If you do one thing for your wedding, hire Courtney!
She was the very first vendor we booked after choosing our venue—and easily one of the best decisions we made. Courtney is incredible: kind, calming, and truly a “yes” person who puts you at ease during both the planning process and the high-energy emotions of your wedding day.
She was always just a quick email away—super responsive, helpful, and full of great advice whenever we needed it. On the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly, allowing us and our guests to fully relax and enjoy every moment.
She also made sure we were taken care of throughout the day—fed, hydrated, and yes, even with a drink in hand when we needed it! One of the most special touches was that she captured behind-the-scenes photos and videos, giving us a glimpse into moments we otherwise would have missed before our professional photos were ready.

Courtney and Heather were so incredible! I genuinely could not have dreamed of a better ceremony, reception, and team. I’d been really hesitant about hiring coordination services originally; the venue we chose (San Diego Botanic Gardens) required a day-of coordinator, so I knew I had to find someone, but I was worried about how much they would be able to manage if they were only there for the wedding. Well, Courtney was so very much more than a day-of coordinator. She was with us every step of the way, through picking out vendors, brainstorming activities and guest gifts, and suggesting accommodations for traveling guests all leading up to the Big Day. She even brought things over from her own supply storage, like “reserved” placards, cake stand, and card box! It definitely made it easier to not agonize over the small stuff knowing we could borrow anything. There is no way we would’ve had the dream wedding we got without her help.
The “Breezy Day” experience comes with both expertise and personal, genuine connection. I could tell how much Courtney and Heather love “love”, and love making sure couples get their special moments. Courtney was always ready to answer any silly questions I had (of which there were many - picture me, day-of with half my hair done, frantically texting her about the cake setup and getting a reply in 10 seconds or less). When I started to panic and doubt the bridal party seating arrangements during the rehearsal, she brought me back down with cool professionalism and kept us looking forward. She also texted me pictures she’d taken during the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, which was something I hadn’t even thought to ask but am so excited about, because waiting for the “official” ones to get back is going to take a while!
We not only hired Courtney for her coordination services, but her sister Heather for flowers! We chose to “shop breezy” with their tropical aloha collection, and the arrangements were just the most stunning things I’d seen. I highly recommend getting loose blooms to decorate the cake and the cake table as well - it absolutely tied everything together. Heather also put together mine and the bridesmaid bouquets, the boutonnieres for the men (which were magnets instead of pins - so helpful!), the corsages for the moms, and an adorable flower girl crown for my new niece.
There is no way any other team would’ve made our day as special and as perfect as they did, and I am so unbelievably grateful to them both. -

Amazing Wedding Services
Hiring Courtney and Heather was the best decision we made for our wedding! Courtney and Heather helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into one of genuine fun and excitement! Throughout the year of planning, Courtney and Heather were happy to answer my millions of questions about wedding planning. We received excellent customer service and proactive foresight into what to expect on the big day. Courtney connected us to the best vendors who helped make our day SO special. During our wedding day, Courtney was warm, accommodating, and organized, which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of the wedding. Heather created the most beautiful floral bouquets and arrangements for our wedding. She is an amazing artist and I will be forever grateful! -

I am so glad we had Courtney and Heather for my daughters wedding in June. She got married at The Thursday Club and Courtney was amazing to help put the pieces together on the day of, we could not have survived that day without her. And as the we got closer to the wedding she helped me find vendors and handle some of the essential fine tuning. Courtney allowed me to be able to enjoy my daughter's wedding day. I am so glad I had her by our side.
Now, when i discovered her sister Heather could do flowers, well I was just so excited! And did she hit the nail on the head. She understood the vibe my daughter wanted and ran with it. Heather has a gift and a passion for her work. We loved what she did with the ideas we presented her with. She was able to work with my budget and present me with ideas and options. I was impressed all around.
Breezy day was professional and easy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough. -

I had such a great experience working with this team. Heather and Courtney brought a happy, thoughtful, and professional energy to every part of the process, and really helped bring the wedding together in a way that felt personal and seamless.
Heather handled the florals, and she completely understood the feel I was going for — even when I only had a few reference photos and loose ideas. I sent her pictures of the Marin hills in bloom, and she created something beautiful and unique with that inspiration. The floral arch was stunning, and her idea to run wildflower-inspired arrangements down the center of the tables made it feel like guests were sitting in a field of flowers. She brought the florals to my parents house the next day for our brunch and we were thrilled that we could continue to enjoy the beauty she created.
Courtney managed coordination and was incredibly organized and responsive throughout. She kept track of all the moving parts, made helpful suggestions for how to use the venue, and offered so much of her time — from emails to zoom calls and venue walk throughs. I’m so impressed that we were able to leave her with a truck load of decorations + some loose instructions and arrived to the venue to find it was set up perfectly. She is filled with positive energy and you will always feel her love and support throughout the process! -

