I’m using this site for my wedding website but I don’t trust that everyone will actually download the app especially my older guests.

View Quoted Comment Agreed with the mass group text if you prefer to text. But with a large wedding of 100+ that would be a lot! Me personally I’m fine with the mass emailing feature withjoy.com provides as I don’t think I would need to text my guests as a whole.

I use the mass email feature on our Zola website. One click, it sends it all out.

I used the knot to send out messages and reminders to my guests and it was super easy

I’m actually wondering the same thing right now and looking for a simple way to do this without creating a huge chaotic group chat 😅 I also have the same question because it seems like there should be an easy “send to all guests” option for weddings, especially for reminders, schedule updates, or last-minute changes.

From what I’ve seen, a lot of people use services like Text My Wedding or TextMyGuests because they let you send mass texts to everyone at once without exposing everyone’s phone numbers in a giant thread. Some couples also seem to use WhatsApp or Messenger groups, but a few people mentioned those can get overwhelming pretty quickly.
