We hosted a New Year’s Eve gala fundraiser at the Charlevoix Yacht Club in 2025, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Our event included a plated dinner service for 150 guests, a 6-piece live band, full dance floor, & a silent auction — and the space handled it beautifully. The waterfront setting on Lake Charlevoix created a stunning winter backdrop, and the ballroom transitioned seamlessly from an elegant dinner atmosphere to a lively celebration as the evening progressed. Janna & the CYE team are the best! They are professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the planning process. Coordinating a large-scale, high-energy event requires flexibility and attention to detail, and they delivered on both. Their calm, organized approach made the entire experience feel manageable and enjoyable. We received countless compliments from guests on the atmosphere, the flow of the evening, and the beauty of the space. I would absolutely recommend the Charlevoix Yacht Club to any couple or organization looking for a polished, waterfront venue that can truly execute a memorable celebration!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding. The building is so beautiful and had everything we needed all in one location. We worked mostly with Samantha, who was so wonderful and helped us with any request or question we had. A month later we are still getting compliments from our guests.

We are beyond grateful for the exceptional services we received at the Grand Traverse Resort during our daughter’s wedding and events. The breathtaking views, amazing food, and dedicated staff made for an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Chef Auston for the Michelin star quality of food and services with a personal touch, Payton Taylor for ensuring seamless event setups and execution all around, Sarah Arnott for the most amazing guest services, and Gaye O’Neal for her warm and incredible leadership. Despite unexpected weather challenges on the day of wedding and reception, the resort team mobilized the staff that quickly restored everything to help carry the celebration forward. The Grand Traverse Resort team worked very well together and looked after each event to oversee that no stone was left unturned ensuring an outstanding setup and a memorable event delivery. From start to finish we felt well taken care of in preparing for our Wedding. The venue is beautiful, the staff is kind and helpful, and Hailee was the best to work with. I loved that you can personalize the space to create the visual you want. It's a simple, yet elegant venue with so much history and charm.

I would truly recommend Studio D2D! They exceeded our expectations with the way they walked us through what our vision was. They asked for every detail, they were patient when I wasn’t sure, eager to provide suggestions and they were extremely organized. They were kind and seemed to really enjoy what they do. Not only would I recommend the venue, but also recommend them for your flowers! They were absolutely gorgeous! The personal website they provided had a checklist which was so helpful to ensure we were keeping on track with our timeline, to make payments along the way and provide vendor suggestions. Our personal website even gave us our own QR code which we used for our RSVP’s. All the technology they offered was wonderful, but even more spectacular were the people. They truly handheld us leading up to our wedding and were there to make sure EVERYTHING went smooth on our wedding day. Thank you so much for making our day great! Mandie and Chad

The Harris Building was wonderful. Jen and Maddie were absolute rock stars and helped in every way you can imagine. They were funny, personable, and so committed to providing a wonderful experience. They have an easy to use portal to help both you and them keep track of your wedding timeline/goals. We were both nervous wrecks, but they were able to keep us on the straight and narrow. I can’t say enough about them, or how beautiful the venue is. If you like an open space with a “loft” like aesthetic, it’s the dream. They have elevators in addition to stairs, and multiple bathrooms. Not to mention that the location is amazing and a 10 minute walk or less from most hotels in the area. Don’t wait, book now!

Our wedding at St. Joe River Lodge was everything we hoped for and more. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a special day. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how unique and relaxing it felt. We’re so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend St. Joe River Lodge to anyone looking for a stunning and memorable wedding venue.

My now wife and I got married at "Blue" back in August. We had about 125 guests, and the 150-person venue was perfectly adequate for that guest count. We didn't feel cramped, but we also didn't feel like we were leaving a lot of unused space. From the time of our first contact to the reception itself, BlueBridge met and exceeded our expectations. Chris, Stephanie, and the entire BB team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were flexible and patient with us when we had questions. We rented long tables instead of using the provided round tables, and Stephanie was so quick to help us figure out how to make our vision work in their space. We had a lot of DIY elements that we brought to the venue the morning of the reception, and the staff did a terrific job of decorating the place quickly and according to my wife's vision. The outdoor spaces surrounding the venue itself are serene and picturesque. There are several spaces for guests to gather and chat. Inside, our DJ Marshall had the dance floor vibing for the entire evening. Really, everything was perfect. We would highly recommend BlueBridge to anyone. Morenas GR is the Cinderella of event spaces proving that every woman can truly find there perfect space no matter your budget. Weddings continue to get more and more expensive so to find something aesthetically beautiful even in its base state is very rare. What I love is that it’s so timeless even with the most minimal upgrades and ALL IN ONE. My day will be a little less stress free because they have a great space with ample parking, areas to take pics close by. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me extra points because of the amazing staff.
