We do not have different packages, as we treat all Breezy Day couples equally. When you book with us, you have unlimited contact and communication during the planning process, right up through the BIG day. Whether you are getting married next month or next year, you have Breezy Day as a resource and helping hand at any time!
The Breezy Day Coordination package includes, but is not limited to:
– An initial consultation to discuss your wedding day plans and to get to know each other
– Unlimited contact via phone, text and email from first contact through the wedding day
– Help with finding the perfect vendors for your day
– An in person meeting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to finalize details, vision, diagram and day-of timeline
– Help with venue layout and venue walk-through
– Finalization of details with vendors prior to your wedding, providing all with final timeline, diagram and other wedding day details
– Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
– Coordination of wedding ceremony and reception:
Unlimited hours of on site coordination on wedding day.
Point of contact for all deliveries, vendor arrivals, wedding party and family.
Set up of all provided decor items.
Personal wedding day assistant to the Breezy Day couple.
Clean up and safe transport of personal decor items, gifts, etc. to appropriate hotel room or car.

Breezy Day full service is for the couples who want a distinct floral experience for their big day; from unique bouquets to ceremony installations, cocktail hour florals, welcome table statement pieces, elevated centerpieces to cake flowers. No detail is forgotten when it comes to Breezy Day’s full service floral design.
The full service experience starts with an in-depth consultation at the Breezy Day home office where we will get to know each other and dig deep on your goals for your floral vision. After the consultation, Heather will create a custom quote for your review.
Full Service Floral Design typically begins at $2,500, if you are looking for something simpler, we encourage you to take a look at Shoppe Breezy Day for a la carte ordering. Amazing! Simply the best!
Courtney is simply amazing. We started planning pre-COVID, and then with the pandemic hitting, we had to revise all of our wedding plans. Through it all, Courtney was always prompt at responding to emails. Whenever I had questions on vendors, Courtney was there with ample recommendations based on what I was looking for. She was a great sounding board as I worked to plan and replan our wedding. She helped us run a smooth rehearsal. Then day of she was there early for set up, and everything went perfectly. In addition to being great with details… she has the right “heart” and personality for the job! She gets amazing results because she is very organized, knows the job and she is easy to work with!
Courtney also has great instincts! Recently… she felt that there could be some problems with the DJ that a bride and groom hired before they hired Courtney. Courtney asked if I could be on “stand-by” in case he didn’t show up. She emailed me the list of the bride and groom’s Special Songs the night before the Wedding. The other DJ did not show up –but, because I had been prepped by Courtney and was ready to go… I arrived in plenty of time and was able to do the Ceremony and Reception – and it all went very smoothly!
I give Courtney my highest recommendation. You will be very happy that you hired her!!

Look no further for a florist! We had a wedding ceremony and dinner at The Prado in Balboa Park and it was beautiful! Our wedding day wouldn’t not have been the same without the special touches added by Heather and her team! From the initial email, she was very responsive, found ways to work with our budget and still delivered beautiful flowers! Everyone complimented on how beautiful the flowers were. They withstood the above normal high temperatures we’ve been having and we even got to enjoy them at home for the rest of the week! What sets Heather and her team apart from others, is that they went above and beyond on the day of! They made sure to show up earlier (than planned) to ensure I had my bouquet for pictures, they set up all of the flowers, and even took over helping with other decorations (since we were scrambling and short on time) to ensure everything was perfect, and stuck around to ensure our ceremony flowers were moved to the dinner/reception area! Wedding planning has been quite the challenge in the middle of the pandemic, so working with Heather was a blessing.
