met before. I spent COUNTLESS hours looking for a wedding planner/ day of coordinator that instilled the type of trust in me that so far I'd only been able to give to myself.

However, there's truly something to be said about intuition. As soon as I got on the phone with Sarah, I knew my husband and I's day was in the right hands. She was so straightforward and honest but also so calming and booking her for both design and month of coordination felt like a no brainer.

Our wedding was a little untraditional due to my Bulgarian heritage - Sarah flawlessly coordinated 14 dancers and different wedding traditions and gave me a piece of my homeland I was scared I wasn't going to get to have (due to all of my family still living abroad) which I know deeply touched not only me but my mom and dad, and all of our Bulgarian guests as well. She worked with multiple vendors (one very difficult one in my opinion) and our day truly turned out exactly as I pictured it.

I had multiple vendors/ guests come up to me not only during the wedding but afterwards as well, who commented how hardworking and kind Sarah was and how well her team worked. Even my parents, who never understood why we needed a wedding coordinator to begin with, said that they could not have imagined what that day would've looked like without Sarah there.

I loved working with her so much that I recommended her to my best friend, whose wedding just happened at the end of August, and everything could not have gone better for hers as well.

People always tell you that wedding planning is one of the most stressful things to go through. As someone who thrives in chaos and being constantly busy, I never believed them, but if you're reading this because you're starting to plan a wedding, BELIEVE me when I say it gets very overwhelming. Sarah was our day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond to ensure our vision was executed perfectly, whether it was recommending excellent vendors or handling last minute details that let us focus on the celebration itself. We're so grateful for all the thought and care she put into our day. We had some last minute changes and specific needs for family members - and she handled them without blinking an eye. Not only did she handle anything that came up with logistics, she also made sure we were treated so well from having our drink of choice in hand, getting extra biscuits from the cocktail hour to helping bustle the dress. If we had a question, she had already handled it! We are so grateful for Sarah - she was a dream to work with and so many of our other vendors also shouted her praises.

We had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Sarah and her wonderful team this past October. As wedding videographers, our experience is largely influenced by the professionalism and experience provided by the planner. We were so impressed with Sarah and her ability to coordinate an absolutely stunning event. The wedding day featured several moving parts, hundreds of guests, and dozens of vendors, and yet Sarah was able to bring the couple’s vision to life. And while the wedding was absolutely gorgeous, what we really appreciated about Sarah was her talent for anticipating the couple’s needs on their wedding day. Throughout the day, she made suggestions that ultimately enhanced the experience not just for the bride and groom, but for the guests as well. Our favorite of these suggestions was the impromptu receiving line that allowed the couple to individually greet each of their guests as we transitioned to dinner. You could see that taking this time meant so much to each of the guests, and it made a really special memory for the couple, as well. Though it wasn’t on the original timeline, Sarah coordinated this moment with such expertise – she communicated clearly and often to the vendors inside the tent so we were constantly in the know and on the same page. It truly felt like we were all part of one big team. We felt so taken care of and because of this, we were able to do our jobs with ease. But above all else, Sarah has to be one of the kindest people ever. She is truly such a genuine soul and she is so passionate about helping others create beautiful memories. If you have the opportunity to work with her, don’t even think about it – do it!!

Sarah is absolutely amazing! She is meticulously organized, professional, offers guidance, design advice, vendor suggestions, and managed the events to a precise timeline. We had to “reset” the venue from a dinner setting to a cocktail party in a set 15 minute timeframe and it was done perfectly. We had shuttles on a precise schedule, and they executed beautifully. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Everyone raved about each detail and we were able to focus on the guests and enjoy our event. She was flawless!
