Melanie went above and beyond to help make our day special and perfect. If there were any hiccups throughout the day, I didn't know about them because she was on top of dealing with all the vendors, setup of the venue, coordination of the ceremony, etc. She was fun to work with and I trusted her to help us navigate the day smoothly. She really helped keep my stress levels down so that I could simply enjoy the day knowing that someone else had everything under control!

My wedding was a month ago and not a single day goes by that I don’t think of Melanie. A little about me - I am a stressed out, controlling, type a, perfectionist. I planned the entire wedding by myself because I knew that trusting someone to help me plan was going to be a disaster. Melanie was the best day-of-coordinator this girl (and any girl) could ever dream of.

Melanie was there for me leading up to the big day. She was a thought partner, a suggested, a listener, and a problem solver. She got to know me and reassured me that she would be there for everything. She helped me create a timeline which was a big stressor for me. She coordinated with all the vendors so that in the weeks leading up, they were only working with her and I was free to stress about something else. Melanie led a rehearsal in my home amidst a storm and even helped my parents and in-laws secretly rehearse their speeches.

Now to the big day - always available, somehow everywhere, consistently smiling, and holding a Melanie Poppins bag that even included a sewing machine.

Melanie gracefully and joyfully handled the following curfuffles: seeing a torn bridesmaids dress, gluing the lace of my dress to me, somehow getting a stain off my dress moments before walking down the aisle, managing my only freak out of the day, and even convincing the venue to get on ladders and change the curtains so they didn’t look like church. And these are just the ones I know about!

She was my spiritual guide, my ride or die, my left hand woman, my guardian angel, and the best friend of all my family and friends. We still talk about how perfect Melanie was. I cannot imagine my wedding without her.

Melanie, my sweet angel: you made my wedding so enjoyable. I knew that you were in my corner and I am forever grateful for you. It was the best day of my entire life and you played a critical role in making that true. Thank you for everything, and especially the things I still do not know. Truly - from the bottom of my heart, I couldn’t have done it without you.

There was never a moment of worry or stress on our day because she handled it all seamlessly and my husband and I never doubted for a second that it was all in the most capable of hands. I cannot recommend Melanie enough for all your coordination needs. She is organized, responsive, and just an absolute joy to be around. Melanie made our big day feel easy and stress free! She was so kind and helpful and even provided some last minute tech support when I couldnt print out our vows ;) I recommend her highly.

Our wedding day was cold and rainy. It could have been the worst. But it was magical instead and that was in large part thanks to all the work Melanie put even weeks prior. I was largely stressed out about all the things until she stepped in. She made the weeks up to the wedding largely stress free (she unfortunately can’t change the weather) and day of I stressed over nothing except having enough mimosas on hand in the bridal suite. She was a smiling face when I needed it even when she was bundled in a parka.

Melanie was seriously so amazing to work with. She had a smile on her face the whole time and never got frazzled when working with a large wedding party. She made the whole day seamless and absolutely perfect for us. She made me feel so at ease, I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything because Melanie was always on it. She even fixed some of the groomsmen pants when they ripped from dancing too hard on the dance floor. She’s incredible, I would recommend over and over again. THANK YOU MELANIE!
