Working with Evolved Catering for our wedding was a 5 ⭐️ experience. We were able to have such fun and unique food at our wedding which got rave reviews from our guests. The team was very available for all of my questions, accommodated every dietary restriction, and helped create such a wonderful day.

I loved working with Evolved Catering immediately. As one of the catering options for my venue, I immediately felt that we were in very good hands. Their team really cared about getting us exactly what we wanted and working with the price to fit our budget best. When they say they can cook anything you want, believe them, especially Asian cuisine which is what we we chose. Working with Evolved was a true collaboration from start to finish. I couldn't imagine going with anyone else for our wedding.

This is going to be a long review and it's because they deserve it - so buckle in. From start to finish, the experience, communication, and service was top notch. I cannot imagine my wedding day without this amazing team.

Kim - she's great. She was quick to respond and extremely thorough. I could tell by the intake questionnaire that she knows her stuff and actually cares about the couples they work with. Kim is an absolute sweetheart and highly professional. She really set us up for success with the timeline, menu, and coordination of everything.

Chef Mike - he is an AMAZING cook and so creative! In addition to the absolutely delicious hors d’oeuvres and entrees, we asked for some creative desserts and man did he hit it out of the park. We fell in love with our menu at the tasting and eating was one of the things we were looking forward to the most about the reception! Everyone kept commenting on how amazing everything was, and they meant it - because unlike typical wedding food you wanted to lick your plate clean!

Jude - I LOVE Jude. Anytime I saw him he had a smile on his face. He commented on our wedding day that we were one of the most relaxed couples he's seen and it's honestly because of him (and their team). When reviewing the timeline during our walkthrough, he had so many great suggestions and recommendations for the timeline - such as them bringing us drinks & hors d’oeuvres right after the ceremony in a secluded spot. He was so inquisitive on what/how they could help. Knowing that he was going to be the day of manager made me stress-free. I did not have a day of coordinator or wedding planner, and Jude and his team helped execute the timeline and kept us on track. And not only that, he took my timeline and went above and beyond- For example, for the after party, I was just going to have drinks set up on two whiskey barrels and a fill/chill table, but he had his team bring over a wooden bar top and place ontop of the whiskey barrels and make it into a really nice and pretty setup. This is the type of intuition and creative problem solving you get with this team. Also, for me (as a former waitress) getting plated service was really important to me - I just love the experience. And when I say I have never felted so catered on I mean it. My husband and I kept saying how amazing Jude and Angie are. They came up to us to give us our drinks and check up on us (but not at all in an overbearing way). And they cleaned/packaged up all our DIY and decor stuff to save us time. They really are all-stars, and I could just go on and on about them!

When we look back at our wedding and all the decisions we've made (aside from each other of course) hiring The Local was without a doubt the best choice we made. 100/10 would recommend!
