I have only good things to say about A Little Party Events. Their team helped us plan our wedding from the very beginning to helping to make sure the day of was seamless and stress free. As an anxious bride they helped me feel like I could breathe and were there every step of the planning process. They connected us with every single one of our vendors and made sure all communication went smoothly. They also created a timeline that helped us make sure we were getting everything done on time for the big day! On the day of ALP was there for every single moment making sure we were happy and stress free!! I could go on for days about all the amazing things to say about ALP, but I’ll finish by saying— the choice is easy book A Little Party Events for your wedding!!! I’m so grateful for their team, they made our day a dream come true and more. -

A Little Party Events is an all-star group of planners and coordinators. From our first meeting to wedding day, they were attentive to detail, full of great ideas, and made everything run seamlessly. I had the pleasure of working with Schuyler and Rhapsody for planning and day-of coordination, respectively. They made sure every vendor was contacted, organized my wedding timeline, and adapted to last minute changes without any hiccups. They made sure that my husband and I were the center of our day – even finding those little moments for us to just be together as newlyweds. I cannot recommend this incredible team enough and feel grateful to have had them as part of our wedding day! -

Fantastic team!!
The team at A Little Party was fantastic to work with. From day 1, I knew that we would be in great hands when we were working with Kira. There are so many more details that go into planning a wedding than I ever imagined. At the beginning of the process, I realized that I couldn’t do it all myself. Kira helped me to prioritize all of those details and decisions so that I was never too overwhelmed with the planning process. We had several in-depth meetings where we could discuss different options and she had tons of great perspective to share with us so that we could make the decision that was best for our day. On the day-of, the team was extremely well-prepared. They did an incredible job keeping track of the timeline and checking in with me so that I never had to “look at my watch” or worry about running late. My bridesmaids even said that it was the most relaxed wedding day as a member of the wedding party that they had ever experiences. I mean that speaks volumes!! I’m so grateful that Kira and the A Little Party team was there to make the whole day go smoothly. Hire ALP if you want to truly enjoy your big day!! -

I will admit that I did not think I needed a day-of coordinator. I planned my own wedding, so I can coordinate the day-of, right? Wrong. Kira and her team from A Little Party made the wedding day run so smoothly and they dealt with things that I could not have coordinated on my own. I got to meet with Kira and the team two or three times leading up to the wedding, and filled out various timelines and spreadsheets with my planning details, which allowed them to take over while I enjoyed my wedding day. If you have a really tight budget, this may not be a great fit for you, but I’m glad we were able to work with A Little Party. I’d definitely recommend their awesome team! -

The best experience we I could ask for. It was so easy and smooth and they made sure that everything was done on time. The good times never stopped. There was never any confusion the day of. We all knew what to do and if we didn’t they were there updating us on everything and ensured we could have our outdoor ceremony. -

Allana and the entire team at ALP were absolutely incredible to work with. Our venue contract provided for "month of" wedding coordination, and I'm so thankful that they did. ALP clearly understand all the intricate detail coordination needed to plan a large event, and Allana was constantly helping me think through each moment of our wedding to make sure everything was taken care of. I'm so thankful that we had their assistance leading up to our wedding, during the rehearsal, and during the wedding. You'll be in good hands with ALP! -

Oh my gosh, I can't even say enough about Brittney Peedle with A Little Party... she was incredible! Having a wedding planner as experienced, professional, friendly, and on top of it as Brittney was made everything go smoothly on wedding day and made it the best day ever! :) I will forever be thankful for Brittney and the rest of the team at A Little Party for making our day so special. Brittney communicated with me from the moment we hired her and was incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about weddings. She thought of every little detail and this was noticed not only by me, but by my family and bridesmaids as well! We simply could not have made the day happen smoothly if it wasn't for her. I could feel at ease the entire day just knowing I was in capable hands! On wedding day, I felt so thankful to have Brittney, Grace, and Bre with us. All three of them did an incredible job the whole day. They were always one step ahead when I needed something, and kept us on track so things would run smoothly. :) I really appreciated that they made sure my now husband and I had a few sips of our drinks in between photos and they also had appetizers waiting for us in the groom's lounge! Before the reception, they came to the rescue with bustling my dress! When the wedding was over, they had everything packed up and ready to go for us including a box of our desserts and some food for us to take with us to enjoy. :) Thank you Brittney, Grace, and Bre for making the day magical! -

Katie Lester with A Little Party has Wedding Planning down to a T! Some people think that they can skip this expense and plan their own wedding; however, as brides who haven't had a ton of experience with weddings, it is so important to hire a wedding planner. It is not on the want list, as it is a necessity to have a care free, stress free wedding. Katie's team works like a well-oiled machine. They are experienced with local vendors and keep the day rolling with the bride not having a care in the world. Her job is to enjoy each second of her wedding. I must mention Kirby by name as she is a "Magical Moment Creator!" She pays close attention to both time and detail and is so fun to be around. Without them all working together, I wouldn't have the lasting memories that I will truly cherish for the rest of my life. -

