Alex and his team were wonderful! We had our rehearsal dinner in a very tight space with lots of people so we definitely didn't make things easy for them. But they DELIVERED. Everything was so organized and professional. Not to mention the FOOD!! OMG people were raving about how fantastic the food was all weekend. So many great options and every single one was cooked perfectly, delicious and unique. Alex also spoke with some of the guests who went to the kitchen, everyone loved him. Can't recommend this company enough! -

Alexander Catering was really great! Great food, great service. We ended up hiring them last minute to do our Post-Wedding Brunch because our hotel's kitchen was not going to be open and what started out as a very stressful last minute panic ended up working out really great because of Alexander Catering! They were professional and super helpful and the food was great! -

Alex knows how to cook. I will never forget the vegetable paella, it was exactly what I wanted but better. The Alabama flat bread was amazing, and everything else was delicious.
Alex made the catering process incredibly easy, he went over the budget and told us places where we can realistically save money with out sacrificing enjoyment. During the process, I could see his passion for food and willingness to explore. He crafted a delicious watermelon poke appetizer, Jack fruit pulled "pork" sliders, pie bars, and more!
With Alex you get food expertise and ample wedding experience. Alex makes sure that the food is good and the couple is feed. After the ceremony, Alex assigned someone to be on bride duty and bring me a plate of appetizers. During the wedding, Alex himself came to check on my husband and I to make sure we were feed.
He and his team were a wonderful addition to our wedding.

Every step of the process was a breeze. Every interaction felt like we were getting help from a family member rather than hiring a vendor. The mans warm and welcoming demeanor is only surpassed by his passion for creating magnificent food.
Every meal he pumped out was top notch, including foreign dishes we requested he learn to make. 2 chefs on the kitchen prepairing multi course meals for 100 guests, nailing every one? Before today I would have thought it impossible.
Each member of his team was beyond professional, making my wife and our guests feel like royalty. -

We hired Alexander Catering Company for our wedding. Alex and staff worked tirelessly and went above and beyond in every detail. Our guests raved about the food and service. Alex is an unbelievably passionate chef and it shows in the quality and taste of his dishes - absolutely delicious! He is flexible, accommodating, and eager to make your event the image of perfection. We HIGHLY recommend him, and are looking forward to hiring him exclusively for all events we have in the future. We can't stop telling our friends and family about the amazing experience we had from start to finish. He takes detailed notes, communicates quickly, and is always at the ready. His catering company is fantastic, and as far as pricing is concerned, he is the absolute BEST deal. Look no further because he is your guy! -

We hired Alexander Catering for my wedding, and I was beyond impressed with the quality of service and AMAZING food. The way the platters were presented, and displayed really impressed the guests. The servers were very welcoming as they served appetizers to guests on the floor. The pictures don’t do it justice, but this catering service was absolutely perfect, and I highly recommend Alexander Catering.Alexander Catering Company's reply:
