As the mother of the groom I just had to show up. Grace was our event coordinator and she KILLED it! She was even training someone while she executed the coordinating responsibilities effortlessly. From rehearsal to the day of, she was the consummate professional and when I thought I had messed up some things she was quick to assure me that my blunder was minimal and her easy smile and calm demeanor made all the difference. She kept us all on time and endured a spontaneous break in routine for a momentous photo at sunset on the ridge of the venue. She was a hero when the groom lost his wallet and keys on the party shuttle and simply orchestrated the most chaotic “stuff retrieval” post ceremony. Highly recommend this company and especially Grace.

I have only good things to say about A Little Party Events. Their team helped us plan our wedding from the very beginning to helping to make sure the day of was seamless and stress free. As an anxious bride they helped me feel like I could breathe and were there every step of the planning process. A Little Party Events is an all-star group of planners and coordinators. From our first meeting to wedding day, they were attentive to detail, full of great ideas, and made everything run seamlessly. I had the pleasure of working with Schuyler and Rhapsody for planning and day-of coordination, respectively. They made sure every vendor was contacted, organized my wedding timeline, and adapted to last minute changes without any hiccups. They made sure that my husband and I were the center of our day – even finding those little moments for us to just be together as newlyweds. I cannot recommend this incredible team enough and feel grateful to have had them as part of our wedding day!

The team at A Little Party was fantastic to work with. From day 1, I knew that we would be in great hands when we were working with Kira. There are so many more details that go into planning a wedding than I ever imagined. At the beginning of the process, I realized that I couldn’t do it all myself. Kira helped me to prioritize all of those details and decisions so that I was never too overwhelmed with the planning process. We had several in-depth meetings where we could discuss different options and she had tons of great perspective to share with us so that we could make the decision that was best for our day. On the day-of, the team was extremely well-prepared. They did an incredible job keeping track of the timeline and checking in with me so that I never had to “look at my watch” or worry about running late. My bridesmaids even said that it was the most relaxed wedding day as a member of the wedding party that they had ever experiences. I mean that speaks volumes!! I’m so grateful that Kira and the A Little Party team was there to make the whole day go smoothly. Hire ALP if you want to truly enjoy your big day!!

ALP was super organized from beginning to end. Schuyler is AMAZING and prepped well for our wedding. She has been in the business for many years and clearly knows the ins and outs of wedding planning and planned for a lot of things that my groom and I didn’t even think about. She had great vendor recommendations for the area and provided a list with a wide price range for us to choose from, which we were very grateful for. Sarah and her day-of coordination team did a fantastic job of tracking vendors and handling arrivals of cake, caterer, flowers, rentals, guests, etc. ALP was awesome to have around the day of because of their high energy, positivity, and constant affirmation. They stuck to the timeline and ensured everything ran smoothly. They prioritized my groom and I’s wishes while also making sure all of the guests had a great time. We would highly recommend their services!

I will admit that I did not think I needed a day-of coordinator. I planned my own wedding, so I can coordinate the day-of, right? Wrong. Kira and her team from A Little Party made the wedding day run so smoothly and they dealt with things that I could not have coordinated on my own. I got to meet with Kira and the team two or three times leading up to the wedding, and filled out various timelines and spreadsheets with my planning details, which allowed them to take over while I enjoyed my wedding day. If you have a really tight budget, this may not be a great fit for you, but I’m glad we were able to work with A Little Party. I’d definitely recommend their awesome team!

The best experience we I could ask for. It was so easy and smooth and they made sure that everything was done on time. The good times never stopped. There was never any confusion the day of. We all knew what to do and if we didn’t they were there updating us on everything and ensured we could have our outdoor ceremony.

ALP made sure my day was everything I dreamed of and that I didn’t have a worry in the world on the big day! They think of and take care of every detail and help you iron out those last minute details!! You’re personal hype squad and assistants on your big day and I have no idea how I would have made it all work without them!!

I wasn't originally planning to hire a wedding coordinator because like most brides I just assumed I could do it all myself, however our venue included ALP day of coordination in our venue package, and that ended up being one of the single best things of our whole wedding. I truly cannot speak highly enough of how smoothly they helped the whole thing go. We worked with Kirby, and from the 1-month meeting where she got to know us as a couple and our wedding vision, to the week and day of where she made sure all of our vendors were on the same page and knew when to arrive, know all of the plans or special things we wanted to include throughout the day; she truly made sure our day was special and exactly what we wanted. Not only was she great from a professional perspective, but she had the most positive and uplifting energy, she really made me feel at ease any time I talked to her about something, was always so easygoing whenever I had a new suggestion or wanted to switch something, and just made the whole day feel exciting. She even helped assemble all of the boutonnieres at the venue a few hours before the wedding because of a flower fiasco (do not use Kukka flowers), which I was so grateful for because I didn't have to worry about that at all then. She went above and beyond to make our day special and I truly felt like she cared that we had a special day too. I recommend ALP events 1,000x over!
