Veronica and her team took my vision board and brought it to life.! Being someone who is pays attention to details I was nervous about my wedding day missing something but, the Behind the Scenes Team made sure that every detail was in place. Veronica is a very easy-going individual who listens and take mental note of every conversation to insure that your wedding day is exactly what you see in your head while keeping you with a reasonable budget. She allowed me to not become overwhelmed by the 'hussle and bussle' of wedding planning and did allow me to add additional task to my plate. I am grateful for my Behind the Scene Experience!

Perfection!
When our first introduction was over coffee and not an impersonal survey, my husband and I had a feeling that Veronica might be a good fit for us. She turned out to be perfect. She wanted to hear about our meeting, our engagement, the dates we go on....all the little things that make us, "us." Veronica took what she heard and turned it into the wedding of our dreams, plan, and budget. She provides services at every price point (though I recommend her full service). She is able to recommend options for vendors across services and at various price points and coordinate execution of their services. Creatively, she's got great vision and balance! She can take your idea and run with it just as easily as she can create the specific thing you want done. Most importantly for us, she managed our budget extremely well. Veronica is gracious, easy to work with, concerned about her clients, and we'd work with her again in a heartbeat.

Veronica was awesome!!! She was always available, prompt in responses, and did any and everything to ensure our vacation was a success. Most of all she stayed with us until the end. We had issues with our flight and ended up not making it to our final destination until the next day. I made one phone call to Veronica and she was able to make sure our transportation to the Resort was rescheduled for the next day and assisted in ensuring that the Resort checked us in the next day and extended our vacation an additional day. This is my second time working with a travel agent and this experience was by far the best and nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend using her if you want quality service, I will certainly use her in the future. Thanks for everything Veronica!! You made a trip that could’ve been very stressful such a pleasant one by taking the load off of my husband and I.

Veronica Foster with Behind the Scenes Inc did an amazing job putting together the wedding of our dreams! She brought our ideas from paper to reality and was able to manage each and every aspect of the wedding planning. Without her, we would have been lost as there is so much detail required that you do not realize until you have to start planning yourself. We had an Indian fusion wedding which is typically a lot more involved than a standard wedding and she definitely executed with her extensive list of vendors, organization tools, and overall knowledge of wedding planning. Veronica and her team were so helpful and patient throughout the wedding events and were able to keep everything running smoothly. We had amazing events and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. We would definitely recommend Veronica and her staff to help you prepare for your big day!

Highly recommended! Veronica has great sense of style and pays close attention to detail. She created a beautiful head table and a backdrop with shimmery drapes and uplighting. Gorgeous!

Working with Veronica and her crew during wedding planning was a great experience. She did everything I asked and my wedding turned out even more beautiful than I could imagine. In my opinion, Veronica and her staff work just as hard as any other event coordinators, yet their prices are more reasonable. I ended up going with the full service package, where she was involved in the wedding planning from beginning to end and I couldn't have been happier that I did that. I would strongly recommend to any bride that you make a wedding coordinator party of your wedding budget. If not for the entire process, at least for the last few days leading up to your wedding and of course the day off. Veronica offers three packages. If you can't afford the full package, then you should definitely see her about the smaller packages.

Everyone who attended our wedding complimented the beautiful decor, centerpieces (which she designed), and flow of the wedding from the ceremony to the reception.