You can stop looking! A little party events and Brittney is the best.
I'm not one for writing reviews, but this needs to be said. I 1000% recommend A Little Party Events. Our wedding planner was Brittney and fill in the blank with all the synonyms for AMAZING. If I could add rainbows and unicorns to this post I would. We planned a wedding in 3 months with no hiccups or stressful moments at all. I completely put my trust in Brittney backed by her company and have absolutely no regrets. Hire them....point blank. I am all about customer service and there was a mutual respect that made the whole experience. I would say if I had to do it again....(planning not marriage) I would not change a thing. It rained and it did not even matter; they made it perfect. -

Initially when I got engaged I didn't think I would need a wedding coordinator. I was so wrong. I can't even imagine the extra load of stress I would have had to deal with if it hadn't been for Jill. The organization she brought to the table was incredible. She was so reachable and responsive and lightened my load immensely. My wedding day was completely stress-free and I accredit that all to Jill- I literally did not have to worry about a thing. I was told after the reception by numerous guests that my whole wedding flowed so smoothly and effortlessly. This is a flow I would not have been able to achieve on my own. Jill met with us thirty days out from our wedding day and ironed out every single detail of the wedding day. She brought up things I hadn't even thought about and probably would have caused gaps in the timeline and issues on the wedding day if she hadn't brought those things up. In addition, it was so nice to have a professional opinion to consult in regards to seating arrangements, decor, etc. She knew exactly what to do in every situation and always put my mind at ease if I started to stress about something. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't want to do it without Jill. Thank you, Jill and A Little Party for making my day literally perfect!! -

My daughter's wedding had been on the books for 18 months...6 months in COVID and we were worried about how to proceed. Katie and Kirby from A Little Party and Marianne from Sierra Vista said "just keep planning, it's going to be ok" I know it sounds silly but we put our faith in them and did just that. Restrictions get lifted, everything is planned, day of forecast is 100% rain at the beautiful outdoor venue known for it's sunsets. We arrived at rehearsal with a look of panic on our faces and the first thing that was said to us was "not to worry, we have it" and "let's rehearse what it looks like if it rains first so you can have piece of mind that it will be ok" We did just that and guess what, the next day it did not just rain it poured ! Kirby was right there, she took care of everything, nothing missed a beat. I can't imagine that there are many mother's of the bride who can say "my daughter's beautiful outdoor wedding got rained out and it was PERFECT" well I can. From helping with the smallest of decisions (programs no programs) to the biggest (it's pouring, what do we do now) There was never a moment that we did not trust how things were going to be handled by A Little Party (Katie and Kirby). If A Little Party is part of a package with your venue CELEBRATE...if they aren't hire them, you can't not make a better investment in insuring the quality of service you will receive and the piece of mind you will have. THANK YOU KIRBY you are this mother of the brides HERO. -

A Little Party was contracted with our vendor and I had no idea how great of a planner I was getting when I signed the contract with my vendor! I am typically a type A stressed person and they were so great for working with me and easing all of my worries! Kirby and April were my day of coordinator and my family is still talking about how fantastic they were. I had literally zero worries the day of my wedding which was so refreshing. I would 10,000% recommend them in the future. -

We got married at glass hill & our package included wedding planning with a little party events. We could not have done any of it without them. From the initial planning meeting to everything in between, they were phenomenal. Schuyler put up with our crazy requests & always came through, even when it included asking to find us a cow for our wedding day, she did it. She was there to answer all of my questions or give me an opinion If I needed it. The day of, we had Jill & Austin & oh my gosh.... seriously! These two are a dream team. Austin was always there to fluff my dress or hold my jacket or provide us with some of his beautiful singing while getting photos. This man is amazing.. and then there is Jill... Jill was on top of everything before I even thought about it. It’s like she read my mind the whole night. She talked to us like friends & not clients, which I can appreciate! Glass hill knew what they were doing when they partnered with a little party. They all worked together so well. We are so grateful that we were able to share our special day with these incredibly beautiful & talented people! -