If you are planning a wedding, do yourself a favor and contact Courtney Dahl of Breezy Day Weddings. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and was unbelievable. She was available 24/7 and her communication with us, as well as all the vendors (catering, photography, music, flowers) was the best I’ve ever seen, including the many corporate events I’ve been involved in. (Even if there was no action item to be done, she always acknowledged our email with a “thumbs up” letting us know she’d read it.) Having never planned a wedding, there were a bunch of things we were nervous about but Courtney was there every step of the way to reassure us. At the wedding and reception, she was on top of everything without ever being intrusive and always with a smile on her face. Given the importance (and expense) of a wedding and reception, you want the very best. You absolutely will not go wrong in choosing Courtney at Breezy Day Wedding. And P.S. Our daughter’s wedding and reception turned out perfect! -

Courtney’s coordination services were top notch! She was available to us as soon as we booked, 11 months before our wedding. Her communication is timely, she’s organized, efficient, and extremely kind. She made our day seamless by being calm, keeping us on schedule, and meeting us at the end of the aisle with our signature drinks ;). She made the day look easy and I’ve already recommended her to another bride.
Heather’s floral design was out of the park! Not only did my husband and I love the way everything turned out, our guests were complimenting the arrangements all night! I had a vision and her work absolutely exceeded my expectations. She provided the perfect balance of elegance, romance, and warmth, and transformed the venue in the most beautiful way.

We had the pleasure of working with Courtney for our wedding in April 2025. We were blown away by her thoroughness, professionalism, and trustworthiness in coordinating the most special day of our lives. Throughout the process, Courtney answered all my questions quickly and swiftly, and also helped provide great advice and solutions. She even hopped on some vendor calls with me! The day of the wedding, she was an absolute rock star. From setting up a large amount of decor, coordinating the bridal party, ensuring all vendors knew where to be, kept us on time, and even packed us up some cake to enjoy at our hotel! She was my right-hand helper all day, and came to the rescue with a band-aid and and shout to quickly help when I cut my finger and it got on my dress. Also, she put together a beautiful video of our day, which was so precious to us, and completely unexpected.
On top of it all, Courtney has an incredibly positive, uplifting attitude that is so special. Her amazing work and personality helped us to have the best day of our lives. We couldn't be more grateful! -

We got married last weekend and Courtney, the founder of Breezy Day, was our coordinator. I truly cannot overstate how incredible she was to work with - she made ALL the difference in the day and how smooth it yet. We kept a moderate budget for a traditional wedding and did a lot of it with the help of friends and family, and I truly think that the outcome being SO good was partly because of Courtney. She was so well worth adding that line item in our budget.
Her knowledge, sunny and cheerful attitude, efficiency, and thorough attentiveness made it so we could actually enjoy our wedding, instead of worrying about anything else or any little issues. Having a professional makes all the difference. She just made it all happen. If you want to relax on your wedding...she's your gal!
My husband was very hesitant and resistant to having a coordinator and his view on it has completely shifted because of how great she was. She also took some fun photos for us that turned out so cute, and we have those in addition to our photographer and videographer. And, if you're looking into the Thursday Club in Point Loma, she is the preferred coordinator for a reason!!

Courtney was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! She went above and beyond as our wedding coordinator, and we are SO thankful for everything she did for us!! From the moment we met Courtney she was on top of everything! She made our wedding day and everyday leading up to it so stress free. She was very attentive to all our questions and would hop on a phone call at any time. On our wedding day she made everything move so seamlessly that it was everything we had wished for and more. Her attention to detail is Incredible and her creative vision made our ceremony and reception area absolutely stunning! I was blown away when I saw all the décor in each space, it was exactly what I dreamed of for my wedding day.
Not only did she answer all our questions, run our wedding day perfectly, she also captured our wedding day for us! She took so many photos and videos for us that we are beyond grateful for! I still cry every time I watch the video she made for us! The fact that she did that because her heart is so kind, we will never forget! Courtney was AMAZING, she literally went above and beyond as our coordinator. I can't even believe how seamless she made our entire wedding day. Plus, in the lead up to the wedding, she was so communicative, I miss emailing and texting her! She always replied quickly and effectively and went out of her way to make sure I was feeling at ease. Plus, she took so many photos and videos throughout the wedding it was like having a content creator on top of a coordinator! She handled any issues that arose day of without stressing me out and I had multiple guests come up to compliment her and let us know that she had been doing an amazing job! Plus, I loved that she was there for me before the wedding. I had previously been looking into day of coordinators that only would talk to you a month before the wedding but Courtney was answering all my questions throughout the process! We also used Breezy Day for our flowers, and working with Heather was just as lovely. Our flowers came out absolutely beautiful and it was a super easy process to order from their shoppe, as well as affordable! And we were able to update our order close to the wedding so that we only got exactly what we needed! -

