I can go on for days about all the lovely people who were involved in not only planning but executing my wedding day. From day one, Desiree was the most informative, helpful, and not to mention extremely sweet person. She made sure at both meetings my husband and I had with her to go over every single detail and anytime I had a bride brain panic induced question she made me feel like no question was too silly to be asking and always reassured me! On my wedding day I had Gracie and Miranda and let me tell you they were an iconic duo in making sure my bridal suite party was constantly comfortable and informed of timing and any details we needed to be aware of but in the most calming grounded way and kept me sane the entire wild morning of my wedding. Gracie was so helpful during my first look and made me laugh when I didn’t want to cry and mess up my makeup. She was so incredibly sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Miranda was out of this world amazing as well! She was able to ensure me that my dads memorial chair in my ceremony area was exactly how I envisioned and even shared a very sweet and heartfelt detail she noticed that ended up turning into an extremely memorable moment for us honoring my late father. I genuinely couldn’t imagine a better trio to be with me on my big day. I am so grateful to the entire team of staff at four oaks including the servers who were so amazing, polite and I even ended the night giving high fives to some of them. They were truly rockstars!! I’ll end this review with this simple message: If you are lucky enough to get the trifecta of Desiree, Gracie, and Miranda like I did, I can assure you that your wedding day will be so smooth and stress free!!!

On October 14th, 2022 we had our wedding at Four Oaks and had the best experience! From the atmosphere to the food & drinks, everything went perfectly! In the middle of planning, our original wedding planer had taken a leave of absence which was a bit stressful but her replacement was everything I hoped for in a wedding planner. Desiree was absolutely wonderful to you work with, her responsiveness was amazing and appreciated. She was on top of everything which really helped me out as the bride and to top it all off, she was and is a very kind person and was so easy to work with. I would recommend this venue and Desiree to any and all brides considering Four Oaks for their wedding venue :)

We had our wedding here in 2014 and it was absolutely amazing. The venue is beautiful and the food was delicious! Nancy the wedding coordinator was so helpful and sweet. Our wedding was in October and the scenery was just perfect. Im currently pregnant with our second child and Ive been craving the eggplant parmigiano we had as a food option. So I called them up and Paul the restaurant manager helped me get a platter of it. Picked it up yesterday and it was just a delicious as I remebered it being! Such a wonderful choice for your wedding!

The Four Oaks Country Club and staff were just absolutely wonderful to us on our special day. The attitudes of the manager, and all the rest of the staff were beyond expectation. They made us feel at home, and like we were the most important people to them. We had originally booked another hall for our reception, but we were cancelled with only 2 months notice due to a booking problem. Finding another place can be difficult in such a short time period, but the Four Oaks took us in and gave us everything they could. Nancy was a delight to work with, and I couldn't believe how the rest of the staff treated us like we were their best friends throughout the evening. What a wonderful experience. The food was amazing too, many people at our wedding commented on how good it was. We can't thank you guys enough.

I had my wedding reception here on New Years Eve. It was perfect! They were so accommodating throughout the whole process. The food was delicious, staff was friendly, and venue looked beautiful! We could not have been any happier.

Four Oaks was the first venue we looked at when beginning our search for our July 19th, 2014 wedding. There was really no need to continue the search after seeing Four Oaks; it was everything we wanted. From day one, Nancy Woods guided us helped us schedule the date and guided us through the process of planning our wedding. Nancy provided us with so many resources to assist us in choosing many of the vendors for our wedding. She kept in contact with us frequently, and was always available to answer any questions leading up to the big day.

We held our rehearsal dinner at Four Oaks two days before the wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was elegant, and our family/wedding party could not have enjoyed the night any more.

Our ceremony was held on the patio outside of Four Oaks. The white chairs and archway provide a beautiful setting that would please any bride. The cocktail hour was held on the veranda out back which was a nice touch, and let the guests mingle outside with the spectacular views. The weather was nice, but even with a bit of rain the veranda would be a comfortable place to interact.

The reception in their ballroom was perfect. Excellent food, impeccable service, and the presentation of the ballroom was exactly what we wanted. We've been told by MANY guests that this was the nicest, most fun wedding they have ever been to, and we owe so much of that to Nancy and the great people at Four Oaks Country Club.
