Not only was their food some of the best we have ever had, but their service was top of the line. Ted and Karen were so nice in our initial meeting and all the way throughout the process. On the day of our wedding, Maureen was wonderful and constantly checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We wanted to have a hot chocolate bar as a part of our reception, and they blew away our expectations with what they delivered. Lastly, they were incredibly accommodating of all the various allergies in each of our families, which was greatly appreciated. We really think they are worth every single dollar and would definitely recommend that you make them a part of your special day as well.

Ted and his team at Brandywine Catering were absolutely amazing for our wedding! They were great to work with from the beginning. They were super willing to incorporate our preferences, accommodate my severe nut allergy, and were really flexible during the weeks leading up to the wedding. On our wedding day, the staff was polite and very attentive to our needs -- so many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was!

Ted, Karen and the team at Brandywine Catering are OUTSTANDING! From our very first phone call with Ted, we knew that we wanted him to cater our wedding. He answered our questions, was professional yet personable, and gladly worked with us on planning an all vegetarian menu.

The food was not only delicious, but was presented beautifully. Our guests (the majority of them not vegetarian) raved about the food, even till today!

Working with Ted Pace and his team at Brandywine Catering to prepare for the biggest day in our daughter's life was a completely wonderful experience. Ted worked with us over many months planning for the wedding day ~ he was confident and helpful and guided us along every step of the way to make sure our reception, (after Covid delays), went off beautifully and without a hitch. There was vast choice of food options ~ from passed hors d'oeuvre to desserts....he took care of everything, and this is even at a venue that he was not used to serving at. His staff was wonderful too! Working hard to do all that they could to make our guests happy and well fed and cared for.
I had many many guests come up to me after the reception to say what a wonderful party it was. Ted and all of his years of experience in catering was definitely the right choice for us. There was not one thing I had to think about while at the party ~ I was able to just enjoy the wedding and see my daughter glow in complete and utter happiness with her husband. Brandywine catering was our choice of caterers for our daughter and son-in-laws’ wedding at the Baldwin School. We were completely satisfied with our decision and experience. From the start, Ted listened to what we wanted and provided ideas and options in our budget from an extensive list for hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and dessert, including pie a la mode and a great coffee bar for a reception of 150 guests. The tasting session prepared us for the delicious hors d’oeuvres and entrees that were served at the reception. As a full service caterer, Brandywine did everything in preparation and during the reception - from set up, which included our DIY table decor, to preparing and serving the hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and dessert, to thorough clean up. Ted, Kathy, Renie, and the entire staff were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. Not only were we totally pleased, but many of our guests commented about the delicious food and kind and helpful staff. The service, food, and experience provided by Brandywine Catering went above and beyond our expectation.

We could not have been happier with Brandywine Catering for our wedding on 10/5/2019. They stepped in when our initial company backed out, and it ended up being the best thing! Communication was stellar throughout the process and they were extremely accommodating. Their food was AMAZING, and all our guests kept raving about how good it was throughout the night. The best thing about them, in my opinion, however, was the thoughtfulness, care, quality, and professionalism of their entire staff. They made us feel so special that night, and I think they had fun too, which just made it all the better. Hands down, I would recommend Brandywine Catering to anyone!

We did a reception with all appetizers and a soup bar – Ted and his team came in the day of and had my guests raving about the food! He allowed me to pick up my linens early so I could set up - his bartenders were efficient and helpful – all the staff had smiling faces and were courteous all day long! I can’t say how surprised I was when all my guests were complementing me on the food - given my budget, I wasn’t expecting the food to be the talk of the wedding! They were even accommodating enough to serve the soup bar in mugs… My own personal touch. Two thumbs up to Ted and his team!

Ted Pace and his catering company are great to work with. He is passionate and devoted to his work, and he clearly wants to help make your day/event very special. Ted was so willing to work with us and our budget, and all of his help and ideas were very much appreciated. We did a buffet with Brandywine Catering, and the guests were impressed with all of it! The cocktail hour foods and buffet foods were absolutely wonderful! My guests are still talking about it, which is great considering most brides' fear of having regular, plain wedding food. Not only was the food great, but the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was on point. The servers, bartender, chef, and staff manager were all smiling and were always there to make sure anyone had whatever they needed. We were not originally going to use a catering company, but we are so glad we did and very happy with our decision to use Brandywine Catering. The quality of food, service, and expertise just could not be beat!

Ted and his crew were phenomenal! From our first meeting to the day of the ceremony, Ted was extremely responsive and was always ready to help. He was able to work with us to get an amazing spread that worked in our budget. When we told him we didn't like/want a wedding cake, he came up with an awesome alternative that really showed he was listening to us. On the day of the event, his staff was extremely attentive and made sure we were always taken care of. The food was unbelievable and the desert he came up with was even better than we could have hoped. If you go with Ted, you will not be disappointed.