I used both the wedding coordination and floral services from Breezy Day and both services went above and beyond, making our wedding day perfect. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made the process so much easier. I was so stressed about the wedding planning process until I met Courtney, I wonder if we would have even had a wedding if I didn’t meet her to be honest! From the initial phone call, she explained the wedding planning process and reassured me that we could have a great wedding within our limited budget. She had a list of vendors she recommended which I picked all of my vendors from and it made the process of selecting vendors so much easier. Courtney was always able to help answer my questions throughout the whole year of planning and always responded in a timely manner. Then, on the day of the wedding, Courtney made the entire day so smooth and it went just as planned. I cannot recommend Courtney and the wedding day of coordinator services more. I don’t know what I would have done without her!
The florals from Breezy Day Weddings were also incredible. They were more beautiful in person then I even expected. I chose the a la carte options from the Shoppe and the florals were so beautiful. Heather was great and very responsive when I asked questions about the process. The florals were seamlessly delivered to the venue on the day of the wedding and Courtney set the centerpieces on the table for me and placed the florals on the cake and it was so stunning.
The service from both the day of coordination services and the florals were 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend them enough. They were affordable, professional, efficient, friendly, reassuring, and just amazing all around. If you’re getting married, you need to hire them for your wedding! Simply put - Perfect!
We hired Courtney and Heather as our wedding coordinator and florist respectively, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding planning journey! We had the challenge of planning a wedding from across the country, and each step of the planning process was not only painless but extremely well-thought out.
Courtney as our coordinator was communicative, efficient, thoughtful, and most of all - honest. We chose all of our subsequent vendors through her preferred list and were pleased with every single recommendation she made. She was available to talk, text, or email at the drop of a hat even for the most mundane of questions, and she was able to answer and guide us at every turn. Day-of logistics were incredibly smooth and her can-do and positive attitude were instrumental in an otherwise beautiful but chaotic day.
Heather as our florist did an unbelievable job. We know close to nothing about flowers and gave her a few ideas and Pinterest board inspiration, and she was able to create the most beautiful hand-selected arrangements I have ever seen. She is very knowledgeable about the seasonality of specific flowers and clearly cares about her clients and product. She very thoughtfully takes her time to show you exactly how to hold your bouquets for the best pictures, and how to pin boutonnières without any accidental stabbings. An added bonus if you are thinking about hiring her as your florist along with Courtney is that the coordination between the two is flawless - I never had to wonder if and how the flowers were going to be in the right place.
Overall, if you are looking for effective and seamless wedding coordination with drop dead gorgeous flower arrangements - Breezy Day is your perfect solution. I could not have asked for a better outcome overall and will always recommend them to anybody getting married in San Diego! -

Courtney and Heather both have a way of making you feel like you’ve known them and you’re a part of their family (which you truly do become through the whole wedding process!). And they truly make everything easy and breezy!
Courtney was so helpful from the very start and helping with any and all questions we had! We needed some help finding vendors and she had given us a recommended list for every category we needed! She’s always super professional, quick to respond, attentive, organized…the list goes on and on! She made the craziness of wedding planning enjoyable and for that I can never thank her enough!! The day of is where all of the work goes into though and she puts in 110% every single second of wedding day (which is so long since she’s there right when everyone arrives!) and she does it all with a smile on!!
Heather is a mastermind with florals! She truly is a queen and absolute amazing floral artist. The work she put into our wedding truly showed through and everyone could not stop commenting on the beauty of every single piece she made! We talked about what our vision was and everything was so much better than we could have ever imagined! The pictures we have are absolutely beautiful, and her floral masterpieces really made our day come to life! Trust her judgement and whatever she recommends, she knows what she’s doing!

