I can't believe I ever asked myself, "Do I really need a wedding coordinator?" The answer was YES, I did. And YES, you do too. The team at BBO was absolutely amazing to work with. I hired them to handle not only my month-of coordination, but also my floral design, table decor and DJ. My wedding was gorgeous and everything went over perfectly, without a hitch. On the front end of the planning phase, Sharon and Kourtney were a joy to work with. They spent hours with me going over every second of the day, getting to know me and my vision for what our wedding would look like. Sharon is extremely knowledgable and was happy to answer any of my questions about proper wedding etiquette, but also encouraged me to do things the way *I* wanted. I left my consultation feeling 100 pounds lighter, because I knew BBO had me covered. Once the day arrived, we were assigned Nancy as our day-of coordinator. My entire family agrees that Nancy was a gift sent straight to us from Heaven. When I say I did not worry about a SINGLE detail on my wedding day, I mean it and I have Nancy to thank for that. She executed the day perfectly, and solved small issues before they could ever become big issues. She gave me space to enjoy getting ready and mingle with my guests, but was always at my side in an instant if I needed anything at all.

I cannot sing enough high praises about Bumble Bee Occasions. I booked them at the recommendation of a dear friend and bridesmaid, and it's the best decision I could have made. If you're like me and thinking you could maybe pull off your wedding without any help, please save yourself the headache. Hire BBO. You will be so glad you did.

I am the mother of the bride and last night our dream wedding for our daughter came to fruition!! It was wonderful! Sharon and Nancy were so fun and helpful making sure all our questions were answered and nothing was too small of a detail to question. From our first meeting to the long conversations in their offices which included power points and computer footage of all our requests. Sometimes these meetings would go on for hours and yet both Nancy and Sharon never made us feel rushed. Bumble bee did the whole wedding from table decor to floral to the food and cake and it was all exquisite! Calming and efficient is how I’d describe this dream team. They also worked so well with our coordinator from the venue we had reserved. The bouquets that Nancy made for my South African daughter was breathtaking! King protea our favorite south African flowers, they used these after telling them how important it was to include her heritage!

Bumble Bee Occasions went above and beyond for my wedding from the moment I reached out to my wedding day. I truly could not have pulled it off without them. I planned my own wedding and probably shouldn't have, but they made sure everything went according to plan and allowed me to relax day-of. I have to say that this vendor blew me away! Nancy rocked the whole thing. She was literally the best human being ever and took such good care of me. Everyone was so impressed with her and BBO and how beautiful everything came out. They did the floral (my bouquet was GORGEOUS!) I was so in love with it! They did the decor, planning, and catering (which everyone loved). I highly recommend this team for planing your perfect wedding!

Megan at Bumble Bee did my daughter's wedding at Clark Gardens. It went flawlessly without a hitch. As a parent, value and service are important. Megan delivered. Everything was explained in advance and they were responsive to changes that came up. Excellent communications and they handled everything that came up along the way. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing! I’d have Bumble Bee as my one-stop wedding partner again and again and again!
