Butternut Farm Golf Club was an absolutely gorgeous venue, with exceptional service, delicious food, reasonable pricing, and a beautiful setting. Kerri was incredible throughout the whole process, seamlessly making sure the whole day went perfectly— she even made sure I got a safety pin when my dress strap broke! Everyone from Hope, the business manager, to the waitstaff and the other vendors in the package (highly recommend the package with the photography and baker!) was extremely professional. The guests were raving about the food, and the large dance floor and huge ballroom (not to mention the reasonable pricing) made my 150 guests feel comfortable and excited. Bonus points for the balcony, where the non-dancers enjoyed great conversations overlooking the golf course pond. And what a gorgeous area in apple orchard country!! Could not have had a more perfect day. Thank you so much to everyone at Butternut for making our reception an absolute blast!!!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Butternut on 10/11/25. From our first tour with Hope, we knew this was our venue! Hope and Toni were so thoughtful and patient with all of our questions. The entire process was so easy and smooth! The inclusive vendors were amazing! They were a well oiled machine that made the day so seamless and stress free! A special bonus is the amazing scenery at Butternut. The foliage and grounds were everything we hoped for and more! Butternut is the perfect venue for an intimate, memorable, New England wedding!

We got married in September 2025 and loved our wedding day at Butternut Farm! They have the perfect reception space and a beautiful landscape for an outdoor ceremony. We loved driving out on golf carts to take photos on the golf course - the course is so picturesque, with a cute covered bridge and a big weeping willow tree. We also liked that in case of rain, there is an option to have your ceremony on the porch so you can still be outdoors with a great view. The food was delicious, and the servers were phenomenal! We found our photographer, DJ, and officiant on a list of recommendations from Butternut and were thrilled with all of them. Highly recommend Butternut Farm!

All of the staff at Butternut were fabulous to work with and made our wedding day perfect, especially Thalita who made the behind the scenes day of coordinating seamless. The grounds and reception area were beautiful and had several different options for photos. 
The best part about Butternut is the vendor-inclusive package. We didnt have to think about finding a DJ, florist, or cake and all the vendors included in our package were amazing. Everyone keeps saying we had the best DJ and the dance floor was packed all night! Even with the vendors included, the price came out lower than any other venues we looked at in the area and our open bar package in particular saved us thousands compared to other venues we toured.

The only things we would have changed about the planning process was the ability to do a tasting to select our food and to have specialty cocktails during cocktail hour. Even without the tasting our meal selections were delicious.

Overall, we cant recommend this venue enough!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful or seamless wedding day than the one we had at Butternut Farm Golf Club. From the moment we first visited the venue, we were blown away by the stunning setting—the covered bridge, peaceful pond, and the picturesque golf course created the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos.

The Heritage Room is elegant, spacious, and filled with natural light. It flowed perfectly with the cocktail lounge and outdoor terrace, which our guests absolutely loved. The views during sunset were especially magical.

What truly set Butternut apart was the staff. Our coordinators Hope and Thalita were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly—we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

We had our wedding here in June 2025 and everything was great! The food was great and multiple of our guests said this as well. We used the inclusive vendors (DJ, florist, officiant, and cake) and everything was so easy with them. Hope and her team are very professional and are always happy to answer any questions. The venue itself is beautiful and had everything we needed! I would recommend this venue to future couples!

Our wedding on 6/28/2025 was more than perfect. We initially toured the venue with Hope. She was kind, thoughtful, and answered all our questions. We loved the inclusive vendors which made planning easy. As our wedding approached we worked with our coordinator Kerri. Kerri was fantastic and detailed oriented. We had multiple meetings before the wedding to go over details and any questions we had. Kerri worked with band and uplighting company to coordinate the timeline and organize things for the day of. On our wedding day Kerri and all the staff were wonderful. They were accommodating with food allergies and guests with mobility challenges. The morning of it rained, but the weather cleared up just in time for the ceremony. The covered outdoor area under the octagon room would’ve been a great back up plan. Our guests loved the food during cocktail hour and dinner. Dinner service was seamless and efficient. Everything was timely and well done. We went with the inclusive florist, Mugfords, and the florals were gorgeous. We met with the owner Chris to go over our colors and preferences. The inclusive cake artist, Cakes by Paula made a delicious and beautiful cake as well. At the end of the night, Kerri and the staff made clean up a breeze. We couldn’t have picked a better place with such caring staff and lovely views for our wedding.

We had our wedding reception at Butternut Farm on 5/3/25 and it was everything I could have ever hoped for. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the staff did an amazing job accommodating multiple food allergies.

Hope and Thalita were so friendly and easy to work with and made the process so stress free. They were always available for questions and I always felt that I didn't have to worry. From start to finish, I felt I could trust them with making my day perfect, and they most certainly delivered!
