This venue was so beautiful and classy! The team there made sure everything went perfect; and really helped us find all of vendors since we are out of state. From start to finish it was such a class act!!

We hosted a New Year’s Eve gala fundraiser at the Charlevoix Yacht Club in 2025, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Our event included a plated dinner service for 150 guests, a 6-piece live band, full dance floor, & a silent auction — and the space handled it beautifully. The waterfront setting on Lake Charlevoix created a stunning winter backdrop, and the ballroom transitioned seamlessly from an elegant dinner atmosphere to a lively celebration as the evening progressed. Janna & the CYE team are the best! They are professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the planning process. Coordinating a large-scale, high-energy event requires flexibility and attention to detail, and they delivered on both. Their calm, organized approach made the entire experience feel manageable and enjoyable. We received countless compliments from guests on the atmosphere, the flow of the evening, and the beauty of the space. I would absolutely recommend the Charlevoix Yacht Club to any couple or organization looking for a polished, waterfront venue that can truly execute a memorable celebration!

Charie was absolutely amazing to work with and brought all of our wedding day dreams to life! We had the most amazing wedding at the Yacht Club and would 100% recommend this venue for your wedding, it is absolutely picture perfect. This space has a stunning patio that we actually placed our head table on which over looks the marina. Charie was so helpful to ensure that all of the logistics went as we had planned and was great at ensuring that we were thinking of all the critical questions leading up to our wedding day. We also hired her for set-up and tear down and would highly recommend that to anyone who was interested. She did a great job and ensured that all of the items that we had brought were set aside for us to pick up from the venue. I can't imagine having our wedding any other place and Charie definitely made everything go so seamlessly. Highly recommend!!

Our experience working with the CYC Event Center was incredible. We couldn’t ask for a better venue to celebrate at with all of our friends and family. Charie was so helpful leading up to and the day of our wedding. She helped us come up with a floor plan that fit all our tables without having any tables on the dance floor, even though we were pushing our capacity. The porch was perfect for our cocktail hour, bar, and photo booth. The heaters kept everyone warm in the porch, even on our late October evening wedding.