Working with Courtney (wedding day coordinator) and Heather (wedding florist) was wonderful. Courtney was professional, helpful, organized and made sure our event was on schedule and that everything went smoothly. Coordinator: Courtney was the coordinator for my best friend's wedding and after working with her then, I knew once my husband and I started planning our wedding that she was who we wanted. When picking between our last two venues that we were trying to decide between, Courtney was listed as a Pro for one, and a Con for the other as we would not have been able to work with her at the other venue. Luckily for us, the venue we ultimately picked is one Courtney works with regularly and she made the day just that much better. I never once gave a thought to if everything was set up, or put away after. Both my husband and I just got to show up and enjoy our day thanks to Courtney. If you are in the San Diego area and are in need of a coordinator, look no further, HIRE COURTNEY NOW! You will not be disappointed.
Florals: While you're hiring Courtney be sure to also hire Heather for your florals. Heather is to florals what Courtney is to coordinating. Our consultation meeting was so helpful and fun, and Heather really guided us and helped us make decisions because to be honest, we had no real idea what we wanted. The bouquets she made for our wedding were nothing short of absolutely gorgeous. If you're still in the market for a florist, hire Heather, you will not regret it. -

Breezy Day is the BEST!

I cannot say enough positive words about Breezy Day!!! Courtney and Heather are consummate professionals on top of their respective professions. Their communication, coordination and execution were on point.
Coordination: Courtney is the best! Full stop. We did our due diligence and met with other coordinators however, whereas some coordinators had very specific packages which dictated when they were available to us, Courtney made herself available from the first time we spoke. It never felt as though we were "just another couple." She was always fully present and willing to share her time, energy and experience. Although wedding planning is always stressful having someone like Courtney in out corner staying on top of things was a relief. It allowed us to not lose sight on the bigger picture. Not to mention she was our wedding day buffer. She not just coordinated with vendors but was a fantastic buffer, in making sure our guests were behaving ... I cannot emphasize how thanks I am for this. To this day whenever my wife and I reflect on our wedding, or whenever we speak with friends or family about that amazing day without fail someone mentions how amazing Courtney was in the build up to and on our wedding day!!!
It was a big bonus to have coordination and florals under the same umbrella.
Florals: Heather was extremely helpful in bringing our vision to life! We had a fall wedding and were interested in dark/vibrant colors. Heather executed to perfection. From the first time we met and discussed our vision we knew we were in good hands. Heather asked all the right questions and guided in the right direction. She was always willing to share her knowledge and experience and our collaboration always felt organic and not forced, she respect and supported our vision. She was very flexible and easy going. We made a few floral changes as our plan evolved and she rolled with it, unfazed.

Our venue required a day-of coordinator and we did a lot of research before hiring a coordinator. Courtney made this decision so easy. She offers a flat rate and is always available. She made recommendations and we found our florist and DJ through her. Our guests loved Courtney and we would've paid double for her services. Courtney coordinated all of our vendors, wedding party, photos, parents, guests, speeches, and placed all of our decor (aside from flowers). We seriously cannot say enough good things about Courtney!! Stop reading this review and go hire her right now, because I promise you will not find a better Day-Of Coordinator for your wedding!!
Courtney was SO incredible every step of the way. She’s so good at being field general on the day-of and we never worried about anything; she handled it all and made sure everything happened at the right time, and it really freed us to just enjoy ourselves and our wedding! And she had such a good handle on all the minute details occurring throughout the day and made sure we didn’t forget to account for anything.
But as great as she is on the day, she REALLY sets herself apart in the run-up to the event. Where other coordinators put hour limits on how much of their time they’ll give you, Courtney always enthusiastically invited questions and offered recommendations and advice whenever we asked. She was always *super* responsive at any hour of the day and as our wedding drew closer, she stayed on top of all our other vendors and made sure everyone gave and received all the information they needed to set us up for a smooth event! And even though we had to postpone our wedding twice, a year each time, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Courtney never missed a beat with us, and she was such a great hype-woman and kept our spirits up and excited for the wedding despite the turmoil.

