What are you talking about? It is hard to read with the horrible spelling and punctuation. Glad you're on your second husband, but plenty of us on here are not. If you don't like it, why are you reading it?

You could always let them know that since it is both your second wedding, then you have decided to go small and do what you can yourself. let them know that you do not expect anyone to help again, and this one is on you. That way you are not hurting their feelings, but making them feel better and not feel obligated.

erica could be they THINK they are helping you,lol, when in fact they are on your nerves, politely try to tell them that you appreciate their help but you are a big girl and can do it alone :)

I would just politely tell them that you have a clear picture about what it is that you want for your wedding and follow it up with "Thanks for thinking about us though."

Just explain it is your second marriage and you don't want to have a big production like the first. You want something small and don't want to spend very much. You alredy did that once, right? I think if you talk to them that they will back off a little.

I would just tell everyone that you both know what you want and know what will work the best. And that being that it is your second wedding you want to keep small. They should understand. And if they don't it is there loss. All my best to you.

Why did you flag the girl because her english isn't the best? She is confusing "are" with our but no need to flag the poor girl. Geesh some people on this site are so tempermental and flag everything possible!

Given the stuff that has gone on recently I don't think the flag is unnecessary or "temperamental". I didn't want to respond to this but in case this person wasn't a spammer I figured I should. People have been making fun of the grammar, or sometimes lack thereof, on this site so I figured that this post was a joke about that. Especially since I hadn't seen the person before. Like I said I didn't want to post about that..

I may be wrong, but I think she is asking "why is everyone trying to plan OUR wedding" (meaning theirs) it's a bit confusing because of the misspelling.
