We loved having Nick’s at our wedding! It was such a fun surprise for our guests mid-reception to have a food truck right outside. Nick’s was super flexible with our menu selections, where the truck would be located and brought a fun vibe to the evening (especially for our pregnant guests)!

We had Nicks Roast Beef Food Truck at our wedding and our guests loved it! I was hoping for a bit more responsiveness in the months leading up to the wedding (I planned the whole wedding so I was also just stressed in general) but Matt, one of the guys that runs the truck, called me the week of and finalized any last minute details (asking about color schemes, finalizing guest count, etc) and made me feel so at ease. They provided a grazing station for cocktail hour that was way above my expectations, it was tiered and absolutely beautiful. They were also very flexible with our menu and let us customize it to change up sides, etc. They even provided two separate vegan meals for guests. We had about 125 guests and they quickly served everyone from the truck. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and food and would highly recommend them!!
