Hey, y’all! My name is Randi, and I’m a Midwestern born Southerner. I am a wedding coordinator through and through.

I graduated from University of Georgia with a degree in History, and immediately went off track and began working as a corporate trainer. I then moved onto web content management. But it didn’t take long for me to land back at my passion…weddings and events. I started Carry Your Heart Events after working several weddings and feeling one thing in my heart – every single woman deserves a beautiful and stress-free wedding. Every single mother deserves to spend her daughter’s wedding day focused on her family, and not on the table numbers or the band tip. A daddy needs to prepare himself for that walk down the aisle with his baby girl on his arm, not toting decorative windows up and down stairs. And a bride…well, she deserves the world and her new husband is about to give it to her. So here I am and I am in LOVE with what I do.

My motto is love what you love, and I do…I don’t try to fit into trends. I love what I love, and it makes me happy.

Seeing the first dance and the father/daughter dance makes me cry…every.single.time. The love during those two moments just overwhelms me. But don’t worry, I bring my own tissues.

I am a mama and a wife. My husband and my two daughters light my world and give me my strength. My husband is our family rock and my daughters are a constant source of laughter.

I love pimento cheese, coffee, wine, dessert, thrift store shopping, crafting days with my friends, and going to the park!

Weddings are personal for me. Every single bride becomes part of my family and my heart, and her wedding day is just as special for her as it is for me.

As a photographer, I work closely with wedding planners and coordinators- both on the wedding day and in the weeks and months leading up to it- and Randi is the very best. I recommend her to my couples all the time because when she's handling everything, everything is perfect. She's meticulously organized, incredibly communicative with myself and other vendors, and is the epitome of team player- and because a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming and has so many moving parts, having a true team of vendors coming together for your wedding is so important. She jumps in and helps in a million different ways on the wedding day too, yet still gracefully keeps everything and everyone calm and peaceful so that the couple and their families can enjoy the wedding day and not worry about a thing. She genuinely cares about her couples and is truly invested in every wedding day, and anyone who brings her on board for their wedding is lucky to have her.

I cannot say enough nice things about Randi -- she is so knowledgeable, organized and friendly, but most of all she is very down to earth, which was really important to me in choosing a day-of coordinator. When we first started planning our wedding I thought that we didn't need a day-of coordinator and I'm so glad I came around because I wouldn't have wanted to ask our friends and family to take care of setting up, tearing down, making things go smoothly, etc. I also really love how genuinely interested Randi was in our wedding and you can tell Randi loves what she does!

We booked Randi a few months before the wedding and she was so helpful from the get-go! I had a lot of ideas and had booked all the major vendors, but felt overwhelmed thinking about the small details. Randi listened to all of my ideas and helped me make sense of them & get my to-do list together. It was also really important to me that she listened to our thoughts about our wedding because we left out a lot of the traditional trappings and she was so supportive of this.

Randi made sure we all knew what we were doing during the ceremony, even though we were all clueless before the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, Randi was there bright and early to start setting up, but took the time to bring me an iced coffee, which pretty much sums up how sweet she is! Having Randi to coordinate the arrival of our vendors was amazing! I didn't worry about any of it and in hindsight that's one of the biggest blessings of booking a coordinator! She came up with our whole timeline ahead of time, making sure to collaborate with our photographer & gave us time to spend aone together after the ceremony. If there were any issues the day-of, I never knew about them! Randi did an amazing job setting up the reception! Randi exceeded our expectations with the setup and I couldn't stop marveling at how beautiful everything was! We are so lucky we got to work with such an amazing person!

I hired Randi of Carry Your Heart Events to be my wedding coordinator and it was the BEST decision I made during my wedding planning process and I could not have imagined my wedding day without her. The first time I had a call with her to discuss my wedding planning, she listened to all of my ideas and even offered suggestions, which was helpful as I had no idea what I was doing. She would reach out and check up on me periodically to see how my planning was coming along, which meant that she genuinely cared about me and if I needed any of her help. The couple weeks leading up to my wedding, she helped me draft a very detailed wedding day timeline and the week before the wedding, she reached out to all of my vendors to confirm their arrival time on the day of my wedding. I didn't realize it then but this helped out tremendously because I was so exhausted from planning the week before my wedding and by her doing this, it alleviated some of the stress I was having.

Also, couldn't have imagined my wedding rehearsal without Randi as my husband and I had no idea what we were doing and she was so good at getting everyone's attention and letting the bridal party know where to stand, etc. She arrived early for both the rehearsal and on the day of my wedding and went promptly to work on setting up the guest book table and decorations for the ceremony. She took care of everything on the day of my wedding and honestly I feel like everything was absolutely perfect because of her. I never knew of anything that went wrong because I feel like she quietly and secretly took care of it, which probably was the best or I would have freaked out. She even stayed after my ceremony was over to help clean up and put my decorations back in my hotel room, which made checking out that much easier. What I loved about Randi is that she is super sweet, genuinely cares about you and your wedding, and is very detailed oriented. I would 110% recommend her because she is truly the best!

Where do I begin! I have so many great things to gush about Randi! She was SO helpful even way before the actual wedding day. She had a great organized way of coordinating that was a huge help for me. She was great with communications and is there to listen to you and calm you down when a vendor is being difficult! I am SOO thankful to have had Randi and her team- especially the last few months before the wedding and especially on the wedding day. If anything went wrong, Randi took care of it, I didn't know about which was FANTASTIC! She made sure my wedding was beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. She is amazing!

As someone who coordinates many events in my line of work, I did not even think I needed Randi's services. BOY WAS I WRONG!! As soon as I met Randi I knew she would be an incredible day-of coordinator for our wedding.

Randi went way beyond her role by offering pieces of advice, setting up meetings, managing a detailed timeline, and offering encouragement well before the day of the wedding. Additionally, she did an incredible job handling difficult situations on the night of the wedding without worrying my husband or me. Everything was PERFECT thanks to her and her assistant!

Randi is an outstanding professional but she is also an amazing individual with a heart of gold and a special passion for her job. It was easy to trust and depend on her because of her genuine personality. I almost wish we could have a second wedding just so I could work with her again :)

Probably the best money spent on our wedding was for Randi at Carry Your Heart Events! My wife and I were recently married and while we had the majority of our wedding already planned (location booked, caterer, flowers, etc.), about a month or two before the wedding we just felt we needed someone to help tie it all together. That someone was Randi. I work in data analysis so by nature I'm more detail oriented than most, but inevitably, it's not if you forget something or there's a minor snag on your wedding day, but when. It's Randi's job to keep those reminders in check and those minor snags under control so your day can go off as beautifully as you planned. Your wedding day should be the best day of your life, not the most stressful, constantly wondering who's bringing what or did all the groomsmen reminder to line up correctly? Randi takes care of everything. She was a pleasure to work with and my wife and I could not recommend her enough. If you're not hiring Randi for your wedding, you're making a mistake.

There aren't enough great things to say about Randi and her team! I hired Randi as a day of coordinator to try to keep me calm for the wedding, but she was so much more than just a day of organizer. She kept me sane in the weeks leading up to the wedding helping talk through a lot of the last minute things that come up. The week of the wedding my now husband said "We would be lost right now without Randi." I totally agreed with his statement. Her and her team put my vision to life the day of the wedding. It was so nice to enjoy brunch and getting ready with my bridesmaids knowing Randi had everything under control. I know my wedding would not have been the amazingly successful event it was without Randi!!!

Randi was my Day-of Coordinator, and I couldn't have asked for better service! My venue was rather complicated and the weather was less than pleasing, and Randi made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Everything was perfect and there is no way we could have done it without her!

Randi made my wedding day 100% easier! She made sure everything went smoothly, everyone was where they were supposed to be, and that the day was everything we wanted it to be. She coordinated with all the other vendors to make sure they were doing what they agreed to do. I'd recommend Carry Your Heart Events to any bride who wants to be worry-free on her wedding day!

Randi is such a sweetheart! I hired her as a "Day of" Coordinator but she went above and beyond. From the moment I booked her, if I needed advice on anything from wedding colors to finding places to take wedding pictures she was ready to help and always quick to respond. She also handled vendors and family alike very friendly and professionally and helped me to keep peace of mind on my big day! :) Thanks Randi!

Randi of Carry Your Heart Events is, hands-down, one of the most professional and thoughtful coordinators I have ever worked alongside. As a photographer, I work closely with wedding planners and coordinators all the time and Randi is 100% on top of every last detail- she keeps me posted from the beginning about timelines, family dynamics, venue policies, and everything else. Weddings have many moving parts, and it's so important for all the vendors to come together and function as one big team- and at every wedding I have worked with Randi on, the entire day has had the most wonderful, peaceful team atmosphere.