We worked with Katie, Schuyler, and Bailey throughout the wedding planning process and they are all amazing! Being a Covid bride is hard enough so don’t settle for a planner less than the absolute best! The details matter and you can trust them to make sure you have the best wedding day ever! I don't know what we would have done without A Little Party! We had Jill as our day-of planner and our wedding day was both beautiful and seamless. She coordinated with our vendors and took the stress off in the weeks leading up to our wedding and thought of details we would have missed otherwise. (And re-planning a wedding a month before thanks to 2020, there was a lot that could have been forgotten). Jill helped us to still realize our vision for the wedding day, even though it was smaller and so different than the original plan. We did not feel like we lost anything by keeping our date with a smaller group because every detail was attended to!
Jill and her assistant Alana were both present at our rehearsal, making sure everyone knew they were available and demonstrating their expertise from the first moment we arrived at the venue. They were so much fun to work with and handled everything the day-of, making sure we could fully enjoy our wedding, free of stress!
We didn't think we'd need a planner...if that's you, I'm here to tell you it is worth EVERY PENNY for the peace of mind that comes with a professional handling the details.
Sam and I truly had the best experience. Look no further for your wedding planning needs! -

Sweet, Professional, & Experienced
As a photographer, a lot of my day is affected by how the wedding is managed. My job stays the same regardless...however, having a coordinator who knows what to prepare for, runs a wedding day without a hitch, and does so while keeping everything and everyone calm and collected (because that's how it should always be) makes for a wonderful experience. My last wedding of 2019 was coordinated by A Little Party and wow, I'm blown away each time I get to work with them and how easy and peaceful the day feels for all involved and all attending. Anna and Katie were simply amazing during our entire wedding process. They kept on top of everything. Always answering my emails and provided support/feedback. Gave me suggestions in the lynchburg area from hair stylist to hotel ideas. They were calm and collected on Justin and I's big day and made sure everything ran so smoothly. I've always considered myself a type A individual--I love planning, checklists, getting things done in a timely manner. But then I met A Little Party Events and realized that they take planning to a whole new level. Let's face it--planning a wedding is probably the biggest event you'll ever plan in your life and even for a self declared organized person like myself, it gets overwhelming and there are so many decisions you have to make. ALP is always there along the way to help you figure out random logistics, create a timeline, and be there the day of to help with things you didn't even consider--like oh shoot who takes my veil after the ceremony? Or oh shoot ho do I bustle my dress again? They keep everything flowing throughout the entire day of and many of my guests were impressed by how organized they were--some of which are in the wedding industry themselves. If you are going back and forth whether it is worth having a day of coordinator, just know that they are probably one of the key people of the day and reduce so much stress that they are worth every penny. I had the most magical, beautiful day, stressfree day thanks to ALP. Special shoutout to Jill, my coordinator! You rock! -

I was completely relaxed on my wedding day (just 11 days ago!) and thus able to be fully present and ENJOY it, and a giant part of that reason: Brittney Peedle and A Little Party Events. Day of coordinator does not do justice to what Brittney and ALP did--she was involved WEEKS before the wedding and coordinated with all the vendors (which is worth it in and of itself, as some of them are hard to track down!) but on the day she made sure everything ran smoothly so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. She also took photos on her phone which was so thoughtful and they are some of my favorite ones! She also was firm when she needed to be to keep all the moving parts going, something I was super grateful for because I didn't want to play that role--instead I got to enjoy my wedding and my guests knowing everything and everyone was in her capable hands. Brittney and ALP did an amazing job and I would STRONGLY encourage you to hire them--they are worth every penny. One of the best decisions I made for the most important day of my life--no question. Katie and Schyler were so amazing on my wedding day! I am a wedding planner so I (of course) planned and designed my own wedding, and I knew I wanted a day-of coordinator to help bring my vision to life. I was so nervous about hiring another planner for my big day, and I'm so happy that I chose A Little Party! They are professional, hilarious, kind, and generous with their time. We had an issue with our caterer's liquor license right before the wedding, and Katie and Schyler were both such an amazing resource during that stressful time. For our wedding day, my (now) husband Greg and I worked with Katie Lester, one of the founders of A Little Party Events, after booking venue Sierra Vista for our wedding day. I emphasize Greg AND I because Katie worked with us as a team, fielding emails from and developing a genuine relationship with both of us throughout the six-month process. She is not only an organizational fairy godmother, but an incredibly warm person.
She helped us plan our wedding on a budget and never once stuck up her nose when we asked for budget-friendly ideas. In fact, she offered numerous creative solutions to cut costs while still pulling off a beautiful, special day. She kept the purpose of the wedding at the forefront and encouraged us not to get lost in details. I don't know how she or the other wonderful staff at ALP juggle all the many last-minute changes or moving parts of a wedding day, but they do so effortlessly. I cannot recommend this group enough! -

I have never felt more at ease about such a big deal, ever. They kept us on time, cared about what we wanted and guided us through the day seamlessly. It was more like family helping us out, then it was someone we'd hired. They made us a priority, and at the same time made the evening amazing for our guests. Perfect!