Courtney - Always with optimism and grace, Courtney saw us through our initial planning and three stressful COVID postponements over two years, giving us encouragement and support at every step of the way. She was incredibly prompt and helpful anytime we contacted her with questions or needing recommendations. After our wedding finally happened in November 2021, I was honestly sad to have our contract with her come to an end!! Our wedding day went just beautifully – on time, smooth, and I didn’t have to worry at all knowing Courtney was on it! I had a couple issues with my dress bustle coming apart during the reception and she was there with safety pins every time! She is worth EVERY PENNY and then some!! I truly can’t recommend her more. Heather - Heather is beyond incredible!! She did a remarkable job of creating the most beautiful bridal florals, even with multiple COVID postponements over two years and my vision shifting a couple times as we changed the season and date of the wedding. I have been a Wedding DJ for over 15 years – I have worked with many Wedding Planners and I can say that Courtney Dahl of Breezy Day Weddings is one of the best in all of San Diego!
In addition to being great with details… she has the right “heart” and personality for the job! She gets amazing results because she is very organized, knows the job and she is easy to work with!
Courtney also has great instincts! Recently… she felt that there could be some problems with the DJ that a bride and groom hired before they hired Courtney. Courtney asked if I could be on “stand-by” in case he didn’t show up. She emailed me the list of the bride and groom’s Special Songs the night before the Wedding. The other DJ did not show up –but, because I had been prepped by Courtney and was ready to go… I arrived in plenty of time and was able to do the Ceremony and Reception – and it all went very smoothly!
I give Courtney my highest recommendation. You will be very happy that you hired her!!

We knew Courtney was the day-of-coordinator we wanted after our first inquiry phone call. She came recommended by our venue and she did not disappoint. Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm is exactly what we needed on our wedding day. After our first phone call, she called us exactly one year from our wedding date to see if we had any questions for her and her services. At that time we immediately booked her. Most day-ofs don't communicate with you until the month of your wedding. Courtney was available to us any time we needed vendor suggestions and venue questions. One month before the big day we did a venue walk through to discuss our vision for the space. After that she kept the ball rolling by communicating with our other vendors and keeping them in the loop. We were surprised by the level of detail she put into making sure our vendors knew what was going on and brought up other details we didn't even think about. She often communicated on our behalf with the vendors which made it easier for us. We dropped off bins and bins of wedding decor there day before and talked about what we wanted for set up. Not really having precise placementof decor, we left it up to her. Everything went so smoothly during the wedding reception and she made sure we were okay the whole night. She also packed everything up for us at the end of the night and made it easier for us. Because of her our wedding night was as perfect as can be!!!! -

I would honestly give more stars if I could. Heather was my florist for my 10/2019 wedding and she is so wonderful, just book her. I didn't know anything about flowers and she walked me through choosing colors and figuring out types of flowers I wanted. I went back and forth a million times on what type of centerpiece to have, arch or aisle flowers for the ceremony - Heather was there to answer all my questions the entire way through. She will work hard to find what's right for you. I also didn't want to spend a ton of money on flowers and she helped me look at ways to save a little bit which I really appreciated! If you scroll through instagram you'll see that everything she does is AMAZINGLY beautiful, no matter what style of flowers or weddings! This is seriously one of the best decisions I made and I was really confident that whatever she came up with, I would love (I was right). Plus, she's so friendly! Super welcoming and cheerful
I met Courtney for the first time at a Starbucks late in the evening because my work schedule wouldn't allow me time during the day to meet. Courtney happily showed up late in the evening to get acquainted with me and to see where I was for my wedding plans. By the time I was done talking with her about my plans and ideas for my wedding, an hour had passed and I barely knew it! Courtney was open, warm, and immediately made me feel like we had known each other for a long time.
Courtney and her team at Breezy Day Weddings are incredibly helpful and respond to any questions you may have in a very timely manner... so timely, that she even responded to my initial email to her while she was out of town at a family wedding! Needless to say, I was convinced by Courtney's attitude, professionalism, and experience, that she and her team was who I wanted to help me coordinate my wedding.
During the planning of my wedding I had tons of questions regarding when I needed to have vendors figured out, how many people I should invite, what sort of floral arrangements I should get, and many others. Courtney patiently and happily answered all my questions and offered not only answers from her previous client experiences, but also from her own wedding experience. Before teaming up with Breezy Day Weddings, I was very anxious about how I would get everything accomplished. Breezy Day Weddings helped me take a deep breath and get all of my details figured out and my goals accomplished.
On the day of my wedding, thanks to Anna and Courtney, everything went so smoothly and well, that I cannot think of anything that was not exactly how I wanted it to be. I don't think our wedding would have been the same if we had another coordinator. Courtney's mind works quickly and she's always coming up with ideas or solutions and is always prepared. We had our wedding at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club where Courtney is a regular and she knows the ins and outs of the place and people there like she owns the place. Courtney is as involved or not involved in the planning process as her couples prefer from the day you sign the agreement - which is extremely nice compared to other coordinators that only work month-of - and for the same price.
Our first call ever with Courtney before we decided to work with her, she heard us talk for 5 minutes and came up with unique seating chart and table ideas for us.
The day of the wedding, she was anticipating needs and solving things before they happened. She continuously made sure my husband and I were hydrated and fed all day; cleaned up broken glasses on the dance floor; bustled my dress; made sure what we needed was getting relayed, and had every emergency kit item you could need.
Both our families and guests alike raved about how sensational Courtney was at doing her job all night, and the best man and maid of honor were especially appreciative of her help. Courtney is always in the right place at the right time and extremely experienced and professional in her business.
I would highly recommend Courtney to everyone, and I know that our friendship will extend beyond just the wedding day! -

