Truly enjoyed working with Pearlice and her team. Working with a great wedding planner and coordinator is essential to a smooth wedding day. As a photographer I enjoyed working with P3 and look forward to the opportunity of working with them again.

Pearlice and her team are the best there is! Very professional and knowledgeable. Pearlice takes her time to listen to what couples want and not to mention all the resources she has! When my husband and I hit a wall with coming up with ideas for the wedding, Pearlice offered her creative ideas and visions. As parents of the groom, who had no idea where to begin with helping our son and future daughter-in-law with their wedding plans Pearlice and her team were a Godsend. The couple wanted to plan the wedding on their own however, their chosen venue required a “day of event coordinator”.
After doing extensive research and reading P3 Weddings and Events many wonderful reviews, it was obvious to us that P3 Weddings and Events was the team we wanted to ensure the couple would have a beautiful and stress-free wedding day. P3 Weddings and Events offers many different plan options depending on your particular need, their “month of wedding coordinator” was perfect for what our son and his fiancé were looking for.
Pearlice contacted the soon to be Bride and Groom right away and conducted an in-depth information gathering meeting in order to better assess where the couple was in their planning cycle and ensure everything was going on a reasonable timeline. With Pearlice’s experience and professionalism and the vendor contacts she has made over the years she guided the couple by making several recommendations to fill in the areas the couple was still in need such as florist, DJ, transportation, linens, etc… Pearlice’s recommendations were spot on and the final details were reserved.
Pearlice was in communication with the couple to ensure everything was tracking before the event. She was the go-to for all the vendors and made sure all vendor contracts were fulfilled. Pearlice made several visits and conducted face to face coordination with the couple prior to the event which really helped in instilling confidence in her and her team.
Pearlice and her team were on site in the days leading up to the wedding day from wedding rehearsal to wedding day, she ensured all the coordinated details were being executed as planned and that all involved understood the timeline and flow for the day.
The wedding and reception went off beautifully as planned. Our guests enjoyed a wonderful, fun-filled memorable day. It couldn’t have been any more perfect for our son and our new daughter-in-law. P3 Weddings and Events gave us a day we will never forget.

Pearlice and her team, were absolutely amazing! From the beginning she understood our vision and our budget! She worked with us effortlessly and in the end became more like family than just a wedding planner. Our day went so smoothly and we didn't notice a single thing out of place. Pearlice worked with our diverse vendor team and was in constant communication with them and us. She was always just one phone call or text away. I have a bad habit of being a micro manager and she whipped me into shape! Pearlice was honest, flexible and above all professional. We couldn't have done it without her. As far as I'm concerned all of my events will go through P3 Weddings and Events!

The professionalism and personal care that was given to our wedding made me feel more than a important bride but more so an important individual that matters.
