We are a San Diego-based sister team dedicated to working with you to make your dream wedding a reality! Your wedding day should be perfect and stress free. Your day ~ your way ~ no worries!
Breezy Day will coordinate your venue, vendors, families, and guests — ensuring all the puzzle pieces come together flawlessly, just the way you envision it to be!
We do not have different packages, as we treat all Breezy Day couples equally. When you book with us, you have unlimited contact and communication during the planning process, right up through the BIG day. Whether you are getting married next month or next year, you have Breezy Day as a resource and helping hand at any time!
The Breezy Day Coordination package includes, but is not limited to:
– An initial consultation to discuss your wedding day plans and to get to know each other
– Unlimited contact via phone, text and email from first contact through the wedding day
– Help with finding the perfect vendors for your day
– An in person meeting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to finalize details, vision, diagram and day-of timeline
– Help with venue layout and venue walk-through
– Finalization of details with vendors prior to your wedding, providing all with final timeline, diagram and other wedding day details
– Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
– Coordination of wedding ceremony and reception:
Unlimited hours of on site coordination on wedding day.
Point of contact for all deliveries, vendor arrivals, wedding party and family.
Set up of all provided decor items.
Personal wedding day assistant to the Breezy Day couple.
Clean up and safe transport of personal decor items, gifts, etc. to appropriate hotel room or car.

Breezy Day full service is for the couples who want a distinct floral experience for their big day; from unique bouquets to ceremony installations, cocktail hour florals, welcome table statement pieces, elevated centerpieces to cake flowers. No detail is forgotten when it comes to Breezy Day’s full service floral design.
The full service experience starts with an in-depth consultation at the Breezy Day home office where we will get to know each other and dig deep on your goals for your floral vision. After the consultation, Heather will create a custom quote for your review.
Full Service Floral Design typically begins at $2,500, if you are looking for something simpler, we encourage you to take a look at Shoppe Breezy Day for a la carte ordering. The “Breezy Day” experience comes with both expertise and personal, genuine connection. I could tell how much Courtney and Heather love “love”, and love making sure couples get their special moments. Courtney was always ready to answer any silly questions I had (of which there were many - picture me, day-of with half my hair done, frantically texting her about the cake setup and getting a reply in 10 seconds or less). When I started to panic and doubt the bridal party seating arrangements during the rehearsal, she brought me back down with cool professionalism and kept us looking forward. She also texted me pictures she’d taken during the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, which was something I hadn’t even thought to ask but am so excited about, because waiting for the “official” ones to get back is going to take a while!
We not only hired Courtney for her coordination services, but her sister Heather for flowers! We chose to “shop breezy” with their tropical aloha collection, and the arrangements were just the most stunning things I’d seen. I highly recommend getting loose blooms to decorate the cake and the cake table as well - it absolutely tied everything together. Heather also put together mine and the bridesmaid bouquets, the boutonnieres for the men (which were magnets instead of pins - so helpful!), the corsages for the moms, and an adorable flower girl crown for my new niece.
There is no way any other team would’ve made our day as special and as perfect as they did, and I am so unbelievably grateful to them both.

Now, when i discovered her sister Heather could do flowers, well I was just so excited! And did she hit the nail on the head. She understood the vibe my daughter wanted and ran with it. Heather has a gift and a passion for her work. We loved what she did with the ideas we presented her with. She was able to work with my budget and present me with ideas and options. I was impressed all around.
Breezy day was professional and easy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough.
Incredible service, wonderful women
Heather handled the florals, and she completely understood the feel I was going for — even when I only had a few reference photos and loose ideas. I sent her pictures of the Marin hills in bloom, and she created something beautiful and unique with that inspiration. The floral arch was stunning, and her idea to run wildflower-inspired arrangements down the center of the tables made it feel like guests were sitting in a field of flowers. She brought the florals to my parents house the next day for our brunch and we were thrilled that we could continue to enjoy the beauty she created.
Courtney managed coordination and was incredibly organized and responsive throughout. She kept track of all the moving parts, made helpful suggestions for how to use the venue, and offered so much of her time — from emails to zoom calls and venue walk throughs. I’m so impressed that we were able to leave her with a truck load of decorations + some loose instructions and arrived to the venue to find it was set up perfectly. She is filled with positive energy and you will always feel her love and support throughout the process!