A Special Coordinator for Your Special Day
Courtney is amazing, and I feel so lucky that we found her to be our day-of coordinator. Friendly, upbeat, and easy to talk to, she makes you feel like a friend—from our phone consultation, I knew she had exactly the energy we needed. The first time we met in person was to tour the reception venue together, and she asked all the right questions to figure out sound, vendor loading areas, set-up ideas, and chair options I didn’t even know we had. She let me run ideas on décor and setup by her, and was able to offer advice on setup and vendors like linen rentals that we hadn’t decided on yet. She quickly created a timeline and took over communication with vendors, and checked in frequently in the final weeks before the wedding to make sure we had everything we needed and see if I had any questions.
When we dropped all of our decorations and favors off with Courtney the day before the wedding, it felt like a weight had been lifted knowing that they would be in good hands and I could enjoy our rehearsal dinner without stress. Still, while I have a lot of ideas, I’m not always the best at explaining my vision—but when we walked into the reception venue, I saw that Courtney had understood what I had in mind and executed it all perfectly. Everything was beautiful from the floral arrangements to the dessert table, guests were seated and happy, and Courtney even set plates of appetizers on our sweetheart table and guided us to the buffet table right after the wedding party was introduced so that we wouldn’t forget to eat.
Throughout the reception, Courtney was gliding through the crowd and working hard to make sure that the party moved along smoothly—that the cake was cut, the vendors were paid, and décor was taken down and packed up cleanly when it was time to say goodbye to our guests and close the party down.
Everything about our day was perfect. We could not have done it without Courtney, I cannot recommend Breezy Day Weddings enough. -

When I had my first phone consultation with Courtney I knew I wanted her to be my coordinator, she is SO comforting, detail-oriented, organized, and helpful. Anna was my day-of coordinator, without her the day would have been a MESS! I am so incredibly grateful that Courtney and Heather were my day of coordinators and florists! I cannot imagine our day without them! I have lengthly review below, but simply put, I highly recommend getting a coordinator and you cannot find anyone better than Breezy Day Weddings!
I reached out to Courtney after my venue and then on their preferred venue list and reading their exceptional reviews. After talking to Courtney on the phone, I could not imagine going with anyone else. She is so friendly, helpful and really cared about how we envisioned our day. She always made herself available to talk via phone and email, and felt truly supported throughout the process.
We met in person a month before the wedding at the venue to plan out the timeline and set up. She was amazing to bounce ideas off of and get her expertise. This was also incredibly helpful with my other vendors so they knew the schedule, too. Courtney already had a commitment the day of my wedding, which she told me during our very first conversation, so Heather, who was also my incredibly talented florist, was my day of coordinator, but Courtney was there every step of the way including rehearsal. Courtney and Heather gathered all our wedding decorations and favors to set up for the next day and helped us practice for the big day.
I had the misfortune of falling ill the weekend before my wedding and still under the weather on the wedding day. I cannot express in words how thankful and amazing Heather was that day. She dropped off our gorgeous bouquets at the hotel we were getting ready, decorated both our ceremony and reception, and made sure everything ran smoothly. She even brought me out water during our pictures after the ceremony, and moved our special dances back when I needed to rest. Her kindness was so touching and it felt more like a friend helping us that day than someone we hired. My family, friends and guests all loved both Courtney and Heather as did my husband and I. If Heather did run into any issues that day, she handled everything herself - but truly I don’t think she missed anything.

Courtney and Heather are the best!!
My husband and I planned our wedding remotely and couldn’t have asked for a better pair than Courtney and Heather to work with! Courtney really walked us through the wedding planning process pointing out details that we need to think about and making awesome recommendations. Heather was able to take what we talked about over the phone and the few haphazardly pieced together photos I sent her and magically put together floral designs that were even more beautiful than I could imagine!
