What can I say!! Meena was amazing and such a great help. She worked with us for over 16 months and made our wedding a dream come true. I constantly was emailing her or texting her and she was always so polite and professional I swear I was bothering her. Her company did an amazing job with everything including the decor and the FLOWERS and making sure my day was perfect!

Meena Lee is a miracle worker. She took two very busy people and helped us create our perfect wedding. She came with so many great ideas/vendors, she organized and managed every detail. She was confident, calm, friendly and fun throughout. She thought about every detail. She also has incredibly good taste and will make sure you make all the right decisions--what is in your heart and mind, but also what is in the best taste. We would highly recommend her!

We were totally pleased and totally relieved that Meena of 5th Avenue Weddings was on duty for my daughter's wedding. We could relax! Everything went perfectly! She was a quiet, effective behind-the-scenes force that made everything happen smoothly and seamlessly. My daughter, the bride, was hoping to manage everything herself at the beginning of the planning. Given that none of us knew what we were doing, she agreed to getting some help and Meena saved the day! Since Meena now was coordinating everyone and knew about scheduling vendors and timing all of the traditions during a wedding, the rest of us truly could enjoy a very special event. I had a great experience with Meena. It was by far the best "investment" for my wedding. I wanted myself, my husband, all my friends & family to have fun & not have to be responsible for coordinating everything on my wedding day. It's already a very busy day for the bride/groom & an emotional day for friends/family so having to worry about things with our vendors was the last thing I wanted to place on anyone's shoulders. If anyone knows anything about events, nothing EVER goes 100% according to plan no matter how well you plan something in advance. Meena also took my decorations in advance so I didn't have to worry about transporting them on the day of. She held on to them long after my wedding was over so I didn't have to stress about how to get them back until after our honeymoon. I sent a few dozen emails (actually, probably much, much more) back & forth & she handled everything quickly & efficiently & gave great advice. She has a lot so feel free to ask about anything. I found out after my wedding that there were a handful of hiccups on the day of which made me even more grateful for having hired her. If she wasn't there, I think two of my vendors would not have been set up in time/according to plan & it would have been a disaster. My family adored her (she met with us at the hotel in advance so my family could be more comfortable with her) & my mom really appreciated how she took her & helped her with her temporary tattoos. I think it helped my mother feel more special. I really appreciate that extra touch. It never felt like I had a stranger at my event. Meena is very warm, responsible & helpful so it felt like having a trusted friend help & guide you. After spending so much money on all different aspects of your wedding, a little bit more $ goes a long way to keep all the loose ends together. I definitely recommend her to everyone. Meena knows what she's doing & I am happy that I trusted her with what has so far been the best day of my life <3

Working with Meena from 5th Avenue Weddings and Events was the best thing I did! She is a bridal genius and she is great at everything she does! At first, I wasn't sure about using a wedding planner but I can say in all honesty that I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. Meena was extremely professional, kind, creative, and dedicated to each and every detail. Her style is romantic, elegant, classic, modern...all rolled into one. Plus, she has excellent connections and relationships with some of the best vendors out there, and was even able to save us some money. She suggested our photographer, DJ, cake baker, and JP...I loved them all and had several people comment on how great they were!!

We discussed the vision I had for my wedding, and Meena took my suggestions and turned them into an amazing reality. We were able to add so many personal touches to our wedding that it really felt special to us. She is extremely professional and dedicated to what she does. Meena made my invitations and did all my flower arrangements, and both took my breath away. Literally, when I saw my bouquet I was speechless!! Not only did she work with our colors, but she incorporated textures into the linens as well that added to the ambiance of our wedding. These are the things I never would have done on my own!

No matter what tall task we had for Meena Lee of her company, 5th Avenue Weddings and Events she was able to pull it off with ease. The Waldorf-Astoria ballroom with over 1100 guests was a big challenge with customized centerpieces that required extensive organization. She provided noise control on the spot when we realized it was needed, helped with the process of the awards presentation that was also a last minute request, breakdown of the room,and the responsibiity of gathering and returning all materials to us post event. Meena was always there prior to the event to answer any questions and give us advice as well. Three weeks before the event she was able to fabricate custom tablecloths for us! Her price was great all around. She is a formidable competitor for the other Manhattan event planners who charge a fortune and deliver less. Our guests represent the design and architecture community that expect the best and having hired 5th Avenue Weddings and Events, we were able to provide it. Cudos to Meena and her superior team!

Meena of 5th Avenue Weddings and Events was extremely professional and helpful while I planned my special day. She was efficient in doing research for vendors, negotiating good prices and getting contracts written up for me. Meena is very talented in a variety of areas from flower arranging and creating invitations to decor for the reception. She helped me with my vision for my venue and I felt very comfortable and trusting that she would make it look beautfiful. She created a manzanita branch and orchid display for the escort table, a stunning candy buffet table, displayed beautiful lanterns throughout the venue, and added elegant overlay tablecloths. She put a lot of effort into the tinest details that gave our reception that extra special touch. Aside from helping me with planning and decor for the day of, Meena took so much pressure off myself and others while she coordinated and directed all of the activities on the day itself according to our wants and needs. She attended our rehearsal at the church, was at our venue early to set up, came to our wedding ceremony, and then went back to the reception to help out. She was everywhere we needed her to be including being there with her emergency sewing kit when my bustle broke. My family, myself and my husband were able to relax and enjoy our day because Meena was there to handle all of the details. We felt perfectly comfortable leaving it in her capable hands. She is experienced, has a strong sense of style and will work hard to make sure that your special day is everything you want it to be.
