A Little Soiree’ is a full-service creative planning boutique, specializing in weddings and event design, project management and coordination services. We are based out of Chester County, designing and coordinating fabulous events in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. We strive for excellence while creating memorable and successful soiree’s for individuals, businesses and charitable organizations. Kelsey, from ALS, was amazing. Her day-of coordination helped everything run smooth on the big day and it was a stress eliminator for me. Kelsey was absolutely amazing. I went to a few places for invitations but always left dissatisfied. When I met Kelsey, I immediately knew she was going to make my invites. Not only is her work top quality, it is reasonably priced! I was quoted twice as much by a competitor, for less quality at that. Everyone was blown away by the invitations. Kelsey also took care of the seating chart and photo booth inserts. WOW. The seating chart was so stunning, and the photo booth inserts were better than expected. I highly recommend A Little Soiree! A Little Soiree and Kelsey are not just event planners but are now considered part of our family! They helped plan not only my sister in law’s wedding, but she planned the weddings of my two best friends as well! When I got engaged I could not imagine any one else helping me on my own wedding too. Kelsey and her team did an outstanding job, and I can’t say enough about everything she did. We forgot a few things at home including all of the tip money for the day but immediately she made plans for one her assistants to go pick up our missing items at home which was from the city was easily a 40 minute drive one way!! Every time one of my friends gets engaged--I am sure to pass on her information. Kelsey also designed our day of stationery as well including: seating chart, cocktail napkins and wedding programs. I wasn't happy with my wedding invitations that I purchased online so she made sure everything on the day of the wedding was exactly what I wanted and she didn't stop until it was how I wanted it. Kelsey is the absolute best! I am always so pleased when I hear that my Bride has chosen her for her planner. After working with MANY planners I can say without hesitation that Kelsey is truly fabulous- She values the work of other vendors and allows us to do our job without interference- but is always available to lend a hand should we need it-and I think that's an art! As Mother of the Bride- to have your daughter's day flow smoothly as well as your own- well that's just priceless!
I highly recommend A Little Soiree! As a photographer, I work with all types of event planners, and Kelsey and her team blew me away with their creativity and professionalism!! They took care of every little detail throughout the planning process, and kept everyone relaxed and calm with their competence. Amazing team and wonderful people!!
I have to be honest and say that most of my brides do not use a planner. But in saying that I must also follow up that most really should. I've shot weddings that went down both ways and I have to admit that the difference is night and day. Your wedding should be fun and carefree. Not just the actual day but the events leading up to it. I see so many brides stress throughout the process. I can't speak too much to the behind the scenes that lead up to the day but I'm sure having a planner makes the process fun and carefree...like it should be. As to the day of, I've come across so many brides trying to micro manage their day rather than enjoy it. Giving lost limos directions. Calling the best man to ask why he isn't where he is supposed to be. Tracking down late florists. It shouldn't be like that. Hair and makeup getting off schedule and eating into their getting ready time, then starting a domino effect that has the bride and her girls rushing to make it out the door on time. Again...IT SHOULDN'T BE LIKE THAT. I've worked with Kelsey from a Little Soiree and it wasn't like that. Things that required attention got solved behind the brides back. She's like the Wizard behind the curtain. You don't even realize how many things she took care of. But if she wasn't around you sure would have noticed the added stress. Kelsey is as nice as can be and made the experience so much more enjoyable for everyone....even me! I give her 2 thumbs up and hope you seriously consider working with her.
