Great chef with a ton of experience
Alex made the catering process incredibly easy, he went over the budget and told us places where we can realistically save money with out sacrificing enjoyment. During the process, I could see his passion for food and willingness to explore. He crafted a delicious watermelon poke appetizer, Jack fruit pulled "pork" sliders, pie bars, and more!
With Alex you get food expertise and ample wedding experience. Alex makes sure that the food is good and the couple is feed. After the ceremony, Alex assigned someone to be on bride duty and bring me a plate of appetizers. During the wedding, Alex himself came to check on my husband and I to make sure we were feed.
He and his team were a wonderful addition to our wedding.

With 20+ yrs experience in the business, Chef Alex brings a well rounded approach to all events. Classically trained though he began, he brnached out shortly after and sought as much knowledge of regional cusines as possible. Cooking everything from traditional French and Italian to learning spice profiles of Indian curries as well as delightful nuaince of extremely fresh ingredients of japanese sushi, Chef Alex has a love of how closely tied food is to the people who eat it. Never stopping in this learning process he hopes to transport your taste buds to new heights and meet all of your needs. Food has, and always will be, about serving people for Chef Alex. He started in the industry when his Grandmother taught him how to "doctor up" a can of baked beans to make it his own when he was just 9. From then, he has used food as a way to bring people together and share in good times. Whether you and your guests are looking for some amazing comfort foods or want to be blown away with a beautifully plated 5 course meal, Chef Alex will make sure it happens.
