The Grand LV is a wedding venue located in Niles, Michigan. This charming venue, built in 1928 and lovingly renovated in 2019, offers the perfect blend of historic character and modern convenience for your special day.
Facilities and Capacity
The Kull Memorial Stateroom serves as the backdrop to an elevated event. The stunning 1900 square-foot space is flooded with natural light from seven large windows. Stadium seating accommodates up to 200 guests in climate-controlled comfort, with elegant white Chiavari chairs enhancing the timeless atmosphere. Prepare for your big day in style with the climate-controlled get-ready suites, with the ladies suite featuring private en suite bathroom. These spaces provide the perfect retreat for getting ready and for those precious pre-ceremony moments. With plenty of history, character, and modern amenities, this venue is ready to make your wedding dreams come true.
Services Offered
The Grand LV is commited to bringing your vision to life. They offer complete flexibility, so you have full control over your choice of caterer and beverage service. The local, dedicated venue owners provide personalized attention to every detail. Their customizable packages accommodate both intimate ceremonies and grand celebrations. From ceremony set-up to tear-down, they handle the logistics so you can focus on celebrating your love story. You get access to the venue from 5 pm the day before your wedding for your rehearsal and you are welcome to host your rehearsal dinner on-site as well.
The team is also happy to give you two 30-minute planning tours to perfect every detail before the big day.
