We heard about Columbia Chef Catering through the American Legion banquet hall in Ellicott City. Columbia Chef was a last-minute substitute after a different caterer could not follow-through. We were nervous, but Columbia Chef was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. They were reasonably priced, and I feel that they can work with any budget that they are given. From the first contact, they were always prompt, direct, and clear with communication. They were extremely flexible and supportive of our decisions, and worked with us to include personal touches to our reception. We had guests with a lot of dietary needs and restrictions, and they had no problem with accommodating our guests. Our guests RAVED about the food afterwards --- we received so many compliments. Mr. Franklin was wonderful to work with. He truly wanted to give us the reception that we described. He worked so hard, and he wanted us comfortable, most of all. He ensured that we sat down and actually got to eat. Additionally, all of our vendors who worked with Columbia Chef at the reception site informed us of how "helpful and nice" Columbia Chef was, that is was easy to work with our caterer. We would absolutely recommend Columbia Chef Catering to anyone in need, and would definitely consider them if we plan another large event. Thank you, Tom and Betty and the whole staff!


 Honestly – we picked these people because my sister used to work for them in high school. But I’m so glad we did because they went above and beyond to make our event spectacular. The food was so delicious and so beautifully presented.
