  Couldn't have asked for a better coordinator!

  Melanie went above and beyond to help make our day special and perfect. If there were any hiccups throughout the day, I didn't know about them because she was on top of dealing with all the vendors, setup of the venue, coordination of the ceremony, etc. She was fun to work with and I trusted her to help us navigate the day smoothly. She really helped keep my stress levels down so that I could simply enjoy the day knowing that someone else had everything under control!

  TLDR: hire Melanie - it will be the best and easiest wedding decision you make.

  My wedding was a month ago and not a single day goes by that I don’t think of Melanie. A little about me - I am a stressed out, controlling, type a, perfectionist. I planned the entire wedding by myself because I knew that trusting someone to help me plan was going to be a disaster. Melanie was the best day-of-coordinator this girl (and any girl) could ever dream of.
  
  Melanie was there for me leading up to the big day. She was a thought partner, a suggested, a listener, and a problem solver. She got to know me and reassured me that she would be there for everything. She helped me create a timeline which was a big stressor for me. She coordinated with all the vendors so that in the weeks leading up, they were only working with her and I was free to stress about something else. Melanie led a rehearsal in my home amidst a storm and even helped my parents and in-laws secretly rehearse their speeches.
  
  Now to the big day - always available, somehow everywhere, consistently smiling, and holding a Melanie Poppins bag that even included a sewing machine.
  
  Melanie gracefully and joyfully handled the following curfuffles: seeing a torn bridesmaids dress, gluing the lace of my dress to me, somehow getting a stain off my dress moments before walking down the aisle, managing my only freak out of the day, and even convincing the venue to get on ladders and change the curtains so they didn’t look like church. And these are just the ones I know about!
  
  She was my spiritual guide, my ride or die, my left hand woman, my guardian angel, and the best friend of all my family and friends. We still talk about how perfect Melanie was. I cannot imagine my wedding without her.
  
  Melanie, my sweet angel: you made my wedding so enjoyable. I knew that you were in my corner and I am forever grateful for you. It was the best day of my entire life and you played a critical role in making that true. Thank you for everything, and especially the things I still do not know. Truly - from the bottom of my heart, I couldn’t have done it without you.

  Melanie made it all HAPPEN!

  Wow, what a relief it was to pass the baton to Melanie on the day of our wedding!
  There was never a moment of worry or stress on our day because she handled it all seamlessly and my husband and I never doubted for a second that it was all in the most capable of hands. I cannot recommend Melanie enough for all your coordination needs. She is organized, responsive, and just an absolute joy to be around. Thank you Melanie for all your hard work and ensuring our wedding went off without a hitch.

  Excellent Wedding Coorinator!

  Melanie was an absolutely wonderful Day of Event Coordinator for our wedding! She felt like a long-time and very helpful friend. Melanie's experience and genuine care were apparent from the start. Not only did she gracefully coordinate all of the day's proceedings, she quickly saw our vision for the day-of and knew exactly how to help where we had blind spots.   Coordinator Extraordinaire

  Melanie was such a gift! She asked all the right questions, many of which we hadn’t thought about yet (and we thought about a lot) and had amazing recommendations based on her experience to help things run smoothly. During the day itself, Melanie was on top of everything without ever feeling like an overwhelming presence. Couldn’t have done it with out her!

  Melanie made our big day feel easy and stress free! She was so kind and helpful and even provided some last minute tech support when I couldnt print out our vows ;) I recommend her highly.

  Sunshine on a cold and cloudy day

  Our wedding day was cold and rainy. It could have been the worst. But it was magical instead and that was in large part thanks to all the work Melanie put even weeks prior. I was largely stressed out about all the things until she stepped in. She made the weeks up to the wedding largely stress free (she unfortunately can’t change the weather) and day of I stressed over nothing except having enough mimosas on hand in the bridal suite. She was a smiling face when I needed it even when she was bundled in a parka.

  AMAZING day of coordinator

  Melanie was seriously so amazing to work with. She had a smile on her face the whole time and never got frazzled when working with a large wedding party. She made the whole day seamless and absolutely perfect for us. She made me feel so at ease, I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything because Melanie was always on it. She even fixed some of the groomsmen pants when they ripped from dancing too hard on the dance floor. She’s incredible, I would recommend over and over again. THANK YOU MELANIE!

  Cannot recommend Melanie enough!

  Melanie was so incredible to work with! She was completely on top of things and thought of everything and anything. She was so easy to be around and put everyone at ease while still keeping everyone on track. I could not imagine having made it through the day without her.

  Melanie was truly a godsend - she came in later to the process as our Day-of Coordinator after our previous coordinator had an emergency. We were feeling a little bummed after developing a relationship with the other coordinator, but Melanie swept in like the empathetic, incredibly well-organized fairy godmother that she is. During our first call she was open to our thoughts and keen to help us bring our (fairly non-traditional) vision to life. She even met up with me at the venue the week before just to see each other in person and really get a feel for our needs. Our wedding was pretty DIY and she was INCREDIBLE with helping out with arranging and setting up the space. Melanie really helped our wedding be the amazing, beautiful event we dreamed of. We cannot recommend her more highly!!

  Melanie is seriously the kindest person ever which made her so easy and pleasant to work with. I hired her as a day-of coordinator for my wedding October 2021. She was easy to communicate with and I had to do very little in regard to planning the schedule of the day. I told her what events we would have, and she organized the rest - all I had to do was comment if I wanted something changed and it was done. She was kind and helpful on the wedding day, and absolutely came to my rescue when my mask caused my lipstick to get all over my face and I couldn't get it off. (Funny now, not so funny then lol). But she quickly got everything I needed and still kept things on schedule once I had that minor fiasco behind me. My family and friends who stayed after we left to clean and pack up all told me how amazing she was and how she kept things very efficient and organized, and that it didn't feel chaotic trying to get everything done before the venue's curfew. All in all, Melanie was great!

  Melanie at Always A Bridesmaid is amazing! A+. Do not hesitate to hire her!

  Melanie exceeded all our expectations in a wedding planner! Our original planner cancelled 3 weeks before my daughter's wedding, and Melanie stepped in with a smile on her face and an enthusiastic personality from the first phone call with her to post-wedding. Nothing overwhelms her and she has everything under control from beginning to end. She handled all the vendors perfectly--there were no problems or hiccups. She attended the rehearsal dinner and made sure that everything was organized and well-run for the entire wedding. She brought a bag of extra supplies for the bridal party that was invaluable and a nice touch. She was always pleasant and easy to be around, and she got back to us quickly with any questions we had before the wedding (we all live out of town) and during the wedding weekend. One of the best reasons to hire Melanie is her personality! She is so pleasant and enthusiastic; she genuinely loves weddings and helping make it a perfect day for the bride and groom!
