BCC is the BEST KEPT SECRET in Boston area. We could not have been happier about having our wedding reception there! It’s the best kept secret because BCC doesn’t advertise (since they are a private club) and they hadn’t done a wedding for 2 years before ours (which is why ours is the only recent review). You DON’T have to be a member to have a wedding there (we’re not members). They did an AMAZING job with a best-in-class wedding coordinator, a top-notch chef, high-end service, and a stunning venue. We enjoyed every minute of our special day and didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Caryl Nansel, our main contact, coordinated 40+ weddings a year at the club she previously worked for and has 15+ years of experience. She was an absolute DREAM to work with. Caryl and the rest of the staff were extremely professional, thoughtful, and regularly went way ABOVE AND BEYOND. Caryl is also incredibly patient, organized, and flexible and was passionate about making sure our reception was exactly what we wanted.
The location was great – close enough to the city that guests can take a Lyft/cab there and also only ~10 minutes from many Waltham hotels. BCC’s building is brand new (~5 years old). It has a gorgeous restaurant/bar area that opens out onto their golf course – which was a fabulous indoor and outdoor setting for our cocktail hour – and a great ballroom. They also have a notable chef; the food was outstanding. The chef and his team are used to catering large events because they host corporate and member events almost every day. Pricing was reasonable and a great value for the quality of the service, food, and venue – including compared with many fancy downtown venues…. we think BCC tops them all!
Multiple guests went out of their way to tell us how amazing they thought the venue was. Between an unbeatable venue and getting to work with Caryl, BCC was the absolute perfect wedding venue and we would highly recommend anyone searching for a venue check it out.
