  Amazing wedding planner to work with!

  Truly enjoyed working with Pearlice and her team. Working with a great wedding planner and coordinator is essential to a smooth wedding day. As a photographer I enjoyed working with P3 and look forward to the opportunity of working with them again.

  A beautiful Wedding event

  As parents of the groom, who had no idea where to begin with helping our son and future daughter-in-law with their wedding plans Pearlice and her team were a Godsend. The couple wanted to plan the wedding on their own however, their chosen venue required a “day of event coordinator”.
  After doing extensive research and reading P3 Weddings and Events many wonderful reviews, it was obvious to us that P3 Weddings and Events was the team we wanted to ensure the couple would have a beautiful and stress-free wedding day. P3 Weddings and Events offers many different plan options depending on your particular need, their “month of wedding coordinator” was perfect for what our son and his fiancé were looking for.
  Pearlice contacted the soon to be Bride and Groom right away and conducted an in-depth information gathering meeting in order to better assess where the couple was in their planning cycle and ensure everything was going on a reasonable timeline. With Pearlice’s experience and professionalism and the vendor contacts she has made over the years she guided the couple by making several recommendations to fill in the areas the couple was still in need such as florist, DJ, transportation, linens, etc… Pearlice’s recommendations were spot on and the final details were reserved.
  Pearlice was in communication with the couple to ensure everything was tracking before the event. She was the go-to for all the vendors and made sure all vendor contracts were fulfilled. Pearlice made several visits and conducted face to face coordination with the couple prior to the event which really helped in instilling confidence in her and her team.
  Pearlice and her team were on site in the days leading up to the wedding day from wedding rehearsal to wedding day, she ensured all the coordinated details were being executed as planned and that all involved understood the timeline and flow for the day.
  The wedding and reception went off beautifully as planned. Our guests enjoyed a wonderful, fun-filled memorable day. It couldn’t have been any more perfect for our son and our new daughter-in-law. P3 Weddings and Events gave us a day we will never forget.

  The absolute best!!

  Pearlice and her team are the best there is! Very professional and knowledgeable. Pearlice takes her time to listen to what couples want and not to mention all the resources she has! When my husband and I hit a wall with coming up with ideas for the wedding, Pearlice offered her creative ideas and visions. Our wedding day was perfect, everything ran so smooth and our guests all had a good time. There is not one thing I can mention that went wrong on that day and I have Pearlice to thank for that. Definitely recommend for anyone’s special day!!

There wasn’t anything that went unanswered or over looked. P3 weddings and events had me so secured that the morning of my wedding all I had to do was sit back and relax. EVERY BRIDES DREAM. Thank you, thank you for the personal touch, the long conversation that some times went off track and the prefect day we planned for.   Pearlice and her team, were absolutely amazing! From the beginning she understood our vision and our budget! She worked with us effortlessly and in the end became more like family than just a wedding planner. Our day went so smoothly and we didn't notice a single thing out of place. Pearlice worked with our diverse vendor team and was in constant communication with them and us. She was always just one phone call or text away. I have a bad habit of being a micro manager and she whipped me into shape! Pearlice was honest, flexible and above all professional. We couldn't have done it without her. As far as I'm concerned all of my events will go through P3 Weddings and Events!

  Ms. Pearlice was everything my husband and I wanted in a wedding planner and more. She was genuinely excited and happy for our special day. She took care of us through out our engagement, rehearsal and wedding and made sure we were happy with everything and that we got what we wanted.   P3 Events planning provided a highly personalized, professional, and stellar service for the Beta Chi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Achievement Week Banquet. Mrs. Pearlice Diggs was able to take a limited amount of information and create a vision that has left an indelible impression on all that attended our Banquet. Mrs. Diggs' attention to detail was so meticulous that there was absolutely so reason for concern of any aspect of the venue. There were rave reviews from attendee about the décor (i.e., Beautiful, Incredible, Best Banquet ever!, and Phenomenal). As the Chairman of the Achievement Week Committee, I have an expectation of excellent; my expectation was dwarfed by the presentation provided by P3 Event Planning!
  
  If there is ever an occasion where I will need an event planner, I have no doubt that I will request the services of P3 Event Planning for that event.

  I did most of the planning of our wedding a year out so we hired P3 Weddings for Day-Of Coordination services.
  
  Because we planned our North Carolina wedding while living on the west coast, Pearlice would often 'check on me' throughout the year just to see how I was doing (and also listened to me vent my frustrations on wedding planning in general).   If you want your wedding to be on point, organized, and the most memorable day of your life, then Mrs. Pearlice and her team is the way to go. I just love her passion for even the finite details of my wedding. I knew my day was in good hands when we decided to go with P3 weddings. Even when I panicked about certain things she would be right there to reassure me that we can move this or that to make sure it was a 5 star event. I was so glad she kept me on point by reminding me about anything I missed or may want to add to make everything perfect. I would recommend P3 to anyone getting married in North Carolina.   Mrs. Pearlice and her team were amazing during my wedding weekend in Oct 2014. I was stressed, nervous, and anxious but Mrs. Pearlice was there to calm me down and reassure me that everything was going to be fine.   If there was an extended scale P3 Weddings would be rated a 10 out of 10! This is an AMAZING team lead by an AMAZING lady, Pearlice Diggs. The level of personal attention, service, and passion is immeasurable. Whether it was via phone, text, email, or in person, Mrs. Diggs was always spot on with the details. And her team was always right on her heels...forgetting nothing. I am in the military and for the last two months leading up to my wedding I was training in two different states but you would never know because no detail was neglected. I was still receiving updates on the planning meetings that were taking place with my other vendors, Mrs. Diggs was always available for me to run some ideas by her, and more!
  
  P3 Weddings was like three minds but one vision...MINE. My wedding ceremony was so beautiful and I know that there was not another vendor who could have captured my simple elegance theme and made it a perfect fit for The Fair Barn. P3 Weddings even made sure that the elements of surprise that I wanted in my ceremony came into fruition just as I wanted. I absolutely love these ladies. They were the first ones in and the last ones to leave on my special day but they will never, ever be the ones that I forget.
  
  I can sing their praises all day but the lady who drapes herself in pretty purple and silky silver can show you better than I can tell you. P3 Weddings will make your day as lovely as mine. And that is a GUARANTEE!!

  Pearlice and Deborah were terrific rehearsal and day of wedding coordinator for Megan Sironen and Jon Davis Wedding at River Landing on 9/8. They took all our decorations for the wedding and made sure they were in place. They coordinated the rehearsal and the wedding ceremony with the officiant. They helped make sure Megan's grandmother had anything she wanted because she needed extra help with being in a scooter and on oxygen. When ever we needed anything during the weekend of the wedding, they were there offering help. After the wedding, they wrapped up all our decorations, wrapped up the extra food and cake and collected all the floral items to return to the florist.
